Leeward Key 1103 es una unidad bien equipada de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en el piso 11 y cuenta con un balcón privado y fantásticas vistas al golfo. Actualizado en 2014, el condominio está configurado para dormir cómodamente 6. Rey en el maestro con baño privado. El dormitorio de invitados cuenta con una cama Queen y acceso a un baño completo. La unidad tiene una cocina completa, equipada con todo lo necesario para crear tus platos favoritos. Si no tiene ganas de cocinar, camine un poco hasta el Capitán Daves, Kenny D's o Pompano Joes. La cómoda sala de estar tiene un sofá cama. El condominio también cuenta con 3 televisores y dvd. Wifi también incluido.

Los huéspedes de Leeward Key tienen acceso a dos piscinas, una de las cuales está ubicada directamente en la playa con baños. La piscina del lado norte es donde se encuentra el área de parrillas. Un gimnasio también está disponible para todos los huéspedes.

One of the best locations at Miramar Beach

We stayed at this location before and we hugoy recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice holiday. The condo has beautiful views. Well taken care of and accessible to many near by shopping center, restaurants and bars. Excellent choice. On the improvement side, bathroom and kitchen can be renovated and refreshed.

Great location

Condo location was great, it could use a few updates and more/better kitchen items. But the Pictures portrayed were very accurate and the condo was clean. Quick and easy access to the beach and pools was very convenient and management was quick to respond. It was perfect for our family of 4.

Million dollar views at Miramar

The condo was well stocked and had the most beautiful view of the Gulf. Great location with heated pool right across the street on the way to the beach. The gym is well equipped/ check out Pompano Joes and Crab Trap restaurants in the area. The only issue that we had was quickly addressed by property management.

Great Location with a view

Upon arrival, the parking was in a well lit area. The condo was a two bed/bath that was very clean. Perfect for the single traveler or couple. A full kitchen and laundry inside the unit. Quiet. Didn't hear the neighbors or anyone in the common area outside the front door. Right across the street from the pool and beach. Access to shopping and great dining.

Get away with my son

Property was fantastic. First night there the mirror on the wall in the primary was sagging. Took it down to make sure it didn't fall. Other than that fantastic experience.

Great location

We loved the view from our 11th floor balcony. The condo was decorated in a beachy theme which we really liked. The condo does need a little love. We found a broken chair on the patio, some paint updates are needed, missing picture from the wall. Some small cosmetic things. Our biggest issue was that the tub did not look clean. Overall we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Good and bad

I will give the positives to the property first. The view overlooking the beach was great. The unit is large and easily fit my family of four. The beach is a quick walk across the street and beach service and workers were great. Now the bad. The unit was cleanish. There was lotion or something smeared all over one of the bedside tables, the mirrors were dirty, one mirror was broken off the wall, the master bath did not look very clean, and one elevators always stopped on floor 5 going up and down.

Loved Our Condo!

This is our second stay at Leeward Key. We love this complex because it is smaller and less crowded than the resorts we have stayed at in the past. Everything about our condo was great. The furniture was casual and comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked. We enjoyed the updated washer and dryer, which made doing laundry much quicker than usual. The beds and sofa bed were easy to sleep on. The additional ocean view from the master bedroom is a plus. The decor and colors were easy on the eyes, and we liked the wood-look tile. Both bathrooms were roomy; however, housekeeping needs to do a better job. There was a bit of mold on the shower curtains and tub fixtures that a little bleach would easily take care of. That doesn’t stop us from giving this condo a 5 star rating. We hope to stay in this unit next summer.

Could use some love

Property is in a fantastic location, and is beautiful, but could use some love and maintenance. Kitchen supplies were very poor, we could barely do breakfast and lunch with what was provided. Also, vacuum was broken, and there was a broom, but no dustpan, so I had to use a piece of paper and do the best I could. (It’s the beach, so lots of sand) We did have a broken shower, which they came and “fixed” so that it was usable. Overall, I feel like it was a bit over priced for the amount of attention it needed.

