La unidad tiene su propio patio privado y se encuentra a pasos de la playa. Una maravillosa estancia te espera en esta joya junto a la playa. Overall

It was very clean and I loved the location! Family was down there a condo away and 10 mins away. We had a great time! The beach was a hop skip and a jump away.The only downfall was that the pool closed so early and was very strict about the rules. We felt like we were being watched all the time.

Peaceful clean condo steps from the beach

This is my third time staying at this condo unit and it’s excellent every time. I love the management keeps the common areas peaceful and respectful. I appreciate this unit provides everything I need for the beach (umbrella, boogie board, towels etc.). Thank you Patricia for the hospitality. We hope to be back again sometime soon!

Best location ever!

You cannot beat the location of this condo! First floor, walk a few steps out to the beautiful heated pool and only a few more steps and you are on the beach!! So many things are in walking distance…the pier, restaurants, shopping, ice cream, etc. The condo is fully stocked with everything you may need from toilet paper to kitchen accessories to beach chairs and toys. Just a couple of things to note…no night life allowed by the pool past dusk which was a little bummer for our teens and the dressers have a yucky weird smell that we couldn’t use. Those things wouldn’t prevent us from coming back but just wanted to share.

A restful vacation

This is a great place, close to everything but was very quiet with little traffic by it. Just a short walk to the pier. Very nice pool and a beautiful beach.

We enjoyed our stay as we have in the past. Always enjoy returning to Cocoa Beach Club. It's perfect for us. We have our favorite restaurants. And enjoy meeting up with the people we've met there in the past .Hopefully will get to see them again next yr.

Excellent beach condo

Second time at this condo. Brought our dogs this time, so wonderful it’s pet friendly. The covered parking, beach access, beautiful pool, are all conveniently located and close enough to the pier. Only downside was the king bed sheets were dirty w/sand and dog hair when we arrived, but it was easy to wash them since the washer and dryer are in unit. Also, the front door knob was very loose and wouldn’t lock easily so my husband tightened it (ez fix w/screwdriver in kitchen drawer). Could use a deep clean/dusting. Overall, we loved our stay!

A wonderful vacation

Great beach and pool access, there were extra beach supplies and towels for complimentary use. Communication and contact with the owners was easy and prompt. We had a great trip, and look forward to going back!

Wonderful beach condo

We loved this condo. The location is superb! Walking distance to the pier, but far enough so we weren’t close to the crowded portion of the beach. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals (Publix right up the street made grocery shopping convenient). Mostly families staying here, was nice and quiet at night, my 11 year old made plenty of friends in the pool. I liked the condo had a covered parking spot. The rooms stayed cool, and having 2 bathrooms was great. Plus the condo came with boogie boards, beach umbrellas, chairs and plenty of towels. We hope to come back soon!!!

Last minute family vacation

My husband and I decided to take our 2 teenaged sons on a last minute trip to Cocoa Beach before school starts. What a great spot we were able to book with Patricia. Great location, great pool, great beach. So many things in walking distance or short drives. Nice, clean, safe accommodations. We had a wonderful time and would definitely book again!! Thank you Patricia for being so readily available for our questions!

Fantastic beach access

The two bedroom condo is very nice. Had all the kitchen wear items needed. Comfy two bedrooms and a great couch that a teenager claimed for the week. The location can’t be beat. Walked to the pier everyday and had lunch. The pool was great when you didn’t want the beach. Parking right in front. We will book again on our return to Cocoa Beach.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! This was our first trip to Cocoa Beach and it was by far the best vacation we have ever been on. You will pull up to the front door under a covered carport. Pictures does not do this place justice!!! All the rooms are a good size. Love the shower in the master bath. They have the condo packed with everything you need for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc… The kitchen has everything you will need. Towels, wash cloths, etc.. The beach is just a few steps away. The pool is basically outside the back patio door. Everything is walking distance. The pier is not even a 5 minute walk. We were able to experience so many first on this trip. The space center is 20-25 minutes away. We got to see a shuttle launch which was awesome. We got to experience Magic Kingdom and Universal Studios during our stay. This condo and location is very family oriented. We definitely recommend this condo!! We will most definitely be visiting this place again :)

Everything provided, clean condo.

The condo was equipped with everything you would need…and then some. Cute place and near pool. Property manager Tina was on top of everything…. She was available for everything from recommendations on places to eat, to answering guests questions, all while keeping us in line 😘and following property rules with a pleasant demeanor. Patricia was available if needed, as well. Nice group

Quiet But Close to Everything

This condo is perfect for someone who likes being on the first floor with access to your vehicle right outside your door. Made packing and unpacking very easy. The location is close to everything but quiet. The saltwater pool was wonderful and the close proximity to the beach was great too. The grounds are kept up very nicely and we loved seeing the little lizards sunning themselves. Cute but not a nuisance. I would say this condo is perfect with the small exception of the comfortableness of the master bed. It’s a great large room but the bed was not comfortable if you don’t like a firm bed. Even with this drawback I would rent here again. Wonderful location for families with children or couples or groups. I would actually love to live here !
