Disfrute de sus vacaciones en el Cabo en este amplio y luminoso edificio colonial de 2700 pies cuadrados. Encuentra todas las comodidades del hogar en esta casa de 4 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños. Gran sala con ping pong, juegos familiares y rompecabezas. Después de un día en la playa, relájese junto a la piscina mientras asa en la gran terraza. Tome un viaje de un día a Provincetown para un crucero de avistamiento de ballenas. Esta casa es adecuada para múltiples familias de vacaciones juntas.

El nivel principal, con techos de 9 pies y plano de planta abierto, incluye una cocina bien surtida, una mesa grande para comer y una cómoda sala de estar. Disfrute de su café o té en la gran cocina de la península con amplios asientos. La gran sala de gran tamaño tiene techo de catedral y tragaluces con espacio suficiente para tu torneo de ping pong. Este piso también tiene un dormitorio con cama queen size.

El nivel superior cuenta con un amplio dormitorio principal con techos altos, claraboyas, vestidor y baño principal con bañera de hidromasaje. Dos dormitorios adicionales, cada uno con camas queen comparten el segundo baño completo.

The house was very roomy, large bedrooms, great family room with a ping pong table that was so fun for all, large kitchen and dining area. Hostess very accessible, responsive very promptly and pleasant to deal with. The home made sour dough bread was a delight. We highly recommend this house for a large group.

Beautiful haven in West Barnstable

I have rented many dozen houses over the years but i must say Nelly is the most attentive, available, helpful host i have ever met! She was always one step ahead of whatever we needed and a true pleasure to deal with and get to know. The house itself was a large, welcoming place with beautiful spaces inside and out. The yard has a fenced in area for dogs,a lovely lawn, amazing heated pool, and magnificent old growth trees.In short,it was a magical experience.

Great vacation house

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful, and we loved the pool. One thing that was not an issue for us but might be for others is that the primary bedroom has a skylight and no window shades, so it gets bright in there as soon as the sun comes up. The house is well located, an easy drive to several beaches and fun places to explore, as well as several grocery stores/shopping areas.

My family had an amazing time at Cape Cod and especially at this wonderful home. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor heated pool was fantastic and we spent many days just relaxing there. The host was very attentive to all our needs. I would highly recommend staying here.

Family vacation

The house has everything you need. The kids loved playing with the toys and games in the family room. The piano was a nice touch. The outside shed had beach toys and fun pool floats which was exciting. The neighborhood is lovely for morning walks. We got to check in a few hours early, which was much appreciated. Like most houses, there were a few things that could be improved upon. The bed in the green room had a very loud squeaky bed. Every time I moved slightly, it would squeak and the baby would wake up. The outside shower did not have hot water which was disappointing. There were ant traps (or other bug traps) that my dog kept somehow finding around the property and he unfortunately got sick. A few dead bugs in the bathtub upon arrival. Overall a beautiful house that my family enjoyed.

Like home away from home.

We loved the private setting and swimming pool. Beautiful neighbourhood: well-located but away from the crowds that can feel overwhelming in Cape Cod. The house is spacious, with loads of character but also friendly and inviting. Like home away from home! The host was very responsive and a pleasure to interact with, without being intrusive. We can wholeheartedly recommend this house for those looking for private comfort.

Excellent Home and Host

This home is beautiful and Nelly the Host, was more than accommodating. The home was very clean and nicely furniture and in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Nelly went above and beyond to make sure myself and my mother were comfortable and had everything we needed. The fresh baked bread upon arrival was such a treat. I would highly recommend a stay at this property and hoping I will be back again,

Perfect family vacation

We were so happy with our stay! The house is gorgeous and has absolutely everything we needed. Nelly (owner) was so attentive and checked with us on the hurricane making sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Absolutely would recommend this residence to anyone seeking a perfect vacation on the cape. And the heated pool was absolutely delightful !

Family friendly stay

Stayed here for a week and thought this was a great property! The heated pool was great for days when we didn’t want to go to the beach, and the central air made for a very comfortable stay inside. Owner was in touch and answered questions beforehand and even day of trip! Thank you for the stay!

Summer family vacation

My husband and I rented Nelly's house for a week's vacation with our 2 sons, nephew and their girlfriends, all in their 20s. The house was beautiful, comfortable and easily accommodated all 8 of us, plus 2 dogs. We enjoyed several ping pong tournaments, as well as the pool. It was a good home base for trips to various Cape Cod beaches. Nelly was helpful and responsive when we had questions or needed assistance. We all had a great week. Thanks, Nelly!

