¡Bienvenido a nuestra casa! Ideal para su estadía en Redding por su ubicación céntrica y, sin embargo, un vecindario tranquilo y sin salida. Perfecto para aquellos que aman el aire libre, hacer turismo, disfrutar de tiendas únicas o incluso visitar la mundialmente famosa Iglesia Bethel de Redding. A poca distancia del sendero del río Sacramento, a minutos del puente Sun Dial, el lago Shasta o el lago Whiskeytown. Finalmente, esperamos que aproveche el parque justo afuera de nuestra puerta trasera, que ofrece mesas cubiertas, un área de juegos para niños y canchas de básquetbol.

Esta casa de 3000 pies cuadrados y 2 pisos ofrece un plano de planta abierto, con una gran sala de barro, 4 dormitorios y 3 baños. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama tamaño king con baño privado, calefacción radiante, vestidor y puertas francesas que conducen a un pequeño porche. El dormitorio 2 ofrece una cama queen, el dormitorio 3 ofrece dos camas individuales y el dormitorio 4 ofrece una cama queen con un sofá futón. Todos los muebles de dormitorio nuevos junto con ropa de cama nueva. La cocina está recién remodelada y está completamente equipada y es ideal para múltiples cocineros en la gran isla. También hay una barbacoa en la cubierta. En la planta baja hay una sala de juegos de 1.000 pies cuadrados sin igual, con mesa de billar, futbolín, mesa de ping pong, tablero de dardos, wii y sistemas de juegos xbox con 2 sillas de juego. Una mini cocina con nevera y microondas. El cuarto dormitorio está bajando las escaleras con el tercer baño y el lavadero grande. Hay una puerta de la sala de almacenamiento en la sala de lavandería que está cerrada con llave y no está disponible para su uso. Hay un gran balcón con mesa y sillas y nuestro patio trasero ofrece un mirador con fogata y una cancha de bochas. Ofrecemos acceso wifi ilimitado con una gran pantalla de televisión inteligente.

We had a great stay at this house , The owners were very easy to communicate , When we arrived, one of the room doors was locked by mistake, but they responded right away and took care of it quickly. The house was comfortable, clean and we had a really good time during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Quiet and relaxing

The home was very nicely decorated and stocked. Everything we needed for a quiet and relaxing weekend with friends and family. Lots of extras and plenty of room. Great for small gatherings with family.

Stay to visit family

This was an amazing property! We had a wonderful time with all the gaming available, including the park that is steps away. The kitchen is fully furnished and was so nice to not spend the money dining out every day. Their property manager is so friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. We will definitely be staying here again next year!! Thank you for making it a comfortable, memorable stay!!

Great Family Spot

This home has a great layout for our family of 10 (8 adults and 2 teens). Since we went in the middle of an unprecedented heat wave we weren't able to enjoy the backyard, but the game room made up for it. We did spend a lot of time at Whiskeytown Lake which is a short drive west on Hwy 299. Very easy access. We loved East Beach.

Family Celebration

wonderful stay

My Family of 7 (My mother in-law, husband and our 4 kids) had a wonderful stay. The house is big and very clean. They even had a little basket with shampoos, soap, toothbrushes, etc... like a hotel. The downstairs game room was amazing for my kids and husband. We also took advantage every morning of the park right behind the house. Highly recommend

This property has all you need for a great vacation stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property enormously. The location in Redding is convenient to the downtown area and the Turtle Bay Exploration park. The house itself was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed (and a lot of extra amenities that we didn't have the time to take advantage of). Dera, the property manager was extremely responsive to questions and requests and would always respond to us in less than 15 minutes. We would definitely stay at this property again if we visit the Redding area.

Great property demanding owner

Great property for a large family well stocked internet worked great. Only internet TV. Only issue is owner over does it with rules and threats posted throughout property it definitely taints the feeling of welcome.

