Our condo was perfect! The only issue we had was that there were two locks and we only had the code for one. I texted the host and they responded immediately and our stay was absolutely amazing.

The location was great! Condo was awesome and all 2 people need. The only thing that would have made it perfect, was if it has a stackable washer and dryer. But, it definitely was not a deal breaker.

Anniversary weekend getaway

Splash resort was nice. The room was clean and just the right size for the 2 of us. The only issue we had was checking in. We couldn’t get there until late and it was confusing as where to go- meaning which building and I was expecting the first code provided to be for the main level entrance. I wish the resort had more options for eating there also. Those are the only suggestions I have for improvement.

Beach area was over run by majestic facilities chairs and umbrellas

If you did not attempt to set up your chairs towels and umbrellas before 6am (while it was barely daybreak) majestic would take up all front row areas with the chairs and umbrellas that they set up and rent for the week. This was absurd will not stay at majestic again until this problem is fixed.

Fantastic Views and Unit

The VIEW, the VIEW, the VIEW! This was a perfect little stay for a short weekend trip to the beach! The unit is as described, it is clean and perfect for two people. I only have two small cons: 1. the bed was not that comfortable to my husband and I, we are not big fans of memory foam beds, not horrible but not the best for us. 2. Ice maker is a little loud. The unit does need a spatula and oven mits. This is a charm of a place, rent it if you are in PCB and only need room for two people! Thanks for sharing you slice of heaven!

Probably won’t go back.

The room and pool were great other than the security making us turn our music off the one time they walked through but not coming back to make others. The elevator situation was horrible. We waited nearly 20-30 minutes every time we wanted to leave or return to the room. Took me two hours to get luggage from the truck to the room when check in came. The cleaning lady was finished with my room at 1pm and I still could not check in until 4pm. Should offer early check in when it’s available. Workers should have a service elevator.

Cleanliness

I have stayed here in this exact room in the past but was much more unhappy with this visit and will not be back. Upon arrival, the drain in the shower was clogged so we had to stand in inches of water while taking a shower. There was mold growing on the filter, I assume due to the standing water. My 4 year old had to shower because I wasn’t comfortable letting her sit in the bath tub. The bathroom sink was the same way, however, maintenance was quick to fix these two issues. On the other hand, the dishwasher had standing water in it and could not be fixed until today, as we were leaving. Would recommend that this room gets a deep clean… sooner than later, and can’t believe nobody has complained about these issues before now. The Netflix app on the tv would not work either which was a bummer. Not the property managers problem, but one of the elevators was down which caused the elevators to be packed and wait times were forever. Too many people staying there and too many floors to be walking down. I feel the price of the room should not be as expensive as it is. Very disappointed in the stay overall.

Not good

We got there early and the room was empty at 11:00. The housekeeping was almost finished and basically just killing time so we went ahead and changed in lobby enjoyed the day. Received a text at 3:15 saying our room was ready. Got to the room and the code wouldn’t work apparently it doesn’t get turned on until 4. So we wasted several hours with that trying to get someone to help and then the elevators quit working. We was on the 12th floor. To go someone or up and down to the room expect an addition 45 minutes on the elevator. Then there was a door that had to use another code which had been propped open and we didn’t know that code which cost us several more hours and our place to eat that night. We had to get up at 5:30 just to get a spot on the beach and people were so rude they would come sit right in front of you. Definitely could the entire condo had went down in so many ways the last couple years. Our room didn’t even have a broom and nothing extra like so many others we’ve stayed at in the past.

Enjoyable getaway

Condo was great! Highly recommend. Only issue we had was tracking down the pass for the rental chairs. We were sent all over the property. But, Panhandle was great and got the chair rental pass to us, as quick as, they could. Oh, be prepared for long elevator waits…but that will be with any condo during the summer months. Will definitely stay here again.

Spectacular room

The room was perfect , very clean with an amazing view . The process of getting our luggage from the parking deck to the room was a little crazy but would recommend to anyone that is in good shape .
