Relaxing and fun vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. The property is beautiful and located close to everything you’ll need, shopping, water park, etc. Check-in was a breeze and we were checked on throughout our stay. Destin is a great place to make family memories!

Terrible experience

Warning Regarding Shoreline Towers visit… May 2025…my recent experience at Shoreline Towers, which has regrettably been far from satisfactory. I believe it is crucial for potential guests to be aware of the challenges I encountered during my stay.Firstly, the security protocols were excessively cumbersome. It took an average of 20 minutes to gain entry to the property, during which time the security staff was consistently rude and unhelpful. There seemed to be a significant lack of communication between the real estate company and the security team, leading to confusion regarding my status as a registered guest. Despite confirming my guest status, my daughter was denied entry on her second day, causing unnecessary distress.Furthermore, every time we left the property for dinner, we faced continued issues with security regarding our re-entry. It became evident that the complex is not accommodating to renters, which diminished our overall experience.On one evening my children and I were standing in the pouring rain and they still refused to let us in. We also rented a golf cart, which required an outlet for charging. However, the complex had only one designated charging station, and we encountered conflict regarding parking. When we sought clarification on where to charge the golf cart, staff members were unhelpful and dismissive. Additionally, there were inconsistent messages about displaying our unit number on the golf cart, leading to further frustration. We experien

Decent stay

Condo was nice. I suggest working on the a/c unit for better air flow throughout condo. Freezing in second bedroom and very warm out in common area. Also recommend hanging up more actual towel rods. Not command strips. With coin laundry, it was expensive to dry towels daily and no place to hang even shower towels to where they would dry appropriately. Bring your own coin. No change machines. Kitchen was stocked with essential plates and utensils but bring spices and condiments because they clear it out from the guests before. Master bed was comfortable but the headboard and frame are loose so every time you move, the entire bed moved and other person felt it. This place does not have a balcony, just a door to open and a railing. Don’t recommend opening the door because you will never get the unit cool again. It was a convenient walk to the beach and water was gorgeous!

Great view

The condo was great, had everything we needed including a few extra beach chairs. The beds were more comfortable than the average condo out there. Quick walk to the beach or the pool. Only downside was that it took the unit a long time to cool off. As long as you keep that sliding glass door closed, the condo cools off.

Great area, but I won’t book at this particular condo again

For majority part of visit was great. The condo itself could use some work. Needs curtains In living room area. The door to master bath was off track as if needing some work. Master shower needed some more cleaning that actually was done. We didn’t appreciate all the noise so early in morning by construction crews that we were not aware of when booking but was told that we were. We rented chairs and umbrellas for 3 days and only was able to use for two because of weather and wasn’t credited for that day. Being that we were not able to use own umbrellas. After construction I’m sure this condo complex will be very enjoyable but a different unit of course, would love a unit with balcony. The security at gate was great and friendly on checking in.

I do not recommend this place ! Terrible! They should pay me to stay in this place!

Terrible! Do not stay at this condo! For us it was a last minute decision. The place was not clean. It was a piece of broken glass on the floor that I stepped on. From the pictures it looked like the property has a balcony, it is not. It's just a railing. Before booking, I read about the comments and called the management to see if any of the concerns were taken care of, and I was told yes. I thought other people were just picky and complaining. This condo was terrible. I cannot believe that people can rent property in this condition. The couch is the most uncomfortable. You cannot seat on it w/o sliding down. The master bed was terrible. It made noises every time you moved. I had to sleep in another room in order to let my husband sleep. The living area had no lights other than the ceiling fan. There was no washer and dryer. Kitchen doesn't have enough utensils. The coffee machine is not working. For the amount of money this place cost us it is not worth it at all. We were so dissatisfied that we decided to leave 2 days earlier that planned.

