Destin Vacation

We were very impressed with the beautiful condo and how clean it was. The balcony is a great place to take in the gorgeous view of the beach. The beach was so white and incredibly clean, and the water so clear! The security was top notch!

Summer Reset

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The condo was absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. This vacation was meant as a full relax and reset before the start of busy school year! We loved being on the 5th floor so we could clearly hear the waves as we sipped coffee on the balcony. The chair service was a lovely convenience - and with the discount I'd HIGHLY recommend taking advantage. We stayed ocean side of the property the entire time and it was great to be able to walk the beach down to the Back Porch for dinner. ANY questions we had were quickly resolved with a quick phone call.

Stayed here with 3 adults and 2 children! What a great place to stay! Very large rooms, comfortable beds, great views, and a good location! Will consider staying here again!

Very clean condo

Our party of 6 adults enjoyed our stay at W504 Silver Beach Towers. The rental management (Compass Resorts) was excellent. Loved the communication by text and email. The condo was VERY clean and everything was perfect. We could have used a few more wine and champagne glasses and kitchen containers with lids for storage in refrigerator but we managed. The patio furniture was amazing. Such good quality. Thank you to the owners for that. Parking was convenient. The Beach Service was less quality than what we expected. We were thankful for the complimentary service and we purchased another set up as well. We had a heck of time getting the two setups together and the folks running the beach service were very abrupt and not friendly. The setups did not have the leg rests and we had to go get them each day and take them back to our chairs. Seems like the “service” was missing from the beach service employees. This is all to your HOA for information only Compass Resorts was lovely. Michelle was great at the desk and communication was wonderful. We would love to work with this rental company again!!

Great place

We had a great stay at the Silver Towers. Plenty of room for our 7 people and we loved it! The weather was actually pretty bad during our visit so the extra room was really important with a lot of unexpected inside time. We will be back.

Highly Recommended but needs two improvements

This is an excellent property with an amazing view, great beaches and pools. The property is spacious and easily accommodated a family of five. Beaches are sugar sand and very clean. However, the wifi in this property is basically unusable due to poor coverage, constant disconnects, and very slow speed. Use caution if you need interest access for important things like work. Second, the bed in the master bedroom is horrible. It is way too soft and the property owners attempted to address the issue with a mattress topper. I think it's time for an upgrade.

Great spot

Very clean and spacious. Property is nice with great amenities including a pool, heated pool, and two hot tubs. Chair service is great on the beach. Condo is clean with extra blankets, towels, and an extremely well stocked kitchen.

Great accommodations!

Great experience! So close to the beach and the pool was right outside the door of our building. It was wonderful for my family with a 6 month old infant up to my 75 year old mother and 79 year old aunt. The unit was clean very comfortable for 5 adults.

Always Awesome!!

This Is our second time staying at his property. It was a great experience both times! This particular rental was on the fifth floor and we really enjoyed being on the lower part. So this is a great location! We had a view of the swimming pools so we always knew if it was crowded or not. And our balcony was so awesome! It was large with ample seating! The only thing I would recommend would be a fan! It got a little warm sometimes when we did not have a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed! The seating was great in the living room when we needed it! Again I would recommend extra fans for the bedrooms because they got a little warm at night! We will definitely stay here again!

Great Views

Check in/out was a breeze, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved Waking up to the beautiful blue water every morning!!! I love the big balcony and that it had plenty of seating for everyone. The unit had everything we needed for a comfy stay! The master bed definitely needs to be replaced, but they have a good mattress pad on it, but that makes it too soft... Other than that, we have no complaints!

Ideal location and helpful conveniences

Our family rented two units in this complex - both get high marks. The complex is very well managed. We checked in after hours and it went smoothly. Underground parking and ample luggage carts and shopping carts at garage level entries make move in effortless. The unit was very thoroughly cleaned and well maintained and so were all common areas. Pools were spotless, outdoor furniture as well. Beach access is right out the door and for our stay included umbrella and chair service. I think the beachfront might be the best in Destin! It is also carefully maintained. My sister’s unit, in the East Tower, was similarly exemplary. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. There was extra beach supplies that we did not need. We had a very minor maintenance issue on a Sunday and it was fixed within hours. We will absolutely positively stay here again when we return to Destin. The balcony was amazing - so spacious and ample seating. I almost forgot! The bed in the master was so comfortable we actually unzipped the mattress cover to get the brand and buy one at home! It was SO comfortable!

Girls Getaway

What a perfect place to stay! Our condo faced the gulf, so we were able to enjoy coffee on the balcony each morning while overlooking the beach and all of its beauty. We were a group of six who had all been friends since elementary school and could not have asked for a better place!

18th birthday getaway

I took my granddaughter and 3 friends to the beach for her 18th birthday. WE had a great time. The weather and water was perfect. The location was nice because it was not over crowded like many places are at the beach. Would go back again and again.

Great Condo and Awesome Stay

Destin Retreat

We loved the layout of this condo, it gives you more privacy than any other condo we have stayed at. The experience of staying at Silver Beach was amazing. Very convenient parking, no waiting on the elevators. There was 8 in our group and when we come back to Destin we will definitely be staying here. Grandkids loved it. The beach area was not overcrowded, and the water is beautiful.The condo we stayed in ( W 504) was very well laid out , and we were very pleased with the upkeep and the furnishings. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. COME AND ENJOY Your VACATION!
