WHITETAIL LOG CABIN en Laurel Springs, NC, ofrece una relajante pradera y vista al estanque rodeado de vistas a la montaña. Esta cabaña que admite mascotas puede alojar cómodamente hasta cuatro huéspedes. Hay una cama tamaño queen en el dormitorio y un futón cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar que da a la chimenea de gas. Picnic junto al estanque en la propiedad. Ubicado junto a la Blue Ridge Parkway y cerca de West Jefferson.

La cocina de estilo eficiente incluye un refrigerador grande, encimera integrada, microondas, horno tostador, cafetera, utensilios de cocina y platos. El baño está completamente equipado con ropa de cama fresca y secador de pelo.

La cabina tiene aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo y techos altos, calefacción de zócalo, chimenea de leña que mantiene la cabina cálida y acogedora en las noches frías. La sala de estar incluye TV por satélite, reproductor de DVD, juegos de mesa y material de lectura.

July vacation at Laurel Springs

The cabin was cozy and perfect for our week of vacation in the mountains. The facilities were all very nice and were the same as the online photos. The one difference between the online photos and our cabin was the TV. The TV was much nicer than the on line photos w SATELITTE service. WiFi was great. Overall great stay and would stay again.

Great W. NC getaway

We were very happy to find this place on VRBO and it was just what we were looking for in a get away. W. Jefferson is the closest bigger town, and it was lovely to visit. Wanted to visit Freeborns for a meal, but they were closed b/c of the holiday. Hope to be able to come back. The property managers were/are very responsive and any issues/questions we had were answered immediately.

I came for Merlefest but waited too late to secure a place closer! The drive back and forth was about 35 minutes and very relaxing. The cabin, one of three, is on gorgeous property and is very clean and well maintained! It everything I needed for my stay! Thank you 😊

Nice cabin

The only recommendations would be fix the driveway at this cabin. There is a large gulley where you turn in a small car might have trouble getting over. Also the frying pans need to be replaced. Other than that we were very happy with our stay.

Laurel Springs Getaway

The property is cute and quite. Overall clean, but needs a deep cleaning. The bed was neither bad nor great, it was just ok. Linens were terrible, very low quality sheets and the towels were rough! Could use an update, its décor was of the 80's.

Clean, Comfortable, Affordable.

We stayed at Whitetail during the snowstorm 15JAN-17JAN. The cabin was of high quality, given the low nightly rate. Very warm, decently stocked for the basics, solid cleanliness. As the listing says, there are 2 other cabins on the property. The location is in the mountains, so there are certain things to be expected, like a couple bugs or a little dust. Stock up before your arrival, as the nearest grocery store is a bit of a drive, as noted in the listing. Directv was nice, full size coffee pot, toaster oven, microwave. This location exceeded my expectations. Was perfect for us and our 8 year old to enjoy the snow. Bring a hard bottom tube, and the hill on the property is a blast for sledding. Great weekend, easy check-in. Not a single complaint. READ THE LISTING!! They are very transparent about what to expect at this rental. Thanks for having us.

Quite, quaint, and Clean!

Nice little log cabin great for two making a long weekend get away from the sweltering humid heat of SC just about perfect !We were visiting with nearby friends who knew the area so we were entertained much of the time. We loved the nice mild summer weather in the area and enjoyed the slight cool winds and the porch furniture every evening. There are 3 cabins on the property but we were there alone and our dog enjoyed her freedom too. The gate at the bottom of the steps leading to the porch was wonderful for letting our dog have additional freedom. Honestly I don't know who enjoyed the porch more. There were dear feeding in the grassy areas every evening we were there.

The property had a musty odor when you entered. It smelled like a wet dog. You could see and feel the dirt on floor so we spent the first 45 minutes cleaning. The towels were stained and the bed linen did not smell fresh and clean. I expected better especially in the time of Covid. The coffee maker had coffee grains with mold going on it . Cleaning is not that hard… disappointed, I would not go back for the above reasons. I wanted to get away not do the same stuff I do at home and then pay for it.

Lovely little cabin with a lovely view ! Stayed nice and warm with that small gas fireplace. Suggest more than one towel person for 5 day stay and extra set of sheets for futon and more cooking utensils.

Peaceful

Perfect little cabin for a quiet not do anything out in the middle of the mountains get away. Only problem we had was the cabin could have been a lot more cleaner. You only get one towel one wash cloth and one hand towel I’d say bring your own also stink bugs are a new sense we had to kill so many inside of the cabin.If you are looking for something to do you may have to drive Away there’s a lot lot of cool places to stop at.But other than that we had a nice little get away.

This cabin is in a rural setting and a convenient 25-30 minute drive to Jefferson/West Jefferson. We worked diligently trying to get the stink bugs treated for during your stay. These bugs are a non-biting, invasive species to our area. They don't carry diseases but are definitely a nuisance. We hope the fresh air in the mountains, and the serene/tranquil atmosphere made for plenty of rest and relaxation. We hope you will come visit us again! Thank You, 4SeasonsVacations

Wonderful Time

My wife and I loved the overnight stay. We had and great meal on the barbecue and sat by the campfire and talked all night long...
