Encantadora casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños con hermosas vistas de 180 grados del océano. Ubicada a 3 millas de la ciudad turística de moda de Mendocino, esta casa se encuentra en la comunidad privada de Pacific Reefs, a media milla de Albion Grocery. Terraza envolvente para sentarse afuera y disfrutar del aire marino y la serenidad de la costa de California en un callejón sin salida muy tranquilo y privado. Pacific Reefs es fundamental para restaurantes, tiendas, playas, caminatas y actividades oceánicas de 5 estrellas, todo a unas pocas millas en automóvil. Estancia mínima de 2 noches. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well maintained, clean, kitchen is well equipped, fireplace was ready and plenty of firewood, the view from living room is beautiful. Very inviting atmosphere, you feel at home!

Property was spacious and beautiful - perfect for our group of friends staying the weekend! The windows facing the ocean and quiet neighborhood were perfect for a relaxing getaway. The only issues we had were the grill didn’t work and the master bathroom door kept getting jammed. Wasn’t too big of a deal but would be nice to have them fixed. Otherwise everything was perfect and would stay again!

We (5 senior adults) had a nice time at this property, we were staying for a wedding near by. As others have mentioned the house is a bit dated, but very comfortable. We did wish there was another armchair or two in the living room so everyone did not have to squish onto the couch (lots of space so could easily fit more chairs). Unfortunately the fog prevented us from enjoying the ocean views except for an hour or so on our last morning. The beds/pillows were pretty comfortable for most of us. Kitchen is very well equipped and has many spices, however the salt was missing for our stay. The coffee maker should probably be replaced as it takes 30 minutes to make a pot of coffee and doesn't use all the water (leaves almost 2 cups that you need to pour out and pour on the grounds manually) and it is also very noisy for the 30 minutes. Wi-Fi info we were given in check-in instructions was incorrect, however Stacey responded immediately to my question and let us know info was on the back of the router. As a heads up some of us had cell service (AT&T and others did not (T-Mobile). Did enjoy seeing deer on many occasions and a huge family of deer (at least 10) right outside our window! The hot tub was enjoyable, but the darn fog prevented any star gazing! Note for seniors or mobility challenged folks it can be a bit difficult to get in and out of the hot tub as it is flat to the top of the deck. Overall enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Great Location

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—it's so easy to access and a quick drive to Mendocino. The space is lovely and spacious, and the owner was very easy to reach and communicate with. The only suggestion we have for future guests is to upgrade the towels and some of the kitchen items. Otherwise, it's an amazing place to stay and we would definitely come back!

Oceanfront property

This property description while not technically wrong but is misleading. It is a oceanfront property in the sense that you can see the ocean from home but at a distance, you can access the coast because there are a lot of other homes between this property and the ocean and all the open space you see in the picture is other peoples private property. Host also charged us 400 for a carpet stain that she reported a week after we left and just charged my card without engaging with us to assertain that it happened during our stay. Luckily we were able to get it back by reporting it to Vrbo. Property wasn’t super clean - a lot of cob webs throughout the house and on furniture outside.On the positive side - kitchen was decently stocked with spices etc and house had a bunch of fun games.

Loved it!

I am a wedding planner and had a 3 day wedding in Mendocino. Stacey's home was the perfect landing spot for me and my team. The hot tub was an additional bonus after long work days on our feet! A great home away from home!

Wonderful stay

Everything was great. House had everything we needed and then some! Only recommendation would be an electronic lock with a code to get in. One key was problematic, and the bottom door handle was difficult to lock/unlock.

Perfect Spot for Larger Family or Two Families

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was exactly as advertised and the views were stunning. It's very close to the town of Mendocino and Fort Bragg and there's even a small grocery/shop less than a mile away, in case you run out of wine, like we did. :)Also, the hot tub was hot and clean with those same wonderful romantic views. Hint, the stars come out at night like nothing you've ever seen before.Oh, and we saw that fox on a night hike!Book it and enjoy everything the area has to offer.

Epic Location and Cozy Home

Lovely home with great living/dining space for a group. Wood burning stove was fantastic. The views are gorgeous - inside and out. And just a short drive to Mendocino, and not too much farther to Fort Bragg.

Leaking roof

House had at least 5 leaks; 3 over one of the beds and 2 in the living room. Had to sleep on the floor in the living room and offered no compensation. Location is beautiful. Lots of deer near property and good view of the ocean. If you’re ok with camping then you can tolerate this property if not during the rainy season.

Deer and Hummingbirds

Check in and communication was easy. We got to the house and followed all the instructions that were correct and easy to access. Unfortunately, as soon as we opened the door we were hit with a terrible smell of mold and horrible air freshener that I am guessing they put in thinking it would cover the smell. My guy said did you look at the reviews on this place? I had looked at many properties before renting this one so I thought maybe I missed something on this one. I got on my phone and scrolled back to 2022 and not one mention of a smell. Seriously it was so bad that my eyes started watering and throat felt like it was closing. The following morning we left for the day and turned the heat on and opened all the windows which helped. By check out we had cleared out most of the smell. Our inlaws came while we were out and texted they could smell through the open window before they even went in. There is a nice hot tub but make sure to bring your bathing suits because there is no privacy screen and the tub is at the back of the house where everyone in the neighborhood can see you. Location is great, the sunsets are great. We even had a herd of deer slumber through the field. There are tons of hummingbirds that were out feeding at dusk on the flowers by the deck. Was very peaceful and very quiet neighborhood. If it weren't for the smell we would have given 5 stars. Beds very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, lots of towels and paper products.

I love the wild life with wandering deer, adorable foxes and other cute creatures. It’s awesome that the family has lots of room to fly kites or throw some balls. There is lots of room to jog too. The gated community provides extra privacy.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

It feels like home, very cosy and comfortable. Of course, the wild life which is often seen. Very private location. Wonderful views.
