Disfrute de la vista del hermoso Golfo de México cada vez que se siente en el patio de esta gran unidad del primer piso.

Estacione en la puerta y entre en este condominio de una habitación / un baño con capacidad para seis. Una cama king size en la Master Suite proporcionará una noche de sueño reparador.

A los niños les encantarán las literas gemelas en el pasillo y dos más pueden dormir cómodamente en el sofá Queen-Sleeper de espuma viscoelástica.

Caribbean Dunes es un complejo bien mantenido ubicado en la hermosa zona de Crystal Beach, y está cruzando la calle desde el Golfo. Darás unos 200 pasos y estarás justo en la arena blanca como la nieve de Crystal Beach. La piscina comunitaria y el jacuzzi son ideales para un descanso de la playa. Ambos son brillantes y acogedores. La unidad está directamente enfrente del acceso público a la playa. Compras, restaurantes, pesca, el parque acuático, golf y alquiler de bicicletas están muy cerca.

AMAZING!!!

This was our fourth stay here. We have enjoyed every stay there. Everything you need is there other than food. The area is always a laid back atmosphere so it makes the stay that much better. Looking forward to our next stay.

Overall good!

The best thing for us was the location. Being only 2-3 min walking away from the house made everything easy especially with the kid. Overall the house is perfect, clean, comfortable, has everything you need.

Peaceful paradise

Great short walking distance to the beach. We love to cook and had everything we need in a kitchen. Great sleeping arrangement for my family of 5, 2 teenagers and an 11 year old. The owners were very helpful and informative on things to do around the area including dining in at restaurants. We would definitely book this gem again.

Sensational Stay!

First let me say that this place is excellent. It is very clean and up to date. Location is a short walk from the beach so you don't have to go far at all. It has a nice back patio to just relax while the sun sets and have a drink. Shopping & restaurants are close by as well as a Publix grocery store. Our host was extremely helpful with the few questions we had upon check in. We would definitely stay again and look forward to going back. Thank you for everything.

Home away from home

This condo was exactly like the pictures. They had everything you would need and more. The appliances were all new, the dishes were nice, the beds were comfortable, the pool was perfect! The beach was literally steps away. It was myself and my 4 children and we felt very safe. I absolutely would recommend this place to everyone.

Clean, close and everything you need

Absolutely loved this place! It had everything we needed and then some! The boogie boards and beach toys/nets and umbrella made our trip that much more fun and enjoyable. Plenty of towels for our small family of 4. Space was clean and perfect location - short walk across to the beach! Will definitely return!!! Small check in issue with the wrong door code but Kim was quick to respond and remedy.

Great property, great location!

This was the perfect condo for our family of 4. It was near beach access and conveniently located near everything from restaurants to shops and everything in between. The condo itself had great starting amenities. We picked up a grocery order and had all we needed at hand. Beds were comfy and overall cleanliness was amazing. The condo came equipped with beach chairs and boogie boards which was a plus because we didn’t have to haul that on our road trio. Overall, we are looking forward to a second stay and ready to book again.

Will start with saying that Mrs. Brown attention to details is Magnific, Destin is one of the places we visit often, one of my wife's favorite places, with that been said, we stayed at several places there, but mrs. Brown place has been the best so far, close to everyting, well kept, clean very, every little detail has been considered, often we bring our own pans and pots, because the ones at the places are in bad shape or they don't have the right ones, at her place is not the case. Very impresed with the place, nothing but good thinks to say about it. Most definetily will stay there again.

This is a great condo, everything we needed was there. Very clean and updated and the bed is very comfortable. Very close to the beach, Camille’s cafe on the corner was a great start to the day. We would highly recommend!

Great little vacation getaway

We came down for a wedding and extended our stay into a little vacation afterwards. The location was perfect. Literally a short walk to the beach and Destin commons shopping center is nearby. Everything is a short distance away. The condo was clean and well maintained. Communication with Kim was great. We had a awesome stay!

Heavenly Hideaway

The property was exactly as described. It was right across the street from the beach and within walking distance of Camille’s and Cissy’s. Starbucks is about .7 miles away and made for a nice morning walk. It’s central Located for fun activities. The place was well maintained and exactly as described. 10/10

Great Place to Stay

The location is wonderful! It is close to the beach and the pool, and it is in a lovely area. The place was very neat and clean. The owners were great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Long weekend stay

We stayed here over the holiday weekend. We were pleasantly surprised on how much room there actually was. It was perfect for our family of 3. The only thing I wish is that there was a lock on the back door with a code so you could enter through the back door from the beach instead of having to walk around to the front. All in all it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again. The owners were great to work with and were very responsive to any messages we sent. I will be recommending this condo to my family and friends!

Wonderful condo!

We had the best week in Destin! This condo was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The owners were always quick to respond to emails in advance of our stay and were able to accommodate our needs. The location is perfect. Highly recommend! We will be back for sure.

Great May getaway to Destin - loved this property

We enjoyed staying at the Caribbean Dunes in early May 2021. The location was perfect as it was close to everything but was not nearly as congested with cars as other locations. The place was decorated very nicely and was very clean. We had questions for Kim and Steve and they were very responsive. Great trip!

Heavenly Hideaway

Everything was exactly as shown on VRBO website. The condo was clean, the walk was short to the beach, and the location was just right. Communication with Kim was great! This was our first time using VRBO and it was a great experience. Thank you!

Our family has been coming to the Destin area for 30 years and we decided to own a small piece of the paradise that we have enjoyed throughout the years. We chose the Crystal Beach area of Destin because it reminds us of a small beach town with all the convenience of shopping and restaurants so close. We would also like to share it with others so they can fall in love with the area and keep coming back year after year!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The area around out condo and the beach has lots of sidewalks and is a true walking community, however there are so many restaurants and shopping less than a mile away. It is truly the best location in Destin.
