Casa de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños en un canal con un corto viaje en bote al puerto de Charlotte. Esta encantadora casa está en una calle tranquila con un lote de esquina en dos grandes canales. Puedes ver el agua desde casi todas las ventanas de la casa. Un muelle privado para su uso exclusivo, sin puentes entre el hogar y el puerto. Tome su caña y carrete o use el nuestro y pesque directamente desde nuestro muelle: ¡pez grande! También tenemos un congelador de cebo. Hay varias rampas de lanzamiento cercanas, un puerto deportivo cercano para gas. Dos habitaciones tranquilas con una cama king y una cama queen. Las habitaciones tienen cortinas opacas. La casa tiene televisores inteligentes básicos de Dish Network y WiFi de alta velocidad totalmente gratis para su uso exclusivo. No tenemos un teléfono fijo, así que traiga su teléfono celular.

We had a lovely holiday staying at this property! Very quiet with fantastic views from the pool area. The amenities were stocked, and we didn't need anything. The complete outside kitchen may have been our favorite feature.We plan on booking again!

The house is very spacious and has all that you could ever need. The pool area is fantastic. Great seating area for afternoon cocktails and loved the smoker for dinners. 10 out Elizabeth is very cordial and has thought of everything for the house. Thank for a great 3 weeks.

2nd winter staying here. Great home and location. Host is very responsive. You will not regret staying here! We are going to a different part of Florida next winter, or we would stay here again.

Christmas Getaway

We made a trip to Florida for Christmas to visit our daughter. The house was perfect for our visit. The location was great for site seeing, getting to restaurants and close to the freeway. The view from the deck was our favorite part of the house.

Nice Little Bungalow

We had a wonderful stay here. The fire pit at night was used heavily as we sat out and listen to the fish jump. Wonderful deck and a very comfortable house. We will come back next time we are in the area.

Wonderful winter!

Had a great winter stay. Everything was as advertised and more. Outside entertainment area is fabulous. Host was very responsive to anything we needed. We've booked for next winter, so that should tell you how much we enjoyed it!

Punta Gorda for New Years Eve

Peaceful and relaxing

Nice quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful. Seen a lot of birds we don’t see back home. The house was very clean and beautiful. Located on a corner lot of two canals, the fishing was great. Caught 10 different species. Highly recommend this property and will be a repeat customer.

Home away from home!!!

We absolutely loved this home! We had everything we needed to cook either inside or at the magnificent outdoor kitchen!! Absolutely a dream come true! Lots to do at this home! We fished, played bags and swam in the in ground pool!! The weather could have been better but nothing the owners could do about that! Saw a manatee, lots of fish and lots of birds. Very close to Walmart and Publix. Would love to stay again!

The host and the house were amazing overall. I’m not sure if there is anything they could do about the no see ums but they did have plenty of bug spray options to try to ward them off. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, that really set it apart. Only upgrades I would recommend would be better bedding on the master bed and a frame that actually fits the mattress. I would also put money at upgrading the master bath. Other than that it had all the amenities and the owners were very communicative and gracious when we had to leave in a hurry due to a family emergency. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything We Needed

Elizabeth was an excellent host - easy to communicate with always responsive in a timely manner. Her property is everything described and then some, spacious, comfortable, quiet and a beautiful view. We have been fishing in the Port Charlotte Harbor/Boca Grande area for most of our lives and have always loved being on the water every chance we get. We found this gem of a home and had to have it. We stay on the weekends as much as we can and rent it to others to enjoy when we are unable.

We fell in love with the location Great place for relaxing or fishing but minutes from downtown Punta Gorda. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. I know you will love it as much as we do.

Corner lot on 2 canals with great views from inside of the house or outside. Private dock with water and power. At night the green light comes on and you can watch a variety of fish from the living room inside or from the outdoor living area.
