Luminoso y silencioso apartamento de 80m2 en el corazón histórico de Bolonia, a 100 metros de las 2 torres. Ubicado en el segundo piso de un palacio histórico de 1800, hogar del arquitecto Giuseppe Mengoni (diseñador de la Galería Vittorio Emauele de Milán). Vista de un jardín interior grande y silencioso con grandes árboles. Reestructurado nuevamente en diciembre de 2016. Techos altos de 4,50 mt, acabados de alto nivel y gran atención al detalle, vigas de madera originales.
Gran entrepiso con vista a la sala de estar.
Ideal para 2 personas.

Someplace we have never been

The location is perfect. The check in process was flawless. The apartment was super clean and well appointed. the Host's recommendations were spot on, and we availed ourselves of many of them; the restaurants especially. You really cannot go wrong with this listing.

Wonderful apartment, wonderful city.

The apartment was literally minutes from the historical area in Bologna. It was clean, modern, quiet, a comfortable bed & pillows & the shower was hot. Everything I would look for in a vacation home away from home. Roberto was very pleasant & helpful. My 12 day stay in Bologna was fantastico!

Everything was perfect

A spacious, clean and well-furnished apartment with fine facilities. Everything was as described in the ad. We were received very kindly by our host. The location is perfect: central in the city, but no traffic noise at night. We are happy to recommend this place to others.

Excellent stay

This turned out to be an excellent choice. The location was really convenient and the apartment met all our needs. Roberto was very helpful in answering our questions before we arrived. We would very happily stay here again if we return to Bologna. One tip - when leaving for the last time ensure that the inner metal gate in the hall is unlocked before shutting the keys in the apartment, as there is no way of opening it without keys!

Lovely appartment, lovely hosts

Beautiful appartment, modern, confortable, bright and very well equipped. You are in the middle of downtown and cannot hear anything. Roberto and Lucia Ramazza are lovely hosts, they helped us with everything we could need, and made us feel welcome in Bologna. We spent some wonderful days. Thank you Roberto! Thanks Lucia!

Wonderful

This is the second time we have stayed at Roberto's Apt. The Apt. is in a perfect location for sightseeing in Bologna, with many restaurants within easy walking distance. Shopping is an easy walk if that's your thing. There are a few music venues in the neighbourhood ranging from Classical to Jazz. The Apt. itself is the quiet, comfortable bed and a kitchen which we used for dinners from time to time. We would not only return to Bologna for the beautiful city it is, we would without a doubt stay at Roberto's Apt. again. Thank you Roberto for making our return trip to Bologna such a great experience Ken & Terry

close to perfect

This property was the best VRBO rental I've experienced, It matched everything I wanted and hoped for in a short term rental, with terrific location and all-around comforts, including a washing machine. If there is one drawback, it might be that someone with mobility issues could have difficulty navigating the steps up to the apartment. But I'm 80, in good condition and didn't have any problem at all with that aspect. Roberto was just as available and attentive a renter as he needed to be. All the info needed for a pleasant stay was provided, detailing restaurants, services, etc.

Like new apartment and fantastic location

The apartment is fantastic. It is like new with with modern appliances and furnishings. The location is very convenient to the city center. Near cafes, restaurants, shops and multiple grocery stores. The air conditioning works well. Roberto was always very responsive. His wife Lucia, who checked me in, was lovely and showed me around the apartment. The only downside, which is completely out of Roberto & Lucia’s control, is as of June & July 2019 there is construction in the building Monday-Friday starting between 8-9 am. It will wake you if you are still sleeping, but we were so tired we fell back to sleep. We will love to come back!

Architectural masterpiece

Newly and very tastefully renovated with attention to detail to make guests feel welcome. Spacious, light- filled rooms overlooking a courtyard with delightful, mature trees. Location is very central but very quiet because the apartment does not face the street. Home owner was responsive and quick to be helpful (with excellent English.) Only word of caution: staircase to upstairs loft has no railing and is not suitable for small children or the elderly. Also, shower drains very slowly but owner promised to look into it. Don’t be put off by external appearance of building as this apartment is a real gem! Will certainly recommend property to overseas friends who come to SAIS alumni reunion regularly.

Wunderbares, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, gemütliches Apartment in einem Altbau mitten in Bologna mit hohen Decken. Komplett saniert, moderne Küche mit allem was man braucht. Mitten in der Stadt, alles fussläufig erreichbar, trotzdem ruhig... Sehr zu empfehlen. Unkomplizierter, freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter, bzw. seinem Sohn. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great location, lovely space, just needed some cleaning.

We loved the area around this place and the vibe of the whole space! Only one note: the appliances and dining ware in the kitchen were not clean, most notably the espresso-pod machine and the tea kettle. The reservoir for the espresso machine looked as though it had never been cleaned, and ceramic inside of the tea kettle had chipped off and was left floating in about a half-centimeter of old water. All of the cups and bowls had grime around the edges that we had to hand clean before using. That being said — the nearby food was awesome, the bed was comfy, and the living room was a great place to unwind. Bummed we didn’t have a use for the cool loft upstairs.

A very good central location in a clean and fairly spacious apartment. The bathroom was very small and the shower even smaller but the water pressure was good-so it was ok. The owner wanted to know very specific times of arrival and departure which felt a little oppressive. Other than those small things our stay in Bologna was wonderful.

Perfection in Bologna

This apartment is just perfect. The location is wonderful. Despite being in the centre of the city it’s also quiet with big windows overlooking an internal courtyard. It has everything you could possibly and is very tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable and even during a very hot period in bologna, the apartment remained quite cool. Roberto was very accommodating and helpful. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in bologna! Highly recommend.

Séjour exceptionnel.

Appartement de très grande qualité, lumineux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il est idéalement situé au coeur de la ville mais pourtant très au calme. Les propriétaires sont particulièrement charmants, très à l'écoute et attentifs. Encore merci à eux pour leurs délicates attentions. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
