Exceeded expectations!

It was a short trip but the house was awesome!Every detail was spot on, the owners quick to respond and house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were great! The boys had a blast playing ping pong and foosball then relaxing in hot tub.I would give more stars if we could!We will be back!

Great spot for multi family get together

Great size rooms each with a king size bed and lots of spaces to unpack and be comfortable. Well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches for travelers. Had a small issue and very prompt response and resolution from the owner! Highly recommend!

Great family spot

They hosted a large group of us aged 96-2, and the house worked great for all of us. The biggest complaint was we had a hard time finding stuff in the kitchen since it’s not where we intuitively thought it would be. Loved they had stuff for the kids there and extra fridge and washer/dryer. The beds were okay, a little firm for me but some people liked them. There is a lot of traffic in front of the house (there is an apartment complex there), and you are close to the main roads & shopping. We didn’t use the outside much due to it being winter, but the extra space would be great in the warmer months! We would stay here again

Thanksgiving Stay

We enjoyed our stay! We liked the layout of the house. We enjoyed the sun porch and ping pong table. The dining table was large enough to seat all of us (11). We really liked the location. It was nice to have three full baths..

Fabulous for our family!

Great place for us to stay for a wedding. 5 king bed bedrooms is hard to find. We and our adult kids loved the arcade games and the ping pong. We were able to make breakfast a couple of times and there was plenty of space for eight of us to eat at the dining table. Beds are comfortable

Great location & layout for mature guests

Took my mother and her two sisters to their hometown for my mother's 80th birthday. House was perfect - one step up and then 3 bedrooms (with King beds) and 2 bathrooms on the main floor. Basement had two rooms with king beds/one bath and a huge family room with wet bar, foosball, TV, sofa and two sets of bunk beds. House would be great for a multigenerational vacation. We only ate breakfast at home but the kitchen was well appointed. Living room had a huge TV that was easy to work. There was a ping pong table enclosed in the back of the house. Outside was a large yard with fire pit, hot tub and pergola. Nice options but we did not utilize any of them during our short stay. There were plenty of towels and the sheets were all soft and clean. Location is great - nice central access across CO Springs. Plenty of nearby restaurant and grocery options. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience and beautiful home !!

My family and I stayed at this home for two nights during our stay at Colorado Springs and could not have been happier with our experience. The location was perfect to travel to garden of the gods and pikes peak along with being only a few minutes from restaurants, grocery stores , etc. all of the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and the backyard area was so pretty with a nice fire pit and hot tub. The home was well equipped with all supplies. We have been looking forward to our Colorado trip for months and this stay made it everything we dreamed of and more !

Perfection for family of 13

This home was perfect for our stay in Colorado Springs! Great space for 13 (6 adults and 7 kids), plenty of things to do at/in home with the ping pong table, hot tub, foosball, video gaming, and games. Beds were fantastic, kitchen space was large, and we loved the proximity to everything we wanted to do. Plus, close to groceries! Communication with the host was top notch, and we greatly appreciated the early check in! Would book again in a heartbeat next time we return!

Retirement celebration

We loved this house! it was very clean coming into the house. There was a good amount of room for everyone staying. We had a small plumbing issue. I reached out to the host and it was handled in a prompt and professional manner. We couldn't have asked for more from a house.Thank you for everything!

Great stay!

The house was perfect for our needs. We stayed for a hockey tournament with another family and the location was in between all rinks in the Springs. Our kids played foosball and ping pong for hours. We did not use the hot tub due to below zero temps over the weekend, but it was available during our stay at least. The house was as described and we had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Great Bachelorette Weekend

The property was just as described, large open concept, great for groups. The backyard was perfect for hanging out, the beds were all very comfortable, check in was a breeze and communication with the hosts was great. The location is perfect, about 15-20 minutes to get to most of the restaurants/activities such as seven falls waterfall, and garden of the gods. A Safeway and target is right across the street if you need to grab anything you forgot or some groceries! The hosts made sure each guest had their own towels which was a nice touch. As a group of moms we loved how child friendly the house was (even if we didn’t have our kids with us :)) there is a gate, toys, and small utensils, and cups for the kids. All in all this was a great place to stay in Colorado Springs!

Fantastic space!

We stayed in the Springs for a reunion of old College friends. This space was absolutely perfect. The upstairs was setup with a huge table connected to an open kitchen and TV seating area which made our group feel all together to visit, eat and and have an all around great time. They have all the amenities so we just had to bring food and drinks. The backyard outdoor space is large with seating, a fire pit and Hot Tub for all of us to enjoy. On top of all that it had a full basement where my teenage boys could go hang out and have a TV to themselves, play Foosball or play on the fun Arcade game. They even had a bar/counter so they could take snacks and drinks down and have a great space to themselves. All 5 bedrooms were great with very, very comfortable King beds. Two large bedrooms downstairs and three upstairs including a master with its own bathroom. Plenty of garage space and parking for our larger group as well. It was a block away from Safeway and Target so we could walk to get a few things when we needed. This was a perfect space for a large group to get together, we loved it. Communications were outstanding as well. Throughout the week I got text and Email's to make sure we knew everything we needed to about our stay and they were quick to check in and make sure we were good to go. Super clean spaces with a nice big fridge, towels on every bed, plenty of blankets and just a great experience. Couldn't have asked for a better setup. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Beautiful home, clean, and well stocked!

Communication with the host was great, fast, and easy. The house was beautiful and clean. We were in town for a small family reunion. It was perfect for what we needed. We had a wonderful time seeing a few sites and catching up, all staying in one house! The house was the most well stocked VRBO house I have stayed in. It had what we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels, and we did not run out of anything while there. Most places I have stayed before we usually run out of paper products, so thank you so much for stocking those so well!! Overall, one of the best houses I have rented from VRBO. Thank you to the wonderful hosts and cleaning crew! We are already talking about a return trip for a future reunion!

Colorado...party of 14

This house was absolutely PERFECT for our very large 3-family group which included 7 teenage girls who thoroughly enjoyed having their own space downstairs. The property is beautiful, very well-maintained and has lots of activities (ping pong, foosball, hot tub, firepit) for those evenings when we just wanted to hang out. All amenities that we could have possibly wanted were provided...we really appreciated the 2 washer/dryer sets though! LOL The location was ideal...almost everything we wanted to do (and we did a lot) was within a 25-minute drive. To top it all off, communication with the owners was wonderful from the time we reserved the property to check-out. We had a couple questions, and they were quick and courteous with their responses, making us feel quite welcomed. We were all very sad to leave and the kids said they would miss the house!

The house had plenty of room. Good central location to points of interest. The king size beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and safe feeling. Close to grocery store and eateries. Highly recommend this place.

We've spent countless days making sure this home is absolutely perfect. You'll find that we provide all necessities needed to make your stay is a joyful experience. Our home is a ranch style with an open kitchen, dining, and living room floor plan. On the main floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. On the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and an open bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 twins). This room also includes an arcade game system, Xbox one, a very large leather couch and is the perfect place to watch your favorite Netflix series. The house also includes a cute mud room perfect for enjoying that next great book or cup of coffee and a sunroom with foosball and ping pong.
