The house is nestled in a lush green setting; it’s a comfortable place to stay and the ideal spot to recharge and enjoy a peaceful vacation.<br>A very quiet location, a house bathed in light—you’ll be lulled by the sounds of the sea and nature! <br><br>*The house consists of: <br>- a large 60m² living area with an open kitchen, offering an exceptional view of the sea and the cliffs.<br>- 2 double bedrooms (one large and one smaller) and a bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed.<br>Sleeps 7 in total: 4 adults and 3 children, or 6 adults (the top bunk is not suitable for adults).<br>- a shower room<br>- a separate toilet<br><br>*The garden: <br>A beautiful garden surrounds the house, featuring a south-facing terrace.<br>The garden is terraced, so please be careful with young children! <br>A barbecue and garden furniture are available.<br><br>*The beach: <br>A lifeguard-patrolled beach in July and August, a 2-minute walk away.<br><br>*Shops: <br>Village 10 minutes’ walk away with shops (grocery stores, bar/restaurant, bakery, market on Friday mornings).<br>The towns of Fécamp and Cany are 12 km away; there you’ll find supermarkets, markets, a fish market, and restaurants…<br><br>* Activities: <br>- water ski lift, pedal boats, and summer tobogganing at Lake Caniel (Cany) <br>- Sailing and windsurfing in Veulette<br>- Hiking or biking (Route du Lin) <br>- Bike rentals in Fécamp<br><br>Pets are not allowed<br>Parties are not permitted<br>Cleaning is an additional charge (140 euros) and mandatory<br>A security deposit of 1,000 euros will be required<br>Minimum rental period of 5 nights
