Impresionante alquiler de vacaciones en el corazón del centro de Carolina Beach. Casa de tres niveles con 3 cubiertas con vista al mar y está a segundos del paseo marítimo, restaurantes, tiendas, entretenimiento y más. Cada habitación tiene un baño privado completo. El piso superior es la suite principal con balcón doble, cama king size, pantalla plana, bañera hundida y tocador de dos platos. Dormitorio # 2 cuenta con terraza, cama queen, baño privado y pantalla plana. La cama # 3 tiene 2 camas individuales que se convierten en una cama king, futón, pantalla plana y baño. La sala de estar / comedor abierta le permite cocinar mientras socializa. La parrilla eléctrica en la cubierta permite asar de forma segura. 1/2 baño en este nivel es una comodidad adicional. Aparcamiento, lado a lado, para 2 vehículos.

Have stayed in this unit several times. It is our favorite when visiting Carolina Beach. We love it because of it's location. Walking distance to everything.

Great Location & very spacious!

The condo is in a great location and it is gorgeous inside! The host was very responsive. All the instructions were clear. Check-out process was simple with minimal clean up required from us. The listing is 100% accurate. Make sure to bring your beach towels, toys, and all toiletries, including hand soap.We would totally stay here again!

Fun weekend getaway

The location was awesome, walking distance to lots of restaurants and the Boardwalk (though it was a little noisy at night, most things settled by around midnight). Easy access to the beach. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, which was great. The beds were made for one pillow per person (not a deal breaker, but if you need more than that to be comfortable, bring your own). Well supplied kitchen and working W/D. Each floor has a balcony that faces the ocean (with a top walkup with the best view). The unit was pretty clean, though the carpets on the 2nd & 3rd floor had stains and the top floor needed another pass through with a vaccum. There are a lot of stairs, so would not suggest this for anyone with mobility issues. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Clean, "just right" townhouse 1blk from the beach

Great location. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, boardwalk, beach, amusement park. You can hear music every night but it ends at a reasonable time and we did not find that it interfered with sleeping. Townhouse was clean and comfortable. Slight view of beach. Note there are many stairs in this unit in case that is an issue. Property manager was very responsive when we had questions.

Right in the middle of everything, beach access and showers very close, worked great with kids, plenty of separation for naps and great everyone having their own bathroom. Would stay again.

If staying bring EVERYTHING including toilet paper!! Towels are 1 per person and beds are aweful!!

Rental property company managing the location communicated very well but bedding and towels were questionable.

Easter Weekend

Condo was exactly as listed. Loved the thee balconies and location. Easy walk to all shops, restaurants, and beach. Unit was very clean and plenty of room for all of us. Communication with the property manager was excellent and check-in and check-out very easy and convenient. Definitely would stay here again!

Cute place

Rental management company easy to do business with good customer experience! Good location for teens and tweens as easily accessible and walk to stores, eateries. Very busy location on beach, if quiet and space on beach is a must on holiday weekend look elsewhere.

The condo is very nice, clean and well maintained. It's in a perfect location. The rental agent was great to work with. The one thing to mention is it's a lot of stairs between each floor in the condo.

Amazing experience, will definitely come back!

My wife and I spent a great vacation at Family Tides. The place was super clean, the kitchen had everything that we needed and the best part was - it's literally 2 minutes walking distance to the beach!

Fantastic beach house!

Wonderful beach house with everything you could possibly want! Steps to the beach, steps to restaurants and bars and more. The house is beautiful, the beds are comfy and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a great meal. We had a great time.

Things you should know

The house is beautiful. We had 6 adults and 2 teenagers in the property. There are a lot of stairs so be ready. The house is well furnished and has everything you need. On the downside. There is only 2 parking places for the building and you have to pay 8.00 a day for for each additional car. We had a problem with a out side rug fraying when we ran a sweeper on it, so it looks like we have lost our deposit on the house. I would advise you to photo the place when you leave. I have booked a lot of vacations and never had a problem with the cleaning of the place till this time. I was told the place was left dirty, not sure what they are talking about since it has been over 2 weeks and I cant get an answer on it. So make sure you photo when you leave since it is hard to fight now especially since I am 10 hours away.

