Esta nueva casa de playa está situada al final de Sakonnet Point con vistas al agua por todos lados y una playa privada en frente. Usted es sólo un tiro de piedra del océano. Ves la salida del sol en el porche delantero y las puestas de sol más fabulosas en el porche trasero. La mejor playa accesible para perros en Little Compton está a solo cinco minutos a pie.
La casa está abierta y ventosa como si viviera en un bote, pero mejor con cocina, comedor y sala de estar en un gran espacio abierto con fabulosas vistas. Gran porche para cocinar, entretener,
y relajandote con tu bebida favorita. Waterfront está siempre activo con barcos de vela y pesca, kayakistas, kiteboarders, etc. Hay muchas cosas que hacer en Little Compton pero lo mejor es disfrutar de la vista. Consiga una olla de agua salada y cocine sus langostas en la playa o en el porche y pruebe un poco de vino Sakonnet.

Sisters Weekend away!

The fantastic setting of this house and the gorgeous views were absolutely the highlight of our weekend away visiting Newport. At first we thought the drive over to Newport would be a drag but it turned out the be a huge benefit. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Little Compton and getting the real feel of small town New England. The house is small but very comfortable for 4 to 6 people. Our host was very accommodating and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Delightful beach house

This home was exactly what we were looking for in a quiet off season beach retreat. The ocean views, sunsets and access to so many spectacular beaches was perfect. The house had many kayaks, bikes and games for use, kitchen was fully functional and stocked with all the things needed to cook for the family. The homeowner checked in with us regularly and we had a great time speaking with him and hearing the history of the area. Will definitely go back!

Rhode Island beach house

We loved our stay in this beach house. The location is spectacular. Our grandchildren had a wonderful time playing on the rocky pocket beach. They climbed, collected rocks and played in the sand. During bad weather we enjoyed a fire in the fireplace.The General Store in Little Compton had a well selected stock of food, and the restaurant next door was good.

This was at least the third time we have stayed at the Sea Breeze House at Sakonnet Point. As before we had a lovely stay. The sunsets are beautiful! Thank you for another great stay.

Gorgeous

The location and beaches were stunning, both for sunsets and sunrises. The house was comfortable and cheerful and we enjoyed being there. Owner was extremely accommodating and helped us arrange a golf outing and provided wood for a cozy fire on the rainy day. Our dog had a great time too!

Great views

Overall we were happy with our stay. The location is beautiful with a stunning view, incredible sunsets and sunrises! The house could use some repairs and new furniture. For the cost we would at least expect kitchen appliances to work better and furniture that is comfortable.

Beautiful location!

The house was just perfect for us and exactly as described. Big bright windows with fantastic views made it feel very open and airy and it was so serene and relaxing being by the ocean that we didn't venture outside of the immediate area. The beds were comfortable and clean and the house had everything we needed. We didn't see the bikes, but also didn't look very hard, lol. Lloyds beach was great for the dogs and there's a nice loop around the marina right next to the house.

A true beachfront gem

Phil’s place had everything our family needed. The beach front and lloyds beach where the highlight of our stay. You will not run out of things to do since it is located an hour away from cape cod for those interested on visiting Martha's vineyard or even providence!

Spectacular setting and views

This was our second stay here. Love the house and open concept, big windows on 3 sides of downstairs LC has become a favorite destination. Will be back to this house in June. 😊👍

Once again, no disappointments

Enjoyed a week with my dog, who is always welcomed at Lloyd’s beach, and of course enjoyed the beach area in back!! Truly her favorite spot to go! Had family from 3years to… who all enjoyed the views, brightness, beach, fishing, walks all without having to get in a vehicle! The golf is very short drive, and out of a picture book! Plan on return

Love the ocean, breathing the salt air, hearing the waves and crackling fire, eating lobster and the best sweet corn on the cob sipping a little scotch, listening to the children frolicking on the beach and rocks as the sun sets
I am a retired physician now an active sportsman especially golf ( god gives you an extra day if you play ) sailor, hunter, farmer, etc
Lived my whole life here ( 9 the generation you'll see a lot of inbreeding LOL)
wish to continue the town's low profile and visits from like-minded active friendly people.

If you're obsessive/compulsive with severe anxieties, this perfect location will not make you feel better or relaxed. It will not be the perfect place for you !!!
Yes, the ocean, walking on the beach with your dog, and enjoying nature is the best therapy for vacationers or escapers. You have to allow yourself to enjoy the ambiance of sand, sun, and sea. Little Compton is blessed as Rhode Islands' only best small-town escapee by National Geographic. There is this scenic beauty of open space with stone walls going to the sea and plenty of ocean-front beaches. Also noted for great walks and bicycling.
Psychiatrists say it takes two weeks of vacation to come home really relaxed and worry-free. Long vacations near the Sea and in the Sun cures most problems !!! You don't need a doctor to tell you that!

House sleeps normally comfortably 5. For emergency a sofa/sleeper in the living room next to fireplace Also There is a walk-in semi-finished basement game room that can sleep 2 or more ( futon, pullout single bed, couch, and room for queen air bed )most people prefer not to sleep here !!
