Encantadora Villa ubicada en el mar con impresionantes vistas en el corazón de la península de Sorrento. villa en 3 niveles a solo 100 pasos del mar con 14 camas 7 habitaciones grandes, todas equipadas con TV de pantalla plana y 7 baños grandes, 4 de ellos con jacuzzi y 3 con ducha. Cocina totalmente equipada y habitable. Dos amplios salones y un amplio comedor con vistas panorámicas. 2 terrazas, una de las cuales es muy grande con una piscina con agua de mar. Parking privado, ascensor, aire acondicionado, wi-fi, lavadora, secadora, microondas, plancha, nevera. Es posible organizar, a petición de mis invitados, almuerzos y cenas con un chef a su completa disposición y, previa solicitud, también un traslado para llegar a la villa desde el aeropuerto de Capodichino o desde donde estén mis invitados.
Encantadora villa donde puede disfrutar de la relajación total y todas las comodidades que puede ofrecer. ubicado a pocos km del maravilloso Sorrento, una ciudad encantadora, y de todas las tiendas y vida nocturna que puede ofrecer. ubicado en un centro neurálgico desde el cual es posible llegar fácilmente a la isla de Capri, Ischia y la costa de Amalfi, así como a puntos de gran interés de Campania como Pompeya, Herculano y la maravillosa ciudad de Nápoles.

Unforgettable trip to the Amalfi Coast!

Absolutely gorgeous property! Villa Felicità exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived we could tell even from the outside of the villa that our stay was going to be magnificent. Every inch of the property is spotless. The view of the boats & yachts in the bay is like a postcard. It is located in the small town of N’erano and not much to do in the village but we took boats and cars to nearby Capri, Ravello, Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento. It was the perfect family trip. There were 10 of us (age range from 12 to 81) and never did we feel crowded at all. We highly recommend this villa!!!

My extended family of 9 stayed here for 9 days.The villa is superb and being walk to restaurants shops and the beach ideal if you don’t have a car.And the private pool is a huge plus.Two cleaning ladies arrive at 9 and clean till 12.Just a fabulous stay

My family of 11 had a magnificent stay at the gorgeous villa. It was even better than anticipated. Beautifully located in the little town of Nerano right on the sea. Everything was perfect! No crowds, many delicious restaurants available, boat tours to Capri or down the coast, hiking trails or sit and relax by the sea. Had a wonderful dinner prepared for us at the villa one night. Linda, the host, was most helpful in arranging excursions for us. It was a week to remember for years!

WOW! Wonderful Stay in Nerano!

What a wonderful stay we had in this absolutely gorgeous home on the Amalfi coast. Place was spotless. Views were breathtaking and beach wonderful. Pool was a nice option and the privacy was AWESOME! Beach restaurant was maybe the best seafood I have ever eaten. We had a wonderful meal prepared by Louisa. The table was beautiful and the food delightful. Bring water shoes because the beach was rocky. You can rent chairs for a reasonable price at the restaurant. Beach private. Will DEFINITELY be coming back!!!!

Great 3 floor property with beautiful views

You will need to arrange a driver, but well worth it. There were 8 of us and our driver picked us up Roma and drove us to villa as well as multiple all day trips. Linda was very helpful in organizing a private dinner at villa as well as day trip on private boat to Capri. Little village 5 minute walk as numerous eating options. My only complaint is the electric usage. We were charged 50euro per day and did use the aircon once.

Stunning !

Not sure what else can be said about how spectacular this property is. What is not said enough is how professionally staffed the Villa is. Gennaro the house manger is a saint from heaven. No problem to tough, no request denied, oh want a last minute dinner or beach club reservation…. no problem. Think about Gennaro as your 5 Star concierge, but better. Louisa and Marilena manage the house and were amazing. Btw, they are 5 star chefs. Our best meals of the trip were at the Villa, spectacular. Just a great touch to have the house always in great shape. Beds made beach towels clean, dishwasher emptied. Nerano is a special town, great home base to explore the coast. Thank you Linda for being so easy to work with ! Hope you made our trip so special.

Beautiful villa but the hosts communication needs work!

The villa is beautiful and huge. The bedrooms are great except for there’s only four showers and the master does not have a shower. The bedrooms are rather small but work. It is a 10 minute walk to the house but it’s all uphill on the way back and there’s only two restaurants in town and one of them. The food is horrible. Its the one he said was 5 star. Sorrento and Pompeii are 45 minutes to an hour and a half away so it’s rather remote there in nerrano. The maids are there every day for six hours and you cannot negotiate that. be careful of the excursion she offers because they aren’t exactly what you expect. the boat to Capri was much too small for 11 people. Talk to the host in person so she knows exactly what you want. It’s cheaper to get your own transportation because they way over charged. The chef dinner is well worth the money. The best food! Capri is great but take sea sick pills for the ride. It’s slow and choppy and takes a lot of time to get into port. It’s incredible and I love this coast. The beach club below is a bonus with great food and drinks. U can rent a chair for 10 a day. The beds were rock hard and the linens were uncomfortable to sleep in. The view can’t be beat.