I am sorry guest felt violated. We have had an extreme amount of vandalism and disregard to the house rules over and over again. We have been instructed from the vacation rental sites to make sure to post the house rules in every room. Sometimes the guest booking does not relay the rules as they should to the others also staying in the home with them and since the other guests don’t have access to the house rules as the booker does via the vacation rental site, we were instructed to make them clear in each room. We are sorry for this offense. We are simply trying to make sure there is no confusion in this area any further.

TV time

All was well. Would highly recommend owners to upgrade downstairs TV to smart tv so you could access your own Netflix or Prime. This would make it much better to watch a movie/game with family and have drinks and snacks

Large family house, but closely monitored by cameras

This house is in a good location, very clean, can accommodate larger groups and has a fantastic game room. The owners are very quick to respond to questions and assisted in booking. Sadly, it isn’t high on my recommendation list. Property aside, we were monitored throughout our stay on the ring cameras. As a family, we decided that we cannot give this rental 5 stars. We wanted to provide this feedback to anyone who doesn’t want their stay filmed/monitored. It felt like an immense breach of privacy and extremely unsettling.

We do have exterior cameras on our property which is stated in our property description. On many occasions, prior guests have done an extreme amount of damage to our property by violating our house rules, on one occasion, we had someone invite 19 people over to our home for an all night party. We felt it in our best interest to have some way to make sure this didn't happen to us again. We are sorry this made Annie feel violated. We have posted in our listing that we have exterior cameras, Annie knew this as she advised me she had read through our property details and had no issues. She decided to put a hat over our camera, would you do that at a hotel, which also has exterior cameras? When we asked her to remove it, we were flipped off. They also smoked on our property, a house rule that they chose to violate as well. I explained to Annie we do not sit and watch them on the camera, we do, spot check from time to time to protect us in the event someone has a party, or decides to smoke, just like they did, we simply ask the guest to stop, reminding them of our house rules. Having to have a neighbor call us upset is not something we want to have happen any longer. Having a vacation rental is a privilege to us, respecting our neighbors by making sure that our guests are following the rules is our responsibility and since we are not living on the property, having a exterior camera was our only solution. If our guests would simply follow the house rules and not try to lie, steal, or be sneaky, we would not have cameras. We didn't have them when we first started using our home as a vacation rental but unfortunately people do not want to follow rules. We have worked hard to create a clean, inviting, environment for our guests, in return we simply ask that our house rules be followed and respected, and unfortunately, just like in the case with Annie, house rules were once again broken.

Hot Summer

The house is very nice. The downstairs bedroom and game room does not have air conditioning so was pretty warm. I asked the owner and she told us that it stays naturally cool. I’m thinking that with 4 days of over 100 degrees outside that itprobably played a part in not keeping it naturally cool. Luckily they had fans so those helped but pretty uncomfortable for our family that had to stay down there. We never opened the doors or windows down there because she had told us if we did that it could make a difference. House was very clean. We live locally so know how hot Redding can get. Other than that things were ok.

We have never had a guest complain of being warm or uncomfortable downstairs through multiple summers of being a vacation rental, nor have we being owners and in the home ourselves have ever been anything but comfortable in our lower level. Our lower level is tucked inside of a hill so it naturally keeps consistent temperatures throughout the year.

Relax in comfort and enjoy the awesome Game Room!

This house provided a wonderful stay for our family. It's so beautifully decorated with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and appliances are first rate and the owner thoughtfully supplies K Cups for coffee...very much appreciated. We have stayed in many VRBO homes and this one is right at the top. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy...and plentiful. Cute basket of supplies in all the bathrooms. There is also an amazing game room downstairs where you can take on table tennis, a pool table , foos ball, darts or take in a game on the big screen tv. There is a small kitchen, bathroom and bedroom downstairs as well along with a washer/dryer room. It leads out to a large backyard with a bocce ball court and plenty of space to hang out. It is located in a very quiet cut de sac and is a great jump off point for all kinds of adventures. We were there for fly fishing and taking in the sites at Burney Falls and the McCloud River...so much to see and do. The owner responds quickly to any questions in a professional and pleasant manner. I would recommend this house to anyone and hope to visit again soon!

