We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We recommend to book directly and save on third-party fees—such a great value for such a lovely place. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Bama B&B Property. This location was very close to downtown Tuscaloosa but far enough away to get out of the traffic yet under 2 miles to the U of A campus. We enjoyed our morning stroll on the walking trails at the end of the street as well as hearing the ping of the ball hit the bat at the ballfields at the end of the street.

Lovely home and great location

Home is lovely, fully appointed with everything you could think of or need. Clean, comfortable and nicely situated a very short drive from the UA campus. Loved driving under the Roll Tide and Title Town bridge every day! Communication with the property managers/owners was wonderful. Highly recommend.

T-Town Treasure

This property was perfect for our family. The modern interior was beautifully decorated with quality furnishings. We loved having the ability to let out our pups in the fenced in yard. Will definitely come back to T-Town Cottage often during the next four years. Roll Tide!

Perfect Gameday Cottage

We came with another family for a tour of U of AL and to attend a game. This place is fantastic- in fact so much that my husband said he wished we could take it everywhere we visit. It’s close to campus and yet on a peaceful street. The little town of Northport was adorable & had a great sports bar to eat dinner under the lights. The place was decorated so well and the management team was super helpful and friendly. Our friends evacuated Tampa from the hurricane & had to bring their dogs. The team accommodated them quickly. The fenced backyard was perfect & great firepit. Loved our visit to Tuscaloosa & our great cottage!

It was a good stay all thing considered

The rental company was a pain leading up to our stay. One rule after another. Forms and signatures galore. Plumber spend 3 hours out there on game day. I wish they had spent more time on making sure the property was ready instead of making sure i had 10 forms filled out to protect themselves. The outside garbage can was at the street and full when we got there. We had to take our gabarge with us to make sure we didnt get an additional charges after we left. The rental company made me provide them with names/cars of any potiential guest? I thought that was out there in space. I mean how do you know every person that might stop by? That did not make since to me! All that being said the good things at the property out weighed the bad. Very nice, clean, comfortabel house. Plenty of room for our party of 6. nice back yard. Neighbohood was fine

It's unfortunate when our company has to deal with a guest that thinks rules should not apply to them. This guest wanted to host an event, which is NOT allowed in Tuscaloosa at any short term rental property. He thought he could get around this rule by having people "come and go" all weekend. The city has rules as to how many cars are allowed at a property to prevent guests like James from hosting an event. It's amazing that a guest would give a low rating because they weren't allowed to break the rules. All of this was explained to James long before his arrival, and while he still had time to cancel his reservation. He did not ask again, and we had no issues during his stay, so he was given a very positive Plumbing issues can't be anticipated, and the plumber arrived in less than an hour to resolve the issue. This property had a booking prior to the arrival of this guest and garbage had already run earlier in the week. Had this guest notified us about the garbage situation, instead of just complaining on this review, our staff would have been sent out immediately to remove the trash for him. Communication is important. This house has multiple perfect 5-star reviews, so it should be pretty obvious where the problem is with this one review.

VRBO issue

No problem with property. Listing is not accurate. Owner of this site (Expedia Group actually) offers little to no help with issues. Also, DO NOT buy the cancellation insurance! Mountains of data they ask for. Time consuming. You'd think you were making a claim for your house being wiped out by a hurricane or something. Mine actually was for my father being close to death (He died a day or 2 after I started claim process). They wanted documentation from his Physician if you can believe it!

Awesome house

House is high quality with lots of extras - coffee, extra toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton balls and qtips, Kleenex, plenty of towels, little cleanup needed when leaving. We stayed for graduation weekend and this place was EXPENSIVE. Warning - futon is hard as concrete, our 18-year old could not sleep on it, might be fine for small children. Walking trails and park nearby.

I am so glad y'all enjoyed your stay! I wish you had let us know the issue with the futon. Our housekeeping staff must have forgotten to put the foam pad down on it before making it up. I could have told you where to find that had you let us know. Congrats to the graduate!

The rental was 5 star accommodations. It had anything and everything that you could possible ask for or need. The place was convenient to Main Street and had its own little historic town with a couple of great places to eat. The place was pet friendly which was a great relief for us being refugees from Hurricane Ida. It couldn’t possibly have been any better. Thank you very much. We highly recommend.