Amalfi Coast Family Celebration Get Away

Our family and friends gathered in this absolutely gorgeous seaside villa to celebrate a milestone anniversary. This home and location did not disappoint! The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious. Panoramic windows in all common areas gave glorious views of the entire coastline. Clearly communicated in the home description were the number of bathrooms/baths and limited parking (2 cars). These were a bit inconvenient. We had to share showers and we were 10 people with 3 cars – 3rd car was a very tight fit. Another major inconvenience was there was only 1 master key to the house with only 1 key fob for the master gate to the neighborhood. Someone always had to stay behind to run ahead to the gate (a few hundred meters away) to open the gate to let guests out or be at the house to let people back in. There should be at least 1 key fob for each car at the house and at least 1 extra set of keys for a house with so many guests. There were 2 full time cleaning ladies, always available. Home and garden were impeccably kept. Kitchen was a cook’s dream – everything that was needed, was available. Linda, the house host was amazing in her communication and responses during the trip planning and while we were on site. She and Gennaro also helped plan a last-minute private boat trip to Capri – Grazie! Gennaro was available for check-in and provided all details needed. Thank you all for making our stay magical – we would return again in a heartbeat!

Espectacular

Hemos disfrutado de un largo fin de semana con la familia en esta estupenda villa. La ubicacíon es maravillosa, vistas espectaculares en uno de los rincones mas bonitos de la costa amalfitana. La villa esta decorada con mucho gusto, y francamente no le falta nada para pasar una estancia acorde a lo esperado. Las terrazas dan directamente al mar, desde la casa se puede bajar directamente a la playa, donde hay un chiringuito en el que se puede comer justo delante de el mar. El pueblo esta a 700 metros, y también se pueden encontrar muchos restaurantes y alquilan embarcaciones para posibles excursiones a Capri o la misma costa amalfitana. El interior de la villa esta muy cuidado, habitaciones grandes y cada una con su proprio baño, una cocina amplia y practica; y un comedor con una vista espectacular al mar. A beautiful villa in a inconvenient area if a group wants to explore the Amalfi area. It is lovely if you want to just hang out by the pool . The kitchen is well equipped. The elevator makes it good for the handicapped.

Wonderful Villa Felicita

We had a wonderful five night stay at the beautiful Villa Felicita. Everything from the beautiful interior to the amazing outdoor facilities and views were perfect! The entire villa was absolutely spotless and clean. Our handicap requirements were met with the new, modern lift. The housekeeping staff headed by Lucia was outstanding. The communication before and during the stay with Linda B. and Gennaro was excellent. If I were staying in this area again this is where I would be staying. Thank you for a great vacation experience. Amazing sun-drenched villa with the best views.

This was an absolutely amazing and relaxing experience. The breakfast made by Luisa for a groups of us adult friends was wonderful. Extremely spacious, very nicely decorated and right on the sea, with access to a private beach. Would go back, no doubt.

Absolutely Wonderful

The property and staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful. It was difficult to leave the villa as it was luxurious, comfortable, close to groceries/restaurants and the beach was steps away. Of course the outdoor living space was gorgeous and the kids (5) loved the pool! Would stay there again!

Beautiful Villa on the sea

Just about everything was perfect. A beautifully decorated and well taken care of villa overlooking the sea. There were 12 of us and we were all very comfortable. Pool was great and steps down to the sea.. Highly recommend. We were charged 590E for 6 days of air conditioning which seems too much. Housekeepers every day included. Louisa and Maria Alena were wonderful cooking simple breakfast each day (this is extra, but worth it) and some dinners..including an amazing birthday celebration they assisted in helping us source at cake and Italian musicians to come to house. Memories we will keep in our hearts forever.

Perfect Location on the Amalfi Coast

This property is spectacular. It lives up to its photos. The housekeeper keeps the property spotless. Gennaro was our contact for questions, reservations, etc. and always responded promptly. The property owner arranged boat cruises for us which were the highlight of our trip. One week is not long enough to enjoy everything in the area and have any energy left to catch your flight. Cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Nerano Villa

We stayed for 8 days with a group of 11 people. The villa is absolutely amazing! There are three levels and 7 bedrooms and, I believe, 6 or 7 bathrooms. Most of the villa is made of stone/concrete (the floors have heaters) and the furniture and ornamentation are absolutely gorgeous. Spent most of the time on the main floor and outside near the pool; beautiful view of the the Gulf of Salerno. Several stories of stairs down to the water; there is a bar/restaurant at the water level. Many excellent restaurants within walking distance. Sorrento is reasonably close but because of mountain roads, everywhere takes a while to get to. The host was very helpful, there was an issue with the internet most of the week but the host resolved the issue to everyone's satisfaction. The housekeeping crew was friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend this villa!

An exceptional place for large groups

Fabulous villa for million dollar views of the Mediterranean, privacy, local food and a pier to Capri. With 7 bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms and a huge swimming pool area - we had trouble keeping track of each other (texted at times). Linda and Gennaro were outstanding in every respect to ensure we were well taken care of. The dinner 1 night was outstanding......would recommend over any restaurant. Trip to Capri is a must do as well. We'll be back!

Wonderful Amalfi

Our stay at this property was truly magnificent. The pictures, while wonderful, do not portray how really great it is. The hostess for the property answered all our questions and was responsive. The housekeeper kept the house in great condition and prepared a number of breakfast meals and one evening meal for us. She was just great. Generro, the driver did a wonderful job and gave us a tour of the property. Linda, the hostess, arranged a wonderful boat ride and also made reservations for us at one of the leading restaurants on the Amalfi. I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to explore and vacation on the Amalfi Coast.

I did a group trip for 7 couples and picked the Villa die to the location on the sea I was a perfect relaxing stay great site the onsite staff Was great she had breakfast for us each morning and a grand dinner for us on out last night We walked to the beach restaurants ( about 10 min) each night and had fantastic meals at 3 of the top places getting a bus to Sorrento or Postiano was simple and Linda arrange a great full day boat trip to Capri that was fantastic very person said it was a perfect place thanks for everything
