Esta hermosa villa frente al mar en Bonaire se encuentra en Sabadeco y cuenta con tres dormitorios, dos baños completos y una cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito. La villa tiene capacidad para seis personas para una escapada a Bonaire que recordará toda la vida.

Esta acogedora villa frente al mar se encuentra justo en el océano caribeño en la exclusiva zona de Sabadeco. La villa tiene la ubicación de un millón en que todos buscan. Estás a pasos del océano; salte y haga snorkel o bucee con nuestras tortugas, rayas águila y peces loro justo en frente de su villa. ¡O siéntese y relájese en su silla de columpio doble y tome un sorbo de vino mientras espera el "destello verde"!

La villa tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, una cocina grande y amplios asientos dentro y fuera. Todos los dormitorios y el salón tienen unidades de aire acondicionado. Para refrescarse después de tomar el sol, puede saltar a la piscina o usar la ducha exterior.

Usted está a 10 minutos en automóvil del centro de Kralendijk con todas sus tiendas y restaurantes, y Sabadeco está en camino a la hermosa y pintoresca Queen's Highway, que pasa por fantásticos sitios de buceo hasta el lago Goto y Rincon.

The property was exactly as described and we absolutely loved it! The house and pool were very clean and the air conditioning units quickly cooled the rooms. The oceanfront access to Andrea 1 was extremely convenient and allowed us to snorkel right in front of the property. The location, although a little outside of town, was easily drivable and close to many restaurants. The property was in a subdivision, however, the layout provided a lot of privacy. The staff with QVillas was very helpful and responded quickly when we had any questions. We would definitely return to this property!

Perfect location for scuba and snorkel

Villa was perfect for a family gathering! Space for everyone to gather but not crowded. Walk right to the beach for great snorkeling and diving. Property managers were very responsive with recommendations before and during our stay.

Fabulous Bonaire Villa

Property was all that was advertised and more. Location was great, private beach access. Great pool, shaded areas and outdoor furnishings. Interior furnishings were very, good and the beds were wonderfully firm and comfortable.Good BBQ, stove and oven. We woul book again without hesitation.

Love this place

We have stayed here a few times. It is a perfect location - right above the best snorkel spot on the island - and a very comfortable home in a nice neighborhood. We will be back!

Great villa and location on Bonaire

The villa was lovely, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool and the view from the backyard were wonderful. The location is convenient to restaurants, a grocery store and dive sites but on a quiet street. An from QVillas was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Oceanfront Villa

This villa is located in a great location, offering a peaceful and private setting with beautiful unobstructed views. It was clean, comfortable and well maintained. I have visited Bonaire numerous times and this is one of my favorites. Communication is outstanding and I could not be more pleased with their very prompt and friendly responses to any questions. Another positive to this location is the easy access to the water. Walk past the pool, down some private steps and the entry is well marked and allows for quick access to a couple dive sites.....and we did several dives as well as snorkeled daily. Very pleased! I highly recommend this villa and will not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful and peaceful

Great place

We love this place. It is a very comfortable home in a great location. It is wonderful to sit on the patio, watch the birds and lizards, and look out at the beautiful ocean and people enjoying the great snorkeling right from the shore. Communication with the property manager is prompt and helpful.

Beautiful View

We enjoyed our stay! The Villa is well kept, clean and set up nicely for scuba gear. Quiet neighborhood. The Property Manager, Isabel, was very attentive and gave us lots of recommendations. The view is amazing. The property was well stocked. It is not brand new but well maintained.

Perfect Spot!

This house was everything we were looking for and more for our vacation. We are a 3 person family (1 snorkeler, 2 divers) and with the two dives sites (Andrea 1 2) all we had to do was walk down to the beach from the house steps and we had the reef right there! The house had everything you could need including a pool, outdoor shower, and drying rack. Communication with QVillas was excellent and they responded promptly when we had an issue with the air conditioning. Throughout they were friendly and willing to give us suggestions on local restaurants/food or things to do on the island. Would rent this house again and recommend to anyone.

As Good As It Gets!

Crown Ridge 11 is the perfect villa for anyone who wants a peaceful and private space to relax and enjoy the amazing unobstructed views of the ocean. It is even better if you are divers, it’s set up perfectly to rinse your gear after diving 2 of the best shore dive sites on the island right down your private steps down to the water. I can’t wait to go back!

Nice property, great location.

Very well located property above the Andrea 1 dive sire. Just a short walk down the private steps (with a locking gate) to the dive site which we did about 5 dives at. Great outdoor area with lots of furniture options around the pool or looking over the ocean. We watched the sunset each night. The pool was cleaned twice a week which was nice. Nice comfortable furniture inside.

We've just returned from a stay at Crown Villa 11. Everything is exactly as stated and property management is very helpful. We couldn't have found a better villa for our stay. Ideal rental for diving

This property was a great rental with "as good as it get's" access to diving. The patio and overlook above the Andrea I were well used when we were not diving. In terms of our interaction with the property management, they were a pleasure to work with. They made sure things were going well and took care of things when they did not. I will be returning soon!

Best place on the island

This was our 15th trip to Bonaire, but first to stay at Crown Ridge 11. The staff at QVillas was always available and very helpful from the moment we reserved to the moment we departed to go home. The villa is large and spacious. Beautiful with a homelike beach feel. Loved how we could go diving just off the back porch stairs, swim in our private pool, or just lounge watching the birds fly by. Our favorite amenity was the swing. We would sip our morning coffee and swing every morning. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants privacy and a quiet retreat.

Amazing location!

This was our 3rd summer going to Bonaire, first time in this villa. The location, views, sea breezes, access to amazing snorkeling mere steps away are all amazing. Pool was great as well. I was worried being on the beach would be noisy or reduce the feeling of privacy, but it didn’t. You’d see boats, snorkelers, divers etc. mostly in the water, a few on the beach. But not a disturbance to tranquility. House is good for a rental. A bit outdated and mid-range in furnishings, but price reflects that and photos are accurate. Choose this place for the location and outdoors, and you won’t be disappointed! Customer service was always fast and courteous. We had a few questions and things pop up and they were always prompt and helpful. In person check in/out was unexpected, I’ve never had that at a VRBO. My one concern was that upon arrival we were told we were limited to a set amount of air conditioning per day and above that we would be charged additional. This is nowhere in the listing, invoice/receipt, nor in any communication. I held my concern until after, and I never saw an additional bill. I understand they’re trying to reduce usage, but this needs to be communicated up front. Except for 2 sets of doors to the patios, all other doors and windows have no or broken screens, minimizing opening windows unless you want bugs in the house. Overall a great vacation and stay despite this.

Great Bonaire stay

This a great property located right on the water. You can walk right down to the beach and snorkel or float in the pool with a drink. Three comfortable bedrooms provided us a great vacation.
