Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We are thrilled to hear that everything was perfect for you during your stay at the villa. It was an absolute pleasure hosting you, and we truly appreciate your kind words about your experience. We would be delighted to welcome you back anytime you're in the area.

Thank you Ralf for coming back after the pandemic. It has been a pĺeasure to host you.

Thank you Amy for your kind feedback. A good shape is definitely needed to climb the hills.

Thank you Rob for your kind feedback. It was a pleasure to be your host.

Thank you Fatima for your time to give a feedback. I am glad you liked the property and sorry you found the cleanliness was not up to your expectation. It is a subjective matter but we do not usually receive negative feedback on it. Please consider we are very responsive and that there is no problem to ask the cleaning team to come back. Kind Regards.

Thank you Jason for your positive comment. I am sorry you missed the screens. I hope you saw that all bedrooms are equipped with roller mosquito net screens. The living room is presently the only room without any screen. We will install them this summer.

We were truly sorry your family faced an emergency requiring an early departure. As discussed when you requested a refund, our clearly stated cancellation policy, visible prior to booking, doesn’t allow reimbursements for shortened stays. While we empathize with unforeseen circumstances, we always encourage guests to protect their travel plans with insurance for such situations. Regarding your feedback: Your comments about odors and discomfort deeply concern us. We take all concerns seriously, but we were surprised by these claims as *no issues were raised during your brief stay*, and our property consistently earns 5-star cleanliness ratings from other guests. To future guests: We stand by our commitment to comfort and hygiene – our many positive reviews reflect this. We regret this situation arose only after we discussed our policy. Please reach out anytime with questions about our standards. Kind regards Jacques
