Tome el ascensor hasta el tranquilo tercer piso y encontrará esta unidad con una vista lateral del Golfo de México. Ingrese a un área de azulejos en la planta baja donde verá una sala abovedada, cocina, baño completo y una alcoba para lavadora / secadora. El sofá del salón se convierte en una cama queen. Hay un amplio espacio en los cajones y un armario para la ropa. Un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas se encuentra en la pared opuesta al sofá. Los huéspedes tienen acceso a Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad gratis, así que traiga su computadora portátil. La sala de estar está separada de la cocina por una barra con cuatro taburetes. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos grandes y pequeños. Great Experience

There are 4 pools, a tennis court, corn hole, convenient beach access with chair rentals and a snack shack with a wide range of food and drinks. This unit is exactly as pictured, very clean, and well maintained. The owners were really helpful and responsive. They even answered all my questions prior to booking. We had a wonderful time staying here.

Condo was not really what I was expecting! Location was good, but the condo is really outdated and has an old feeling to it. The shower in the upstairs bathroom is nonfunctional. The downstairs bathroom shower stall looks bad! The bathrooms had only one bath towel,one washcloth,and one hand towel each. I have stayed at lots of condos over the years and never have I seen this! I had to wash them over and over just to be able to take a shower! Only one kitchen towel as well. The sliding door for the balcony was also nonfunctional, it could be opened and closed with a tremendous amount of effort, the outdoor furniture on the balcony was dirty and badly needed to be replaced. The kitchen was great actually had everything needed to cook and eat there! Living room furniture was okay as well. Over all it's just okay,but could be so much better with just a few upgrades. The elevator was out of order which was a bummer too, but that's not the owners fault. The pools were wonderful,and not overly crowded. I think the owner should put a little money into the place, especially add some more towels and washcloths. The 35 parking fee was a little ridiculous too.

This place was the best. The beach is right outside the building, and everyone was so nice. We loved the pools and the snack shop too. The condo was comfortable and clean. We really loved the kitchen.

Great Anniversary Vacation

Me and my boyfriend just celebrated our three year anniversary and his birthday, this spot was the perfect the place for just the two of us. The acoustics are good in the hall, but I didn’t hear any others guests in their rooms. We loved the private balcony, barely anyone could see us, partial view of the beach. Short walk to the beach, tons of pools. There’s this amazing concession stand that sells really good drinks (our favorites were the banana and bushwacker ice cream drinks). Elevators were right next to the room and the parking lot, so it was really easy to bring our stuff up and down, get to the trash chute, and swing by the car on the way to the beach (didn’t have to bring my chairs up!). I recommend stopping by Blalocks Seafood for some fresh tuna steak- ten minutes from the Vrbo and delicious with some rice. Great communication with the host, no problems with entry, and answered all my questions promptly. Looking for a nice little condo for the weekend, this is a good one.

Older property - nice pool and right on beach

This is an older property which we were aware of, but we were a little disappointed. The interior halls looked like a prison block. One elevator was out of operation during our entire stay. The pool area was nice and clean. Parking spots were very tight. Most concerning was our balcony door did not close properly and there was a scaffolding set up right outside. Anyone could have hopped right in!

Fantastic Property

This condo was one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. You can walk straight into the beach through the parking garage. It was wonderful. The condo was clean and beautiful. It’s the perfect spot for a couples getaway. The only thing I had a little trouble with was figuring out how to lock the door on the way out but you can figure it out pretty quick. My particular condo provided one dishwasher packet so I’d recommend bringing a sponge and soap or more pods if you will be doing a lot of cooking like we did. 10/10 spot will try to come back

Feels like home

My husband and I stayed for almost a week the last week of Feb, 2025. The upstairs bedroom and bath were ideal for us since my husband loves to nap. Room darkening shades or blinds would have made him happier. I love to cook, and was able to purchase fresh seafood and prepare it in the kitchen. The tv’s were great for relaxing when not on the very close beach on the Gulf of MEXICO and the pools were nice when the breeze was too cold off the water. Simply lovely.

Sugar Beach

It was clean but could use a fresh coat of paint. There were a few maintenance issues but the owner dealt with them very quickly. Location was amazing

A couple of hiccups

We were not sent the entry code. I had to message the host to receive it. Upon arrival the AC unit was not cooling. We did message the host and received prompt communication. A very poor night’s sleep after a long day of travel was disappointing. The host did have someone out to fix the AC on day 2 which was appreciated. The AC filter was last changed in July 2024 according to the writing on it and it was dirty. Large box fan in the bedroom was appreciated, especially on night 1. Not bad overall, but not sure that I would book again.

Nice place

Great to spend a vacation in for a small family. Everything that was needed was there. Short walk to the beach and pool. Parking under covered garage was nice also. Will visit again

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. The pictures and description was very accurate. The host was very responsive as well as polite. The condo is a very short walk to the beach. Everything was convenient from booking to arrival. We really enjoyed our trip!

Weekend Getaway

We took a quick two night trip to the beach and this place was perfect for us. The condo was nice and clean. We had everything we needed. Parking was easy. The pools were nice and the walk to the beach/ocean was short. It was in a great location and we could get to any restaurants/activities in either Orange beach or gulf shores quickly. Would recommend this place for any couples.

One month at Sugar Beach

Liked the location near the state park trailhead and access to the beach. The garage and building were maintained and clean. Everything worked in unit and was well furnished. When we arrived the floors were very sandy. I understand we are on the beach, but after cleaning the sweeper filters, we swept floors 3 times and it was much better. The key pad/lock occasionally wouldn't work. Balcony pic was not the same furniture - 2 white plastic chairs and was very dirty. The sliding door was hard to slide so my husband lubricated the track. The fridge needed to be wiped out. Rolled the couch to clean. Night lights on bed didn't work so put batteries in. Blinds in bedroom didn't work. Shower/tub in upstairs bathroom was dirty - ring in tub and walls had scum. No mattress pad on bed. A recommendation would be to add the instructions on how to operate the Roku TV to the Welcome notebook. I would suggest checking these items in the unit after it has been "cleaned." We had friends in 2 other units and noticed a difference.

One bedroom was very basic, needs a deep cleaning

Very basic, didn't have a mini bottle of dish detergent for hand washing dishes. The couch bed was full of sand which went everywhere when we opened it. The whole space could use a really good deep cleaning. The condo was as described. There is a nice veiw of the beach from the balcony. Over the property was okay. We have never stayed at Sugar Beach before.
