16 East Beach Lagoon es su hogar cl��sico frente al mar de Sea Pines. Esta casa de seis dormitorios, cinco y medio dormitorios está ubicada directamente sobre el océano y tambi��n a un corto paseo del recientemente reconstruido Sea Pines Beach Club.

Esta casa tiene una hermosa y gran piscina frente al mar y spa con amplios asientos para la tripulaci��n. La piscina y el spa se pueden calentar por temporada por un cargo adicional, llame a nuestra oficina con anticipación para programar. ¡Disfruta de la parrilla a gas y prepara una comida al aire libre mientras entretiene a tu grupo a chapotear en la piscina!

1er piso:

Al entrar en la casa, se lo recibe con un área de estar grande y abierta que cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana. Justo al lado de la sala de estar es un lugar perfecto para el salón con asientos adicionales. Hay un cuarto de polvo ubicado cerca también.

Junto a la sala de estar, se encuentra una de las mejores ventajas de la casa: ¡la cocina GORGEOUS actualizada y gourmet! Esta cocina te hará querer comer cada comida en el hogar. Realmente es el sueño de un chef. Hay un montón de asientos para todo el grupo justo al lado del área de la cocina.

La primera suite principal está ubicada frente al mar en el primer nivel y tiene acceso directo al área de la cubierta de la piscina. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king con un televisor de pantalla plana y un amplio vestidor. También tiene una pequeña sala de estar en el dormitorio. El baño principal privado cuenta con un tocador doble, una gran bañera y una ducha a ras de suelo separada.

Al otro lado del pasillo hay un dormitorio número dos que tiene una cama king y un televisor de pantalla plana. Esta habitación tiene un baño privado con tocador doble y ducha a ras de suelo.

El tercer dormitorio cuenta con dos gemelos y está más cerca del área de la cocina. Cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana y baño privado con una combinación de ducha / bañera.

2 ° piso:

La segunda suite principal se encuentra en el segundo piso. Cuenta con una cama tamaño king, vistas al océano y una sala de estar con televisor de pantalla plana. Tiene acceso directo a un balcón del segundo piso. El baño actualizado está justo al lado de la habitación con un tocador doble y una gran ducha a ras de suelo. Este baño es compartido con la habitación doble.

El quinto dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y un televisor de pantalla plana. Tiene acceso directo al mismo baño compartido con la habitación king arriba.

El último, sexto dormitorio es un dormitorio frente al mar con una cama king y una pequeña sala de estar. Cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana y acceso al balcón del segundo piso frente al mar. Dispone de baño privado con ducha a ras de suelo.

Hay un estudio abierto en el segundo nivel que tiene un sofá cama para alojamiento adicional.

Our family had an absolute amazing time at this house. The location is perfect, the house slept 8 adults and 7 kids easily and the pool provided endless entertainment. This is a perfect spot for a family vacation and we would love to come back. Thanks to the host!

Another great week on Hilton Head Island!!

This was our 2nd stay in the home - it never disappoints. It's got the best pool deck in Sea Pines - large pool and short boardwalk to the beach. The kitchen is large with plenty of space to cook family meals or simply graze on snacks. Looking forward to next year!

A Beautiful Place for a Vacation

The house was great and we had plenty of room. We were able to put a crib in the Master closet and pack and play in the master bath and a crib and a pack and play in the room with twin beds. The rest of us slept in king size beds! One wonderful surprise was a mini fridge and ice maker at the bar! The location of this house gave us a beach that was not crowded, and when we had a breeze, we were able to put our Shibumi right where we wanted it to go. One morning we found a lost sea turtle in the sand dunes and were able to take it in a bucket to the beach where we all cheered it on into the ocean. The house came with 10 beach towels which was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay there!

Great news, they’ve agreed to purchase all new mattresses! Every bed in the home will be receiving a brand new, high quality mattress – the delivery date is set for late August 2023. Regarding parking – there is enough room to park six cars at the home. Parking can be tight as it is a long, narrow drive – but we are able to accommodate up to six cars total. Mixed Review

The first 18 hours were a nightmare because the houses needs some TLC. The patio door was broke and quickly bounced back when we tried to open it pinching our 3 yr old granddaughters fingers. The refrigerator freezer door wouldn't close properly. A toilet over flowed the first time it was flushed because cleaners flushed bars of soap. The property management team was very responsive and quickly fixed everything. The rest of our stay was great. We loved the size and layout of the house for our family gathering and the location was great for beach, golf, restaurants and shopping. It is a bit expensive for the condition of the property, it definitely needs some updating.

Overview of stay.

This property was misrepresented in innumerable ways. The parking lot was grossly inadequate, advertised for 6 but afforded 3. Ingress and Egress was quite cumbersome and dangerous. Upon entry, there was a very strong gas smell inside and outside the house. After an extensive search, we found that the propane tank was open along with a burner on the outside grill. Which created an obvious hazard. The pool was not functioning properly until Monday. The sand shower from the beach was not working properly and never repaired even after observed by coastal staff. Closet door in one bedroom was falling off hinges, Towel rack upstairs was not secured. Kitchen sink faucet would not retract. Stove light was not working properly. Stove top burners functioned poorly. There was mold on the ceiling upstairs in the hall. Upstairs smelled of mildew. There were huge wasps nests on the upstairs porch so it could not be used. There was an obvious past leak in the ceiling above one of the couches. This list could go on and on. In conclusion, we believe that a partial refund would be appropriate due to the substantial misrepresentation and the safety and health hazards and endless inconveniences of not being able to fully use this property as advertised. Finally, as you are aware misrepresentation of amenities and services, failure to disclose known hazards and defects and failure to maintain habitable rentals are serious violations of the SC rental statues. Please respond.

The lay out of the house was perfect for all 14 of us. The staff was very professional when a TV didn't work. They replaced it that day! My only issue was walking the distant to the beach. It is not easy for older people with bad knees. We would also recommend adding another outdoor trash can. Ours became full very quickly and we had to deal with racoons getting into them. We definitely will be back!

Beautiful View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family vacation in this ocean front home. Plenty of room. The only thing we did not care for was the driveway and parking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home, pool and location on the beach, away from crowds, were ideal for our family gathering of six adults and four children. The only negatives I would note were poor quality toilet paper for a property of this quality and apparently someone had violated the no pet policy, as there were fleas present. Overall, however, a great time.

Home is always so clean and staff is right over if there is anything that needs taken care. Will be back next year!
