Summit Ski Chalet es una gran casa privada. Hermosas vistas a la montaña desde grandes ventanales. Es fundamental para todo. Jacuzzi privado y lote grande. Un gran lugar para entretener a un grupo divertido. Este 5 dormitorios, 5 baños duerme 15. Una hermosa cocina de losa de granito con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El comedor del nivel principal con capacidad para 6. Pantalla plana, sofás de cuero, QSS y chimeneas a gas en las dos salas de estar. Gran envoltura alrededor de la cubierta. Patio con gran jacuzzi privado. WiFi gratuito y cable. El dormitorio principal del piso principal tiene rey. Dos baños completos en la planta principal, uno con lavadora y secadora. Dormitorio de invitados arriba tiene rey y terraza privada. Segundo dormitorio de invitados arriba tiene reina. Baño completo en planta alta. El dormitorio de invitados del nivel del jardín tiene literas tamaño queen / twin, pantalla plana, lavadora y secadora, y ba��o privado con ducha y retrete. Cuarto dormitorio de invitados tiene una litera doble con nido doble y pantalla plana. Sala de baño completo en el nivel del jardín. Las vistas a la montaña y al valle son increíbles. En una calle tranquila en la subdivisión Piney Acres en Dillon. Menos de 5 minutos al supermercado, REI, artículos deportivos, alquiler de esquís y snowboards, parques, restaurantes y dos cervecerías. En verano, en menos de 5 minutos se llega al nuevo Anfiteatro Dillon de $ 8 millones con espectáculos de junio a septiembre o al puerto deportivo Dillon con lancha a motor, velero, kayak, alquiler de SUP y el bar Tiki a orillas del lago. we had no hot water the first day and night which was unpleasant. The house is outdated, needs some TLC, floor boards in the stairs leading to the entrance are loose, don't walk barefoot on the deck. The downstairs King bed is hard as a rock to sleep on, about the only good things about this place, it had a great hot tub and the location was ideal, I would not stay here again.

Excellent Stay for Labor Day!

Our weekend at this lovely property was great. The listing is spot on with the description and everything was very neat and clean. We were very impressed with the hot tub and the quiet community. Easy walk to Lake Dillon and the amphitheater. Everything was perfect!

The condo was great, lots of room, very nice, I think the carpet upstairs was very, very new. Just a really good property, just be prepared to climb some stairs.

Nice place for a summer mt biking get-away

This property had everything we needed—and the hot tub was definitely a bonus. Just a heads-up, if you bring a dog you will have to go up or down a flight of stairs to take it out. It’s also a big flight of stairs from the parking spot to the main entrance when unloading and loading your car.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was accurately described. Very helpful having three full bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The wraparound porch and downstairs porch had plenty of seating and the view was amazing. The location was great for concerts or farmer's mkt and good fo getting out to Breckenridge or silverthorne. Nice grocery store about 1/4 mile away. The only negative was no screens on windows. With no AC, opening windows is a must and in the evening we did have flying bugs come in.

Thanksgiving Weekend Getaway

The bedrooms were comfortable, the living room and fireplace were cozy, and we enjoyed being together in the open kitchen -dining room. The hot tub was terrific!!!There were a few issues with the dishwasher and coffee pot. Both need to be replaced or repaired. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary cooking equipment. We would definitely rent again!

One quick note- lots of stairs to navigate, which was tough for my older pup who was dealing with a bad shoulder. I had to carry her up and down the stairs to get to the yard and to the car. But once Summit Resort Group learned of her illness/injury - they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and supported.

Beautiful area but not for seniors with handicapped issues

I was told that the property was on levels. I was not told . that in order to access the property I would have to climb down 17 wooden stairs. The stairs had a hand rail on both sides of the stairs. but the stairs were very steep. The property did not show any indication that it was not handicapped accessible. The property was not cleaned properly. The hot tub did not work. This property was advertised as nonsmoking, we found cigarette stubs around the house. The property advertised dog friendly ,but we had a hard time finding safe places to walk our dogs.

A bit Cluttered?? Sofa bed uncomfortable and old?? With attitude a girl stopped me from going in to take a nap (I just flew in from the Philippines). They said they would call when it was ready so I slept in the car. No one came into the house to work on it and they didn't call at 4:00. We had a great time - the little disappointments were that "Little disappointments."

Board games for evenings. Really enjoyed the hot tub outside in the snow. Our family dog had plenty of space to run in the backyard (fyi not fenced). Be very careful on the winter roads by the house- definitely drive the longer way that the leasing office tells you to. 15 minute drive to Copper Mtn and less than 5 mins to grocery, bakery, liquor stores, bowling etc... it was great! Will definitely stay again!!

A few hiccups with not having enough water and offered to relocate us in middle of our vacation. Fire pit wasn't working even when they got confused and said it was. Huge disappointment! Grills were unusable from filth. Dishes were put away dirty and found detergent pod undissolved. Alarm went off from hardened grease in dirty oven. Master bed was like sleeping with the Flintstones..rock hard! Nails were sticking out on outside boards which ripped one pair of shoes. Otherwise, it was fine.

Family Get Away

The house was clean and close to what we needed. I would agree with prior review, the deck sways a lot and could use some tic. Disappointed that the jacuzzi water was green and was not useable. If you offer that then it should be taken care off and cleaned regularly. Other than that it fit our needs.

Disappointing stay

This was a very disappointing experience. We were in Summit County for a family wedding. The rental property was not available for check-in at 4:00 as promised and we were not able to access the home until after 5:00. As a result, we were late for the rehearsal dinner. Summit Resort Group was difficult to work with and lied to our faces multiple times. Although they told us the housekeeping staff was cleaning at 2:30, they did not actually arrive to the property until after 3:30 (resulting in the late check in and missed wedding event). The house was much smaller than expected and felt cramped. The views were nice but you can find great views anywhere else in Summit County - and I would suggest you do so. This rental property is not worth the price and the property manager was difficult to work with. We will not stay here again.

Great Central Location for a Mountain Trip

We had a great experience at this house in Dillon. The residence is conveniently located minutes from major roadways and amenities such as groceries and an REI. Perfect spot for access to many of Colorado’s ski resorts. You’ll want 4WD in the winter and accessibility may be an issue for some due to the steep stairs to get to the house.
