No problem with apartment after finally getting in but to get in with so much crap involved pushing buttons then someone finally opened door into lobby then no information on email that the code sent is also one in door manager had to ring up because she didn’t know anything then after first day had to ring help no manager weekend because couldn’t get into room security is so far over the top to get into room would never recommend this place or ever book again

We had no water Thursday March 12th for a few hours Friday March 23 th the day we checked out the elevators were broken. The biggest disappointment. Description stated pool use as well as hot tub. Neither were operational I was then told they were not included in our rental property but I had proof otherwise

It was just okay. There aren’t 2 bedrooms, there’s one and space that has two beds. This place needs serious upgrades. The dining chairs are rickety, and the bathroom/shower offers little to no privacy. We enjoyed our time in Hawaii.

Excellent location with beautiful view. Comfortable with nice amenities. Could use some minor repairs. Easy walk to Waikiki. Bathroom door are a bit hard to close and shower isn’t sealed properly. Laundry in unit is great. Pool was out of service.

Great stay in downtown Waikīkī

This apartment was a perfect location to downtown Waikiki beach, shops and restaurants. The parking spot was great. The apartment itself was well equipped with kitchen needs, bathroom toiletries, beach towels, etc. It even had some beach chairs and boogie board to use. The AC worked great. There were tvs and WiFi available, but we didn’t use them. The outdoor patio was perfect for two people to sit or dry your towels. The apartment was clean, but the bathroom doors were a bit tricky to slide, however, we loved that there were two sink areas for each room. We would definitely stay here again.

The condition of the property is not represented correctly in the VRBO ad. The vent by one of the beds was a covered in dirt and is hidden by boards. This is a 17th floor unit and the floor to ceiling glass in the master bedroom had duct tape all over it, don’t know if it would s holding the glass in place? Sliding glass door to the balcony won’t close. Stains and disrepair all through the unit. Floor felt dirty. This unit should not be offered for rent. Had to rent another unit as this one was unsafe and dirty. Vacasa would not refund me any money. I will not rent from Vacasa again. Completely fraudulent advertising. Horrible.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Waikiki

We had an amazing time in the apartment. The view on the mountains is great and the location is perfect. Just a 10min walk away from Waikiki Beach and the city centre. WiFi is fast, the kitchen has everything you need and the beds are not too hard and not too soft. The parking slot is very useful!

Very convenient location in Waikiki. Walking distance to all of Waikiki and surrounding areas. The sliding glass door is a little hard to open and close but, doable. Good communication via texts.
