Esta villa de campo de golf de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños puede acomodar hasta 4 personas y ha recibido muchas actualizaciones nuevas y emocionantes. Desde una cocina actualizada con gabinetes personalizados y encimeras de granito hasta baños diseñados a medida, cada detalle se ha abordado para garantizarle unas vacaciones fantásticas. Bajo la nueva propiedad, todos los dispositivos electrónicos también se han actualizado a televisores de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones (próximamente se publicarán nuevas fotos). El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king y el dormitorio de invitados con dos gemelos. Esta es una unidad de arriba, con su balcón privado con vistas a las calles 11 y 13 del campo de golf Seascape.

Superb getaway

We never received a visitor's packet but we did come down on Christmas day. We loved being at the golf course and the awesome scenery everywhere we went. Would not recommend ordering food delivery. Its hard to find, especially at night. Overall we had the best experience and would infinitely advise to stay at the golf villas.

Not Bad for the Price

I’ll start with the positives: great location, free beach service (2 chairs/umbrella), all carpet was replaced with new floors, and deck with a peaceful golf course view. The two issues were with the dirtiness/poor quality of the rental (needs a very good cleaning, new furniture, new showers because only one of the three works with hot water, and a new washer that doesn’t smell strongly of mold) and the check-in time. The description does clearly state check in after 5, but it should be more honest in stating that you shouldn’t expect to check in prior to 6:30 pm. Other than that, you really do get what you pay for, and if you are a beach lover like myself, you will take the positives over the negatives.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Called and told room was ready for check in. Checked in and found ladies underwear in bathroom. Floor was not swept, no sheets, blanket or pillows on master bed. Found roaches that were two inches long. Was told they are special guests this time of year. Our bedding was left outside in a black garbage bag. No pillow cases, dirty/stained. The resort promised vouchers for our trouble but did bit deliver. I did however get my cleaning fee back. This place is horrible and getting ahold of a manager was impossible! Still promised resolutions for not giving us vouchers after we returned home. I have pictures. Video and documentation to back EVERYTHING I posted in here as a claim.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented many units over the past Ten years at Seascape and all have been great experience until this one. Considering the nightly price for this unit, i will give only one star. The furniture is extremely outdated and shabby. There was dog hair on the couches. The bathrooms were all in bad shape with faulty shower handle. Just putting flat screen TV's in the unit does not upgrade it. Overall the resort experience was great at always but we were not happy to return to the unit everyday. Seascape management should advertise this unit at half the price because it does not meet the resort standards at all. I could have rented some other unit if I was able to see some real actual pictures of this unit. And please do not advertise it as "Vaulted Ceilings" That is a pure deception of the actual condition of this unit.

Stinky Mildew Land

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first impression was not what we had expected. We had paid for an early check-in and our condo was not ready. They did refund our early check in money and gave us lunch. This is not how I want to start my vacation! When we did check in, the unit smelled like mildew and there were Damp Rid containers EVERYWHERE (My husband counted 9 and stopped.) I am still washing clothes to get the smell out. The second morning we woke up there was a huge roach on the wall. The third morning we were awakened by a person pressure washing the condo at 8:30 in the morning and it continued all day! In addition to the grossness, the "owners" who lived in the other condos were not nice at all and could be considered RUDE! We are two quiet teachers who just wanted a peaceful, restful vacation. Needless to say, we won't be renting through Seaside again.

We love Seascape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oddly enough, this specific condo my family has owned for 40 years and recently sold. Our family chose to stay here simply because we are so familiar with it. Overall it was a great stay just as we've already remembered. The concerns I had with this unit were this: the tan couches in the living room are incredibly worn and torn. We purchased sheets to cover them because they felt unclean. My mom bought these pieces 20 years ago so they are used and old. The unit also had tons of tan dog hair everywhere - especially on the master comforter which we pulled off. The master bath shower would not get hot - simply a problem wit the handle. We did not report these to maintenance we just adjusted and cleaned some. A few purchases and repairs would make this a perfect place to stay.

Could have been better...