Accurate description

We just didn’t realize how hilly the property was and how bright in the morning the master bedroom can be with the skylights, also a little window covering in the bathroom would of been nice. About 20-30 minutes away from attractions for children other than Sandy neck beach. But over all very nice stay.

A beautiful quiet escape

The property is exactly as listed , a big, bright, airy and clean home with plenty of room for everyone. We had a great time relaxing in this very quiet neighborhood hanging out on the deck and took several walks in the area with our two dogs. The pool was very clean and perfect for daily swims, which our grandkids loved. The kitchen is very well equipped for just about anything you want to cook up inside or on the grill. Nelly was a great host and checked in on us to see if we needed trash pickups or if we were having any issues, but wasn't at all intrusive during our stay. All in all, we had a wonderful relaxing week in this beautiful home and location and will definately look to rebook again. Thanks Nelly.

Wonderful Cape Cod vacation

We stayed at Nelly's home for a week. It was in a wonderful and quiet neighborhood. Just a short drive to many Cape Cod locations/attractions. We loved the heated pool. Our only complaint, which is why we gave a rating of 4 stars, is that there was an issue with large black ants inside the house. We checked in on Saturday and notified Nelly Sunday evening of the issue. She was great to communicate with and provided us with spray and traps Monday morning. Unfortunately it was a persistent issue for the entire week, which can be challenging with 2 young children that do not like bugs. Other than the ant issue, we have no complaints. Overall, it is a beautiful and comfortable home for a vacation with extended family.

Family Vacation

We had an awesome stay! The house was so clean and big. We really enjoyed the ping pong table as the weather wasn't the best when we were there. Nelly was always quick to respond to any questions and very easy to work with. It was a nice quiet neighborhood that wasn't in the middle of all the tourist spots but close enough to all the beaches, stores, etc. It was nice to have big beds in all the roooms too! Would definitely stay there again if we go back to the Cape!

Wonderful Cape Cod Stay

We’ve rented multiple vacation spots over the years and comparably this was a fantastic property and one won’t find a better host than Nelly and her homemade sour dough bread. We had 3 generations of our family staying and between the great pool, and generous assortment of games, puzzles, table tennis and a piano, there was plenty to do. The house is not on the water, but it is central to everything on the mid cape and within a mile of beautiful Rt. 6A and many of the great communities on route and the many great beaches, in our favorite Sandy Neck Beach. The house had everything needed in the kitchen, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space to spread out on a rainy day. We’d definitely look forward to staying there again on a visit to the Cape.

Amazing Thanksgiving!

I could not have chosen a more perfect house for a family of 8 and 2 pups. I read the reviews and was impressed by the positive interactions with the owner, Nelly. It was clear she had pride in her property and cared about her guests enjoying their time while there. Sure enough, I had lovely interactions with Nelly, she took care of a minor issue immediately. The house is larger than it looks in pics and the kitchen was well stocked enabling us to make a delish thanksgiving dinner. Bedrooms are large and beds very comfortable. There is even a fenced in area off the deck for the pups. We loved it and hoped to go back in the summer to take advantage of the pool but not surprisingly she is mostly booked. I would imagine it is returning guests who loved it as much as we did! Thank you, Nelly, we have rented a house on the cape nearly every summer for 40 years this is definitely in the top 5!!

Centrally located on the cape, we had access to everything we came for. Cape weather can be unpredictable but we found plenty to fill our time. Nelly is a wonderful host and the homemade sourdough was a big hit. Thanks Nelly!!!

My name is Nelly Lyons. When I became an empty nester, I began hosting travelers at my residence in West Barnstable. It has been 4 years now and I am proud to say that I was sold out for the summers of 2019 through 2022 with only 5 star ratings thus far!
I was born and raised in Greenwich CT. I am the seventh child of a family with10 children! My parents bought a summer home on the Cape when we were kids and I fell in love with the lifestyle here. After college I moved to the Cape fulltime and started a business designing and wholesaling swimwear. I soon opened my first retail shop in Provincetown and at one point I had 5 shops around the Cape. Forty-one years later, I have downsized to one store (Nelly's Suits You Swimwear in Hyannis) and plan to retire completely soon. My daughter Skylar has taken over another one of my shops located in The Mashpee Commons. She calls her shop Summer Sky Swimwear named after her sister Summer and herself... Sky