Great Weekend

We had a great weekend at Dera’s home. We visited WhiskeyTown Lake & it was an easy trip from the home. Communication was easy, the property was as described & we enjoyed the game room and outdoor fire pit. We would love to visit again in the future. Thank you!

Excellent Stay

The communication leading up to our stay was very good and the check-in process was easy. The house was very clean and had the items necessary to essentially live at the property. The neighborhood is nice and is very close to a grocery store. We ate all of our meals at the house very easily. We had a party of seven adults and the purpose of the trip was to see a concert at the Civic Auditorium and see the Lake Shasta sites including the caverns. The trip was great in all aspects and we had a ton of fun in the awesome downstairs game room. The rules were a little strict and there were a couple of items not fully functional; however, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cleaning fee is a bit high, but the house was, in fact, clean, and there were no significant requirements at the end of the stay, making checkout a breeze. Dera is a nice, attentive person that runs a good rental. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

We are sorry that you found our rules to be a bit strict, we want you to know it is our highest priority to make sure that our home is kept in tip top shape for every guest entering our home. The rules in place help to do just that. We would never want to be a burden to anyone, we just want to make sure the house is safe, respected, and kept clean. In response to the cleaning fee mentioned, our home is 3,000 sq ft and it takes 2 woman a full day to clean and launder all bedding/towels used etc., it is a lot of work. The fees collected go directly to the cleaners and no profit is made on our end. I am delighted that you did notice the house was in fact, clean... This is one of our highest priorities as a vacation rental owner. We hope you will consider our home again if you ever return to Redding.

Recent stay

We rented this beautiful place to house the family for a celebration of life. The house had everything that you could expect and more. House rules were a little strict, especially about eating or drinking outside of the kitchen area. Other than that, it was perfect! My family has discussed about renting this again, for the upcoming wedding.

We wanted to respond to your comment about the house rules being a little strict, regarding the eating being confined to the kitchen area. We only ask that food or drinks are kept out of the carpeted areas of the home and away from the pool table, due to the felt. We have light white/cream colored carpet throughout the home, in order to keep the carpets in the great condition that they are in, is to set some rules to help keep our home looking and smelling fresh and clean. We have a variety of guests, from families with small children, to large groups of sometimes 10 or more. Through trial and error we have learned that it is best to ask our guests to keep food away from these areas to avoid potential irreparable damage. We certainly don’t want our guests not to enjoy their stay but we feel this rule allows each guest the right to enjoy a clean, well maintained home, which is one of our top priorities! We look forward to your return in the future.

Perfect for Us

We came in town for a church conference with a group of 6 adults. This house was perfect for us! It had more than enough space, thick walls, comfortable beds, fully equipped & large kitchen with large dining table, laundry available, space to play downstairs and a beautiful, safe neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Great get-away location for fishing/golf

My name is Dera and my husbands name is Chuck, we have been married for 24 years and have 4 adult children and 1 beautiful granddaughter. We live in San Diego and own and landscaping/tree business for over 26 years. We love Redding and it has been our dream to own a home here and visit Redding often throughout the year! 2 of our daughters attend Bethel BSSM in Redding so we like to come up and visit with them often. We love to camp and go to the desert to ride in our dune buggy. We are an avid fishing family and we love outdoor activities! It is our hope that you enjoy Redding as much as we do!

This property offers an open floor plan, newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It is 4 bedroom and 3 bath. Unique to our home is our game room, at 1000 sq ft we get to become kids again and get away for awhile and play games as a family! The home is quite spacious at just over 3000 sq ft. We put love into our home and we hope you feel just as at home here as we do!!

The location of this home is prime. We are seconds to the 299 freeway 5 min to the 44 and 5 freeway, 5 min into town for unique shops to enjoy and plenty of bars/eateries to choose from. We are about 12 min to Bethel Church, 7 min to Whiskeytown lake. Walking distance to Sacramento River Trail 10 min to Shasta Lake and theres a 3 acre park with a playground and basketball court right out our back gate.
