Best Beach vacation

We stayed for a week here. It was three adults and three kids. The house had the perfect amount of space for all of us. The house was beyond clean and accommodating. They had a grill and nice back prouch and they even had some beach items if needed. The beds were super comfy and the air conditioning was on point even on a hot day. The island was pretty private and the owners recommendations for which section to go to on the island for the beach was perfect. We got the amenities card but we only used them for the restaurant and the pools. We will definitely be returning to this home again.

A nice place to stay on Fripp Island

We spent the month of March 2023 at Lisa's place and enjoyed it very much. The layout is very open and bright, with a great screen porch on the back looking into the palmetto forest. We found the furnishings to be fine enough, even if not so new, and the place was clean when we arrived. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Secure and quiet location

Excellent property for extended stay with gated island location. Excellent neighbors. Lisa was instantly available to answer any question. This was our second multi month stay

Good space and a lovely owner

While our family is not new to staying on Fripp, we were new to staying at this home and it met all of our needs. What really stood out to me was how easy and lovely the owner, Lisa, was to communicate with. This house has plenty to space, a great golf cart, and the ability to purchase amenity cards. I'd recommend reading other reviews before booking to give you a better feel for the condition of the home.

Fripp Island

The house was well designed and was once very beautiful. The beach and was perfect. The facilities were excellent as long as you had the pricey amenity cards. It was a 25 minute drive from the closest grocery store and 35 minutes from the quaint town. Everything worked but the house really needed upkeep. The surrounding property also needed tidying up/trimming as our car was always covered in green tree seeds and pollen.

Fantastic Property Owner

We spent a month at 119 Sea Otter Lane and loved it. The owner did everything she could to make our stay a memorable one and responded quickly to any questions we had. The house was centrally located on Fripp and the golf cart was a nice feature. We enjoyed the full kitchen and anything you needed to cook was there. Like most houses near the beach it had been lived in and naturally by families and children but u Wouk’s highly recommend renting since it was very comfortable

Quiet and relaxing.

Excellent kitchen facilities(we like to bake) Great access to pathways for long walks. We were at Fripp in off season and there were few folks at the beach We used the electric cart most days to go to beach. Cart essential on Fripp Island which is private with great security. Would rent this property again.

Best Vacation Ever!!

Loved the house. Beds were comfortable. The homeowner provided linens, towels, beach accessories, and a golf cart. Once we arrived, we never left the island. Most relaxing place I’ve visited. Will be returning.

A Fripp Home Away From Home

Fripp has been my personal favorite vacation spot since childhood, but my husband’s family were coming for the first time. We all loved it! This house was perfect for us. It cozy, open, and felt like home. We liked that it was tucked away in a quiet, shady cul-de-sac but also still in a good location. The beds were all comfortable, and we loved having the extra twin beds in 2 of the bedrooms. A golf cart is a must at Fripp, so the fact that this house came with one was also a major plus and saved us the trouble of having to rent one on our own. The house was well-stocked and we weren’t missing a thing. The beach chairs and boogie boards were great too! Thank you, Lisa, for a great stay!

centrally located on quiet street, large kitchen, great for family gatherings

We really enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed a well stocked kitchen, and layout was great for spending time with family. Home was clean, but some items need to be replaces due to wear and tear. Homeowner communicated with us quickly, and overall our stay was great. We would definitely consider staying in this home on future visits.

First trip to Fripp

This was our first time at Fripp and we were celebrating my mother's birthday. The house was spacious, with a nice open family room, kitchen and dining area. We spent a lot of time on the private screened in porch, so relaxing! The golf cart was also included so that was a nice bonus. There was a few stains on area rugs, some wear and tear here and there but that is to be expected. The place was clean and equipped with everything you need. Lisa was an awesome host and very easy to contact. We hope to visit again and would love to stay here!

We had a wonderful experience with this property! The house met all of our expectations. The owner was easy to get in touch with and was willing to help with whatever was needed. This was our first trip to Fripp and we had a wonderful time in a wonderful house!
