We had a Great Stay on Mothers Day weekend. Property was very clean and very well stocked with plenty of room for our party of Seven. Very good location. Close to airport and downtown Jackson Hole. We would definitely recommend and will stay there again in the future

nice condo with excellent layout, enough space for teens and an infant (with a walk in closet in the master perfect for a pack and play crib), and amazing serene location with wild life everywhere (there were elk and moose and foxes spotted in the backyard).

Great location!

Excellent property to stay for the Tetons. We comfortably had 3 adults and 3 kids. Proximity to the park is amazing. You can be within the GTNP within a few minutes. Jackson is about 20 min away so still very close. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Excellent choice!

We’ve rented several ski condos over the years but this is the first that exceeded expectations and photos. In addition to being nicely appointed and updated, the condo was very spacious. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The pictures are deceiving, it is an old house. It is a townhome that apparently doesn't allow trailers. There is a lot adjacent to the property that has trailers on it, but I could not get any answers as to where to park it. We came from Island Park snowmobiling and the intentions were to watch the hill climbs, which were cancelled. It's my fault for not reading all the fine print I guess. I was told to call the city of Jackson and a bunch of other things. Someone finally messaged me to tell me to park it in the lot. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom downstairs was old. There was no supplies in the kitchen unlike other places I have rented. The place where you put the garbage was stuffed full. Everyone was disappointed, a hotel would have been better

We do want to mention that we have not previously received feedback that the home feels old or is misrepresented by the photos, but we sincerely apologize if that was your impression or experience during your stay. Regarding trailer parking, the listing does clearly note that trailers are not allowed due to HOA regulations, which are outside of our control. That said, when you reached out, we did connect with the HOA and were able to secure an exception for your stay and direct you to park in the back lot. We’re sorry for the frustration and confusion this caused and appreciate your patience as we worked through it with you. We regret that the mattresses did not offer the level of comfort your group expected. While we haven’t received other complaints regarding their comfort, we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will keep it in mind, along with your comments about the unit overall, as we consider future updates. We regret that these issues impacted your stay, and we truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve both our communication and overall guest experience. Nice spot with easy access to Grand Tetons and airport

Very nice condo... clean and well supplied. It has very easy access to Jackson Hole airport and Grand Teton park. No AC was a slight challenge on some really hot days, but it cooled off quickly after dark. Elk sightings in back yard were fun.

Gem minutes away from national park

Quick getaway for the family. Home was spotless and had plenty of room for the five of us. Location was outstanding, quick 10-15 minute drive to town and minutes away from the national park and other sightseeing opportunities. Host was outstanding and their response time was nothing short of impressive. Absolutely would recommend to family and friends.

Great spring break experience

This place was peaceful, spacious, clean and a perfect place for us to stay during our kids spring break. One met us from his college in Bozeman and the other is a senior. We all said we need to come back again next year. We did a snowmobile day and a snowboarding day. This place was great to come back to relax, eat and play games.

Amazing Vacation

Love the property and amenities included. We checked in as soon as we were told the house was ready, upon entering you see how nice and well maintained it is. Loved the paintings throughout the house. The kitchen has everything you need if wanting to cook, you will have all the necessary dishes to have a nice meal. Our purpose for this trip was to visit the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. The property is minutes away from the entrance to the park. Lots to do around the area. Highly recommend staying here if visiting Jackson WY

Great location to Grand Teton

Bright, roomy, nicely decorated with very updated look including the kitchen and bathrooms. We didn't realize until our last morning that wildlife abound nearby. Found 2 moose on the big lawn area. Neighbors told us they come by often in the evening near the creek area behind other units. Golf course down the road has nice restaurant with gorgeous views. About 12 minutes to Jackson.

Place was nice, but when we went to check in, the guests before us hadn’t checked out!

The place was nice, but the previous guests didn’t check out till 5:00! We had to sit in the parking lot waiting for them to leave and for it to be cleaned. We felt the management company could have handled it better. We paid a lot for this place! We expected to be treated better

Hi Susie, We want to reiterate our sincere apologies for the start of your vacation. These guests had their checkout date mixed up, and when our housekeeping team arrived at 10AM to clean the property, the guests were in the national park without service, so were unaware of the mixup on their end. Since we were unable to reach them, our team ended up needing to pack up all their belongings for them so that they could properly clean the unit for your arrival, which is why the entire process was delayed. We are so sorry that this negatively impacted the beginning of your vacation and we hope that you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Jackson Hole. Sincerely, The Outpost Crew

Perfect in many ways

WE truly enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were comfortable and the location fabulous. We got to see and do a great deal. A few snafus upon arrival.... there was no coffee carafe??? and it took til the afternoon of the second day to get one and there were no linens available for the sofa bed- although they were speedily provided when I called.

The dryer was a hit or miss. The breaker needed attention to make it work. The vent in the basement bathroom needs replaced. Otherwise, the home was great!
