Great rental property

The place itself was very clean and had everything needed. The star of the show is the outdoor area which is where we wanted to hang out as it is very tranquil and the pool was very nice.

Perfect location close to the beach

This is a great little property with all the necessary embellishments and a convenient location close to the beach and Publix. Interior decor is clean and crisp and has a feel of being newly updated. Courtyard area is nice with chairs, lounges and tables for eating. Pool is heated to a nice temperature. Overall a great place to stay.

Quite, great location, and clean

The property was great along with the outside area. Most importantly the property was extremely clean. Had bbq sections and enough parking for everyone. If I had one con was that the pool was hot and never felt cool enough to enjoy.

Perfect!

Such a cute property. Villas are all renovated and nicely decorated. 1 block from beach (mostly private access). Villas open up to the cutest courtyard and pool. Kids loved it too! We love Anna Maria! Will definitely be repeat visitors.

Loved it!

We loved our little 4 night stay over Xmas! Fantastic location, clean, washer/dryer was a massive plus with kids, heated pool was a lovely surprise and the decor was gorgeous! Only thing I’d mention if you have someone staying on the couch/sofa bed it’s not the greatest sleep, ok for small kids but any adult will wake up with springs indented into their backs. Perfect little spot for a family and so close to the beach! Highly recommend.

Great time. Close to beach. Cute cottage. Would suggest a covering for the window on the front door and window in shower. Mattress is worn and needs replacing. Would definitely book this place again.

I had a great time after getting through the checking in process, I must have missed or not gotten the email with the rental agreement but it all worked out, staff was very helpful. The cottage rug was a little dirty but understandable being so close to beach. I will come back when I can.

Perfect location

The location of this property was perfect - less than 500 steps from front door to sand! Walking distance to a Publix for groceries. An umbrella, beach wagon and one chair are provided as well as four beach towels. The heated pool is an alternative to the beach. I was disappointed that there was no dresser or closet in the bedroom - disliked living out of a suitcase for a week. The kitchen was small but adequate for breakfast and lunch. The unit itself was small but worked well for two adults. Overall, we had a great week and would happily stay here again.

Great stay, but...

The property was just as advertised. Beautiful and close to the beach. The only critique will be with some of the other guests staying in the other bungalows. The swimming pool is a common area.; some of the other guests ate around the pool, and didn't pick up after them. Also leaving their dirty towels and clothes around the pool. Common courtesy goes a long way. The property manager was very prompt to return my concern, but the guests causing the problem were gone that same day.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The villa was clean and the neighborhood was nice. We were also in a good location, and it was just a short walk to the beach.

Short Walk to Beach

This was a great location in terms of distance to the beach. It was a short easy walk and we appreciated the cooler and beach chairs provided. The shared heated pool was also a nice touch. The bedroom was very small, no closet and the walls needed a wipe down with a magic eraser. Other than an odd experience at check in, we enjoyed the rest of our stay. As mentioned in another review, the window at the front door and in the bathroom need privacy glass or a curtain of some type for privacy, especially at night.

Very good, with a few flaws.....

The location of this property is perfect IMO. It is close enough to the beach, stores and restaurants but also has some privacy in the back yard which with the pool was very nice. We went there knowing that there was no place for clothing in the bedroom and that the kitchen was a bit lacking in term of utencils etc. so this wasn't a big deal. What we did discover was that while the unit is updated, it could have been cleaner and the mattress is in need of replacement. The cleanliness was just ok - the floors were vacuumed and the bathroom was ok. We did notice after spilling some water that the floors were in need of a deep clean. Also, the walls were very scuffed and the unit is in dire need of a painting. Again, not a deal breaker but it wasn't as clean as some others stated in their reviews. The biggest flaw in our experience is that you could hear people talking in the next unit at normal conversational levels. This was a problem when there was a sick child coughing for several hours one night (early a.m.). There should have been more sound proofing installed when these units were renovated. We also received a text on Wednesday asking us if we were planning to leave before 10 a.m. on Thursday. Our checkout wasn't until Saturday. When I brought this to their attention, AMI Locals was very quick to respond and recognize the error. They did send me numerous versions of the same apology throughout the day which became annoying. Overall - pretty good but for the money, we expected a bit more.

Nice place

My wife and I needed a place to unwind for a couple of days and this property was great. It’s cozy and it offers plenty for their guests. Check them out!! The property management company, AMI locals communication is top notch, they are very responsive and helpful. I’d recommend anyone to stay at their properties, especially if you and your significant other want to take a break from your daily routine then this is the place. I will bring the rest of my family next time and rent a different place and will also rent again for another getaway with my wife in the near future. Thank you AMI Locals!!

Great clean villa!

This place was great! Walkable to beach and many stores and restaurants. Very clean and just the right size. Common pool and back yard were private and secluded from road. Definitely would recommend!

Simple Getaway

We came for our honeymoon and as adventurers who love to come back to cook our own meals we loved having an kitchen and outdoor grilling/dining area. The kitchen had limited cooking utensils but we made do. Next time might bring a few needed things. Really short walk to the beach and relatively short drive around the island (minus traffic!). It was a quiet and residential which we loved. We would definitely stay again!

First trip to area

Loved the location. The bungalow was darling and had all that we needed. (The wine opener was broken which was a big problem! :) We would come again!

Adorable Villa

Seashell #5 was a great place to stay. The villa was very clean. No closets or dressers but I knew that ahead of time so came prepared. Did not end up being an inconvenience at all. AMI Locals was great to work with. Have already booked for 3 weeks next year
