Ted was a great host, super responsive! House was magnificent, great living space, comfortable bedrooms and layout. Downstairs game room to keep everyone entertained along with the fire pit outback. Will definitely stay here again when in the area next time.

Great stay! Loved the space and the location. Highly recommend. We worried about parking and there was no need, unloaded and parked in the parking lot right next to the building. We walked to Broadway with ease and enjoyed our time there without worries.

We love this place!

This is our second year staying here. We will definitely book again. We love The Library! It’s so nice and clean. It’s so spacious, plenty of room for our group and you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other. It’s right next to Printer’s Alley and a short walk to Broadway. Perfect location! Can’t say enough for this place. Already counting down to next year!

Everything described was accurate. Was a great location for Broadway. Plac was clean. The minor problem connecting to Sonos was fixed right away. Would definitely recommend. Having 3 bathrooms for 7 guys helps.

Perfect location for a quick Nashville getaway

We booked The Library for our daughters 21st birthday weekend in Nashville and I was perfect. Communication was likely the best I have has since using VRBO. The option to have early check in allowed us to enjoy a full day with no worries about booking a late flight or finding a place to store our luggage. The Library is easy accessible to Broadway and catching a ride share was always fast.The Library was perfect for the 3 couples and a few single ladies! Beds were comfortable, private rooms were great and the bunk area with all the lights for getting ready was perfect. The men enjoyed the pool table while the ladies glammed up! We felt safe and comfortable the entire trip and highly recommend this amazing loft! Next time we visit Nashville we will be booking The Library again!

Fantastic property

Amazing location and fantastic view of the stadium! Love the vibe of a city loft… all around great property. The only part that is a little different is that bathrooms are not connected to any rooms, so with a group just need to be mindful and for those in bunks it could be challenging as not much room for storage and zero privacy, but we didnt use the bunks so it was perfect for us. We would stay again!

It was perfect, we were 13 girls from 21 to 81 years old. Bedrooms super quiet. Dressing area perfect. Living space all inclusive everyone. Nice private entry. Super close to everything all walking distance. No ubers needed.

Awesome Trip

We had a wonderful time staying in Nashville at The Library! Check in was so easy and staff was very nice! Convenient to everything and getting around was super easy. Although it was a little chilly, the walk to and from all the activities was great! Place was clean and roomy for the 4 couples celebrating a friend's 60th birthday:) Highly recommend!!

Awesome place, great location!

The Library rental is an awesome spot for your next group trip. A couple blocks away from the hustle of broadway but close enough to walk without any issues! There was some traffic noise in the bedrooms with windows but I’m also a light sleeper. The property manager was great at communicating and the place was very well appointed. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing location - Super hip property!

We had 9 adults (two sets of parents and 5 kids in their 20's). This property offered a wonderful place for us all to gather and hang out in the morning and mid-day before heading back out to the bars! The main room is spacious with a ton of seating. The pool table was an added bonus and the Music City lights provided a great Instagram photo backdrop! The bedrooms were spacious and having three bathrooms was a plus. There are a couple of downsides to this property but nothing that would prevent us from staying here again. One is: whoever sleeps in the bunk room, needs to be aware of the bright exit sign that gives a red glow all night. The bunk room and one of the King rooms have a skylight so when the sun is up, so will you! (Bring an eye mask). The 2nd issue is: In order to get to the bathrooms, all of the other bedrooms connect through the bunk room. This was fine for us because we are all family but take note when booking. Those in the bunk room will have zero privacy. The 3rd is: The beds are super creaky - every time you roll over, it is really loud! Overall, this is an amazing place with a fantastic location and we would stay here again!

Awesome place, great location!

We had a college boys trip in Nashville and stayed at the Library Penthouse. The condo hit all our needs - great accommodations, perfect location walking distance to all the fun bars, and fantastic amenities (loved being able to play music on the Sonos system). We would definitely go back and would highly recommend to any big group celebrating anything in Nashville and wanting a great home base!
