Great Thanksgiving Stay

Staci’s home was particularly convenient for us since we have family in the same community. Home was well maintained and clean. Access was easy, based on instructions. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing cottage and Staci was great!

Great place to rent

I truly enjoyed my stay. The condo was large enough for 3 adults to feel comfortable in. We spend many hours on the patio looking at the pond and golf course in the back. If you like watching television, the tvs were large and had amazing pictures. The owner was very pleasant and helpful with any questions we had. It was also a very short walk to the resort.

Comfortable Resort Cottage

The resort cottage is very comfortable and well appointed. We had everything (other than great weather) that we needed for a relaxing week in Florida. From the cottage, it is a short walk to the resort hotel. There is a nice view of the par 3 golf course and lake from the outdoor patio. Check in was very easy. Staci is a very responsive host. We would stay in this cottage again.

Beautiful clean cottage

Staci is a wonderful host. She was available and was in touch. The cottage was just as it was described. It’s right on the golf course and so close to the main club house- if you want to go sit by the bar. . Most cottages I have stayed out are not located anywhere as nice as this location. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

Excellent Value Cottage w/ Outstanding View

As a PGA vacation veteran of many years and a former resident of the cottages myself, I dare say that I’m qualified to give an accurate review. Staci’s place has one of the very best views on the entire property, among the most comfortable beds, and for those who care, the best water pressure in the shower! There were sufficient essentials provided to make this “turn key” for even a short stay as mine was. And the price was great! Communication and check-in were efficient. I expect to return.

House was clean but…

No washcloths, no garbage bags. Not having keyless entry was a pain. When key was put back in lock box like it was supposed to be somehow the owner couldn’t get back into lock box so they charged us for new lock box & labor.

I’m disappointed to receive this 2-star review — especially since Amy told me during her stay how much her family was enjoying the cottage. To future guests: Please understand this review was not about the quality of the home, but a reaction to a conversation we had after their stay, when I reached out — politely — to discuss the cost of repairing a lockbox that was broken during their visit. Here are the facts: • The guests staying were Amy’s family members , and I remained in direct communication with Amy throughout their 5-day stay. • The cottage was professionally cleaned and stocked, including garbage bags for the duration of their visit. If washcloths were missing, I wish they had told me — I had them replaced immediately after for the next guest. • After their group had difficulty using the lockbox, it was damaged and couldn’t be opened. My cleaning team couldn’t access the home, and with guests arriving the next day, I had to hire a locksmith, retrieve the key, and purchase a brand-new lockbox. • I had not charged Amy when I called to discuss it. Unfortunately, she became upset — and shortly after, this 2-star review appeared. I’m proud of the long history of 5-star reviews from kind and respectful guests. I remain committed to maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-managed property, and I value honest, constructive communication from those who stay. This was very disappointing and I was going to be very flexible with the additional cost. After all I had given her a wonderful rate to stay for five days including an early check-in

Great Location and comfortable home.

I rented my own properties for over 25 years and had great reviews from all of my renters. My only "constructive criticism" is that if you advertise a grill, have a gas tank to go with it. A grill without gas is useless. I also think for the amount charged$$ there should have been tissues, soap, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent and a sponge for dishes. These items are all Very cheap at the dollar store. Being near the ocean it would have been nice to have a beach chair to take.

Comfortable and clean cottage

Perfect location/ restful space

This was a WONDERFUL place to stay. We stayed here to visit our grandkids and everyone loved it. This cottage is placed in the perfect spot. While sitting on the back patio you can watch the golfers and the ducks playing in the pond at the same time. The cottage itself is relaxing: beautifully decorated, fully equipped and every room had a wonderful television. We enjoyed watching football games with our grandkids on the comfortable couches. Staci was wonderful to work with and we will be back. If your looking for a turn key place to rent, with a relaxing setting and high end electronics, appliances and more- don’t pass this one up!

Great Stay

Great property and very convenient to PGA National clubhouse, golf courses and beaches. Staci was an accommodating host and very accessible to answer questions etc. The AC went out the last night of our stay. Staci immediately contacted the AC service and when they were unable to fix it, she graciously arranged for us to stay in a hotel and covered our expenses for the night . She went over and beyond to accommodate our family and we are most appreciative. The cottage was as described. Very clean, updated and equipped to meet our needs. We would definitely recommend the host and property to anyone interested in staying there.
