Great Accomodation

The property was just lovely, cosy and warm, great furnishings and immaculate. Comfy bed with great linens and the shower was fantastic. Loved every minute even though we were so busy sightseeing in and around Ashville

The room and the location were just as described. Everything was clean and well kept. I especially enjoyed the hot shower, the comfortable bed and the mountain view.

Beautiful, quiet and comfortable!

I would give this property 6 + stars if that was an option! Easy parking right at door. Beautiful view and very spacious. Dana was very thorough in communication about checking in, etc. Would definitely recommend!

Great apartment in beautiful neighborhood

This is a very nice place in a gorgeous setting. The room is very clean, thoughtfully decorated, and includes a nice little coffee setup. The bed was really comfortable too! It is situated within close driving distance to the Montford neighborhood, which we really enjoyed. We took Ubers to downtown, which was easy and affordable. Thank you, Dana, for a great experience at your place!

Our stay at Dana‘s property in Asheville was amazing! The property is beautiful, Dana is beautiful and she really made my birthday! Our stay is just what I wanted except and I wish I had booked a couple of more days! Dana also was very accommodating and she even made us these wonderful muffins! I would love to visit again! I really can’t say enough about this property it’s gorgeous!

Better than it looks

Super simple check-in. Is there a better accommodation in Asheville for this price? I don’t think so. Wonderful neighborhood, great location, very comfy and cozy, Dana super sweet hostess. Never had to ask her for one thing. We were struck by how well appointed everything was.

This is a seemingly secluded basement apartment with its own entrance but is 20 minutes from downtown Ashville and 45 minutes from Mt Pisgah trailhead.The room is very large with a coffee maker, small refrigerator and coffee essentials including half and half. It has a great shower.It doesn’t have many electrical outlets for plugins.It is minutes from a great pizza place and also Fresh Market and it is a short walk (down a very steep hill!) to Beaver Lake.

Our Asheville Visit

Gorgeous views and peaceful property

What a great place, close to downtown, but you feel like you are miles away from city life. Dana was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Gorgeous view and excellent hospitality!

Dana was very quick to respond to messages. Checkin procedures were very clear and easy. The view from their home is AMAZING!! Location is great, only a short drive to downtown, Biltmore, River Arts District. The lower level apartment has been meticulously renovated and refurbished. My only criticism which I did share with Dana directly is to clarify bed size on the listing. We appreciated the Keurig and selection of movies. Bathroom is surprisingly spacious for this small apartment. We will look you up again for our next getaway!!

Beyond my wildest expectations!

Beautifully appointed, cozy, lovely studio apartment. The owner thought of everything! Up on a hill in nature but close enough to everything Asheville has to offer. I definitely recommend it.

A Gem in Asheville

Our accommodations were extremely comfortable in an upscale area surrounded by nature’s beauty. Close to Omni Grove Park inn, Beaver lake nature preserve, great restaurants and a short ride to downtown Asheville. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Nice place in nice area

I have never rented a VRBO that wasn’t the whole house. I was a little nervous about staying in a part of someone’s house, but It was great. It was in a nice neighborhood and very private with a private entrance and our own parking spot. The house isn’t far from downtown but I enjoyed the area the house was in and the local restaurants there more. Also we wish that we’d known about the big, nice pond that’s nearby that rents canoes. We would’ve brought our fishing poles! I would definitely recommend this house.

Great Place To Stay In Asheville

Amazing rental in Asheville with beautiful view. The place was spotless and well decorated with everything you need. Located close to everything. Directions were very clear and communication with the owner was just a phone call away. A charm had been left in the room without my knowing, and the owner called me within hours after leaving to notify me, and she mailed it to my home. Hope to stay there again soon!

Great for our Asheville Weekend
