La casa recién decorada se encuentra en la granja de bayas U-Pick de los arándanos de Santa Bárbara. Cuenta con 3 dormitorios, 1 1/2 baño y una ducha adicional en la sala de barro, sala de estar con TV de pantalla grande, cocina / comedor grande y sala de estar con chimenea.

Disfrute de noches tranquilas bajo las estrellas brillantes y los bosques de robles silvestres durante todo el año, y bayas frescas cuando cosechamos.

Degustación de vinos ('Sideways, el área de la película), Playas, la ciudad danesa de Solvang, Antigüedades, Cataratas Nojoqui, Casino Chumash (juegos / conciertos) están a menos de 15 minutos. Todo lo que necesitará está a solo 5 minutos al norte, en la ciudad de Buellton.

Hay millas de caminos privados en la propiedad, ideales para practicar senderismo, trotar y ciclismo de montaña. Wonderful Ranch

As Church we did our 4th of July BBQ outing and rented both cabins for 2 nights, 3days, Ranch is amazing, Cabins are clean. Bedding is Clean and enough. Fruit trees all around the cabins. Received positive response from the Church congregation at the end of the retreat. Thank you

It’s a very convenient located property to visit Los Olivos and Solvang.

It’s a great location, easy access. But be ware that it is a functional farm, so people drive by,workers come in the morning. It’s not a disturbance if you are aware. Overall it’s a great spot to stay with friends and family. Beds were comfortable, towel clean, kitchen fully equipped. Property is old but we’ll maintained.

Great area to stay for access to many wineries.

Overall good experience, the location was very convenient and easy to get to. There were 5 of us, all seniors from San Diego. We had plenty of room, main bathroom with shower was shared by all, there is a half bath in between bedrooms 2 and three plus a shower in the mud room. There is a large dining room table which we sat at every night to play games. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with lots of dishes glasses, utensils, pots and pans. There 's a coffee maker with provided ground coffee, tea and sugar. The sheep and goat were a fun attraction outside the kitchen window. We visited so many wineries in 4 days we lost count. Check out Buttonwood in Solvang, Fess Parker in Los Olivos, Melville, Babcock and Foley in Lompoc just to name a few. Thanks Ed and Shay!

Overall, a great weekend stay...

Pleasantly surprised. Loved that there was a cow, goat, and 4 sheep in back of the house. Loved that Shay and Ed have a small market on the property and u can berry pick, grab a few bottled gifts, fruits, and snacks for friends and family. We stayed in the back house, but it served our purpose, was close to Solvang and wine--comfortable.

Cottage get away

The location was perfect for us: just about 30 minutes from Santa Barbara, quiet location, friendly goat and cow, beautiful oaks and Ed & Shay were super responsive when we found only one fork in the kitchen (apparently a lot of the silverware had been taken over to the house for a wedding party). As mentioned in other reviews, the water pressure is on the low side, but adequate for showering etc. The cottage is a bit on the rustic side - no dishwasher, older appliances and bathrooms, but it was clean and the beds comfortable, and we had a marvelous weekend!

Loved it!

Wonderful time spent with good friends. Great patio space for visiting. Felt like we were far away but still close to town. Ed and Shay were very quick to respond, with anything we needed. Looking forward to coming back.

enjoyable stay at restoration oaks ranch

My group's stay at the property was incredible! There was plenty of space to sleep all our group of 8 comfortably. The living and dining areas were big and accommodating for group meals and group hangouts to play games. The outdoor space was nice to explore during walks and included some fun outdoor games as well. Overall, our weekend was amazing with a minor critique that the water pressure was low for all water fixtures making showering not ideal. Thank you for having us and we would definitely book here again!

Quiet Oasis

The cottage is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor picnic area has enough space for a big family/group of friends. The ranch itself is lovely and is just a few minutes drive to Solvang and Santa Barbara. Ed & Shay are very responsive!

Great place to stay

Ed and Shay were so responsive, it made the check in process painless. Minor suggestions about the property…the water pressure is pretty finicky when one of the showers and the kitchen sink is being used at the same time (probably because it’s an older house)? Also, one of the pillowcases had glue or something on it which was odd. Aside from the finicky water pressure and the glue on the pillowcase, everything was great…location was convenient and Gato the cat was a pleasant surprise!

great location!

Love this location -- the property itself is gorgeous and quiet but it's a quick drive to grocery store/restaurants/cute towns nearby. The house is huge, kitchen has everything you need. Would love to stay again!

Peaceful Getaway

We spent a lovely Mother's Day weekend at the property and enjoyed the beautiful scenery watching birds, squirrels and rabbits while walking on paths or even just looking out all the windows. The kitchen had everything we needed and we found some fun movies to watch at night on the Roku system. If you are looking for a private retreat, this is the place!

Stunningly beautiful location! The cottage was perfect for our family of 4 young adults and their parents. We loved hiking the property-so gorgeous. Great location in a beautiful setting, but only a few minutes from town. Recommend!

Nice quaint country cottage near Solvang

Lovely cottage on a large ranch. The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen is a bit outdated, but is big and has all you need to prepare family meals. You can hike on the property into the rolling hills for miles. Conveniently located between Solvang and Santa Barabara. Would gladly stay again.

Great country property

The location is quite central—15 min one way to Solvang, 15 min the other way to Gaviota beach. It is right off the freeway, but it is pretty much the middle of nowhere to this city girl. The property is BEAUTIFUL and we saw lots of wildlife, including a bobcat, so be mindful! The house was well-appointed (only thing I didn’t find was scissors!) and comfortable, although I think the beds are full not queen (it’s hard to tell sometimes coming from a king, because everything seems small). Shay was responsive when we had an issue with the washing machine and very sweet when she stopped by to say hello. We enjoyed our stay!

Good to Great

Our family of 10 had reserved 2 rentals for out trip to Solvang, Restoration Oaks Ranch and a second location which we lost at the last minute due to maintenance issues. Ed & Shay @ Restoration Oaks Ranch graciously accommodate a few extra family members in this spacious & clean home. My family all agreed this was more than we had hoped for. We were able to enjoy a cup of coffee together in the early morning and were up late into the evening visiting. We were not overcrowded at all. Thank you Shay for coming to our rescue.

Birthday gathering

We came to get away from it all and celebrate small gathering of Birthdays within our small group of friends .... enjoyable cottage with good hike trail , lik raspberries to pick n taste , lovely nights with the chimney. Ed and shay very nice to have spent the weekend at your cottage and sure to be back or least some of our friends might ! Thank you again !!

Wife's 40th B-Day

We celebrated my wife's 40th Birthday at Restoration Oaks with friends and family and it was perfect. We used both the main house as well as the cottage. Their was plenty of space to hang out and socialized as well as get together for meals. The kids loved playing outside around the house in the grassy areas and exploring the fields. We took a couple of hikes and just loved the rolling hills and huge oak trees. The stars at night are amazing and you feel like you're the only ones around. Solvang is only minutes away so the adults were able to get out for dinner and not have to drive far. Goleta State Beach is only a six mile drive down the freeway so a beach day was easy. Great place for an awesome weekend and fun celebration.

What a gem!

The cottage is much nicer than the photos. Its big and spacious, not fancy but very comfortable. The house was clean, the towels and linens were soft and comfortable. The hosts were very thoughtful, they even had play doh, crayons and coloring books for my daughter to play with. The property is stunning! We really enjoyed exploring the ranch and spending time in the back yard. We definitely recommend the cottage and hope to come back soon!