We did not receive a text that the unit was ready, or the availability was running late beyond the designated time. We called management and we were told they were aware of a delay. We waited maybe 30+ minutes before receiving a text that the unit was ready. The door lock combination did not work. Called management and got another combo. A little frustrated but that's OK. Was surprised to find -dried food on the den floor. -An empty water bottle in the MBR on the floor. -The MBR TV did not work. We called the manager to report the TV. A guy came by the next day and he couldn't get it to work. Management called us to say they had to check with owner. No other communication from management on getting another TV in the room to replace the non-working TV. When you're paying for a MBR TV you'd expect one to be there. Walmart was just down the street; someone could have remedied the TV for us.We like Seascape, been there many times, but this time was a decline in unit and customer service. The unit not being ready, not clean, no TV in MBR, and customer service could have been better. It would have been nice to have received some type of consolation, maybe a day off the rental price, for 'no TV in the MBR' but we received nothing.We might be back again to Seascape, but not at this unit. Our stay at Seascape

Nice spot for a family of 4 with 2 young kids

The kitchen was stocked with enough of the essential plates, cups, utensils, etc. And even a few kid-sized items. The couches and beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer and instant hot water heater. The only supplies we had to buy were dish soap and laundry detergent - there was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap for our 5 night stay. It was a great place to stay. Nice and quiet and away from the Spring Break crowds.

Needs Some TLC

Okay, so the carpet is gone but this property could definitely use some help. Location in Seascape is good. Layout is nice (similar to other Seascape Golf Villas). This property though has a humidity problem, there is constant moisture in the air. This is supported by the humidifier that is in the property as well as the multiple damp-rid containers spread around. The carpet is gone but the title and other wood floors are constantly damp, which is gross. Also, there was a dead frog on the floor when we got there (he had a dust clump attached so he had been there a minute). We chose this property due to limited availability at other options but I would not stay here again. I can't say I would recommend, there are multiple golf villas in seascape for rent, just find a different one!

Musty smell was unbelievable

You can smell the musty smell as you open the door. The smell inside the unit was terrible. The floors were so sandy and I had to remove someone else's hair from a hand towel before I used it.

This property lived up to the listing and prior reviews. A little outdated, but it worked for us. The showers/bathrooms could definitely use a good deep clean. The resort comes with a lot of amenities and special discounts. Overall, it was a good stay.

Great location but needs a serious deep cleaning

This unit has carpet that has a lot of stains from previous renters, need to get rid of the carpet and upgrade to either tile or hardwood, the carpet is absolutely filthy, needs a good dusting, there was a dead cockroach that we found plus other numerous bugs in the unit, location was great tho! Just needs a good deep cleaning and needs all of that carpet replaced big time!

Do your homework and make sure this experience is for you!

Where do I start? First, the heck in information was a nightmare. We had to wait until 4:00, so linger someplace after arrival and wait until 4:00 or LATER to check in. Once we finally got the text to check in (well after 5) we simply received the door code and unit number. But umm there are like 30 buildings on the property. No point for point instructions provided to find the building whatsoever. A mess! Call the reservation number then. Oops it's after hours so they are closed. Meanwhile leave a message and pray for the best. Finally someone returns our call. Gives us the actual address of the building that we will be staying at. Now let me warn you, if you are like me (a 5 star hotel person) I do not recommend staying here. This is more for outdoorsy people. I often get ribbed from my family because when I travel home I don't stay with people I get hotel rooms. For several reasons, not just because I'm finnicky. I don't want to schlep garbage daily, I don't want to sit on flimsy furniture, I don't want to clean, as in wash dishes, etc. After a girls driving trip all the way from Las Vegas, and having to get a room someplace else until check in, we arrived and unpacked. We saw that we would need some items (especially booze) for the room. It didn't occur to us that we were pretty much in a woodsy situation. Bugs EVERYWHERE! They bite too. Don't get it twisted. We are bitten literally from head to toe. Enjoying the balcony is a crap shoot. There are lizards, bees, flying roaches or something big like that, and the mosquitoes that you never see until you realize the next day you have been literally eaten alive! Aggressive as heck! Oh and my favorite surprise, the second day when someone knocks on the doorbell at 8:00 a.m. (2 guys and we were all girls alone in this place) and tells us that they are there because of termites! You read that correctly, TERMITES! What? No one warned us about that??? Third day, bathroom tub stops up while showering. I had to go purchase some Drano! When we were ready to wash clothes, the stench from black mold in that washer was overpowering and gave cause for concern about that smell being on our clothing. Cable, in and out - another crapshoot! Right in the middle of Family Guy it either froze or just stopped altogether. And whatever you do, DO NOT use that vacuum cleaner. It stinks to high heaven. Other than all of that enjoy! !