AWFUL CONDO

This condo was awful. The couch was the most uncomfortable thing ever. The master bed was terrible. It made noises every time you moved not to mention was not a bit comfortable. The living are had no lights other than the ceiling fan. There was no washer and dryer so you had to pay to use the one washer/dryer in the laundry area where there were bugs every where! The shower in the master bedroom leaked water into the floor every time you used it, the door wouldn't stay sealed(shut)there were no kind of bath mats in the bathroom so you had to use 1 of the 4 towels you got for the floor so that you didn't fall. So you get 4 towels for 6 day stay and have to pay to do the laundry, since the unit didn't offer one. Could not find any pot holders in the kitchen, so you had to use the 1 kitchen towel as a pot holder. Overall we were not impressed with this unit at all and for the cost will be definitely not staying at this unit again. Also, besides the couch you have a chair that is supposed to have a stool with it, but it's broke and in the closet. Curtains in the living room would be nice, as even though the windows have tint to them you still can see inside the unit, as we had friends in Tower 1 and they could see us standing at the windows. Overall we were not impressed with this unit at all and for the cost will be definitely not staying at this unit again. Closet door in bathroom broke and missing, missing trim. Just not a nice unit for the money!

The hotel was close to the beach and it had beautiful view. There were cockroach in the kitchen that made it so disgusting. The check out was 10 AM but they came before 10 for cleaning.

Great view and location

Property was “ok” as pictured but a bit on the older side. Could use some refreshing. We did encounter a number of bugs in the unit. Not sure if it’s from being on the ocean or if it’s the unit or building. I live on the east coast of FL so I’m familiar with insects, but because we pay for pest control every other month, the bugs are very few and far between.

Condo review

The location of this condo is great- easy to get to local attractions. The beach is a short walk away and you can hear the waves from the living area when you open the sliding door and let the fresh air in! I was not aware through any communication of where the pool is and had to find it on our own. We did not know where the building entrance was ( not obvious at all) and has to ask people walking by. The view of the ocean from the unit is beautiful. The unit itself needs updating- the sofa pieces slide around and never stay put, the bed headboards in the second bedroom were loose and the frames were worn, the bed in the master bedroom has the noisiest mattress. Some of the closet doors don't close or are missing. Ice maker didn't work the entire stay- maintenance looked at it but didn't fix it. Being precious vacay property owners we made sure to let the agency know this because most owners want to know if things are in need of fixing. Now, all of this being said we truly enjoyed the unit as it was large enough to entertain all 4 of us plus company. We spent our mornings enjoying coffee with a view! And the beach is beautiful!!!

Nice property, but master mattress issue

The property is beautiful, however the mattress in the master bedroom has got to be replaced. Every time you move it squeaks or makes noise, to the point that it woke me and my husband up every time we moved during the night. So we didn’t get a good nights rest the week we were there. Other than that the condo is great. Giving 4 stars due to master mattress.

Very uncomfortable beds.

Beds were very uncomfortable to sleep in. I wasn't able to sleep for two days and ended up sleeping on the floor. Other than that our stay was very good.

Slightly disappointed

I thought that the pictures was like the condo, but the bed in the Master bedroom was so noisy and felt like you was sleeping on cardboard boxes and it sunk in the middle. The 2nd bedroom beds was just as bad. When you go sit on the couch in the living room it feels like to sinking into a beanbag and seems like it was broke. You charge me for a cleaning fee and stated that I couldn't check-in prior to 4pm due to cleaning of the place and I get to the condo and I had to clean because their was hair everywhere, spider webs, fridge was dirty inside, the showers was dirty with hair and the toilets had black stuff running down in on the bowl. Enjoyed the convenience to the beach, and it was a safe property to stay at, but some things need to change for it to be more comfy for guest.

Great location and space in the condo!

This condo was in an excellent location and had an amazing amount of space for the family. We loved having all the seating and room to store all of the items we brought on vacation with us! Our only complaint was how dirty our floors were throughout the condo. Our son is crawling age and ended up with black hands, knees, and feet in addition to our feet getting black. It probably has a lot to do with the black asphalt of the parking lot as well, but everything else about this property was fantastic!

My family vacation

We had a wonderful time for our vacation. This property gave us wonderful access to stores, restaurants, and other activities. Definitely enjoyed our space as there was 5 of us verses being crammed into a hotel room. 🙂

Sad to Say Goodbye

We, my husband, myself, brother and his wife, had a very relaxing time. We loved the private walk to beach and short distance. Little things, like a luggage cart and various cooking supplies, were helpful. One caveat: NO BALCONY! We could see the ocean, but only through a sliding glass door that did not open very much. That was the only bummer.