Great beach house! One minute from the beautifu beach!

It was a great experience! The house was very clean, with well-furnished, ready-to-use kitchen. I stayed the room with two twin beds. It could connect two beds to one king size bed for two people. It was comfortable to sleep. Shower has warm water all the time. The balcony was nice. We could see the fire work from roof top balcony! To the beach, it just takes one minute, which is really great. We could come and back very easily, and we don’t have to use car with wet swim suits. I definitely stay here again!!

Downtown Carolina Beach. 30 seconds to the beach. 30 seconds to coffee. Condo was immaculate, well appointed and the perfect size. Definitely staying here again next summer. Thanks Cindi(who was great)!

Nice

Nice beach house. Nice location. Upon arrival the third floor did not have power. I called the property manager. I was instructed to flip the breaker. Told by the property mgr that I drove through the storm and I should know that maybe there would be an issue. Well as the vacation leasee I thought maybe someone would come to do that for us. Was told no one is coming for that. I may have expected too much. I've been a real estate broker in NC for over 16 years. New to me that a maintenance person would not come to check a breaker box of a vacation home that I have no ownership of. Interesting.

Excellent!

As an individual who travels and vacations extensively, I can personally attest to the superb quality of this beach house! First, the house was immaculately clean; more than adequately furnished. The internet was extremely fast and the smart TV was equipped with various apps (netflix, hulu, and etc.). The balcony views of the ocean on both floors were stunningly beautiful at sunrise. Also, the location is centralized in an ideal area of the beach; in close proximity to a number of resturants and shopping destinations. There is simply too many positives to list! I will certainly be returning!!

PERFECT!!!!

Everything about this property was just as described, Location to the beach, restaurants, shopping, boardwalk all walking distance! Loved Gibbys, The Tiki Hut, some of the little bars and coffee places all walking distance except for the Tiki Hut but worth the 2 mile drive! The mud room on first floor to keep your beach stuff in was great kept the sand inside to a minimum. Lots of stairs so if you have older people and or small kids this property would be a challenge! The only "issue" we had and wasn't even a problem was the grill it is an electric grill and we did not have good luck w/ it....tried inside and outside plugs had to rearrange a few meals that we had planned! Maybe access to a gas grill down on ground level might be an idea??? Internet not the fastest. Wasn't crazy about bringing my own linens but made leaving a little easier to just throw our dirty stuff in a bag and take it with! Cindi was so accommodating met us at the door since we were coming in after hours! Definitely worth every penny would DEFINATELY stay here again and or recommend to anyone visiting Carolina Beach!

Great place!

Family Ties is a great place to stay. We had 2 families and we both stayed comfortably. We had nice views and the walk to the beach is just through the parking lot. Cindi was great, she answered all my questions and provided great tips on places to go and visit. Crab hunting every night was a hit with the kids. The fireworks off the boardwalk were amazing. I would come come back in a heartbeat and stay at this condo!! Thand you Cindi for helping make our first family vacation a blast!!

My Favorite Place to Stay In Carolina Beach From Now On!

This house is so beautiful!!! High quality appliances, the floors are so beautiful, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and each room has your own bathroom. One of the coolest things about this property is it has 4 porches! The porch from the master bedroom turns into another porch. Its's kind of like Repunzel walking up the stairs! So cool!! You can really see everything, and walk to everything. This house is extremely clean and felt clean walking in. I'm always skeptical when I rent out houses because of the cleanliness. I tried to look for a crumb or dirt left but I couldn't find anything. It is less than a 3 minute walk to the beach and you can see the beach from each porch and less than 5 minutes to the boardwalk. You can even go all the way to the roof and sun bath if you want some privacy or go up there and watch the fireworks. We actually brought our own spices and bed sheets, I'd rather use my own stuff like that anyways!! The only thing is there is a lot of steps in the house but I think it fits well with the location and being at the beach -its perfect. Really a fantastic vacation home, I will be coming back again!