Beautiful view

This was a very nice unit. The beds are on the firm side, which I found uncomfortable. The unit could use some updating (kitchen faucet, cabinets peeling etc), but overall, the stay was enjoyable. I love the privacy of the balcony and the roominess of the whole unit. The living room furniture was very comfortable and in great shape. No TV in the guest room and only cable on other TVs. No smart TV to connect to Netflix, etc. Good thing I brought my laptop. The washing machine was dirty (front loader, needs maintenance) and there were only two spoons that weren't gigantic. The overhead light in the kitchen was not working and the screw fell out of the ceiling fan in the bedroom. The tub was draining slow in the master bath. Seems like housekeeping could be a little more attentive. There was a fan in the closet, so that was a big plus for me! The unit was well outfitted with linens, but no hair dryer. There was an iron and ironing board, so that was a plus for my partner that loves to iron his clothes. Great restaurants within walking distance and the beach set up was included. I would stay here again.

The kitchen faucet handle was ready to fall off, top rack of dishwaher is broke and hard to shut the door, whirlpool tub is very old - i was afraid to use it, dust bunnies kept coming out from under furniture, needs a good thorough cleaning. Host never contacted me to be sure everything was good.

Disappointed

There was hair in the bathtub, toenails in the floor, and handprints all over the mirrors. We literally had to go purchase cleaning supplies. I reported the issues to the property manager who told me he would contact the cleaning company and have them come to correct the issues. We never saw anyone or heard another word about it. The rental was supposed to come with extra amenities. We never were given any information about how to take advantage of those amenities. When I asked the property manager, he gave me a number to call to which we never got an answer.

Beautiful beach week

We have stayed in various units at Leeward Key and this one was very nicely decorated with a wonderful view of the beach. There was a lot of construction going on which is always a possibility later in the year. The kitchen could use some additional cereal bowl, cutlery and coffee cups. Overall we had a great week and will be back!

Very clean

Property was very clean. Just needs a little maintenance. One of the balcony chairs is broken. Bedroom ceiling fan missing a screw on one blade and all were loose so couldn't use. There is an outlet in the master bedroom by the bathroom door pulled out of the wall. Main door wouldn't close by itself. Hinge screws were loose which I took care of myself. Again, just needs a little love and its all good.

Great Location

Condo was in a great location and lots of options for dining, etc. Having the umbrella and beach chairs was very nice as well. The ocean had lots of seaweed so we enjoyed the beach side pool very much. We really didn't stay in the condo except for night time (when we went to bed) and that's where my dis-contempt is with this condo. The pictures are beautiful and it's decorated nice. The condo does need some updating. The appliances are old and not very updated. We ate out for all our meals so we didn't have to use the kitchen. The biggest problem I had was the beds. The sheets didn't seem to be clean, I found long hair all over the sheets. So I decided to pull the sheets off and wash them. Found a bottle top under the fitted sheet on the mattress. And, to my surprise there was no mattress protector on the bed. I looked for another set of sheets to double sheet the bed because of the old looking mattress with no topper on it, there were none. The pillows were worn and flat, also without protectors on them. I just couldn't understand why the bed linens weren't nicer. Everything else was done nice, but the beds were a disappointment in my opinion. I loved the location and will come back, but probably will look for something a little more updated and cleaner.

Great Condo by the beach

Just cross the street and you’re on the beach! Beautiful ocean view both from the bedroom and living room. Kitchen fully stocked. Washer & Dryer inside the condo. Very clean.

Loved the spot however, due to my brother passing our vaca was cut in half. 🥺

Love the place - few things like broken fan in a room and dryer not working so well- other than that the short vaca that we had was wonderful. Hoping next year if we go back the weather is nicer we had a cloudy rainy few days! But even with the rain and clouds it was heavenly!
