¡Aparca tu coche y tira las llaves! ¡Esta cabaña de playa recientemente renovada de la década de 1930 es el escenario perfecto para un retiro de parejas, una escapada de novia o vacaciones familiares! Ubicado en el extremo sur de St. Simons Island en el distrito de Pier Village, esta acogedora cabaña está a solo unas cuadras del océano y del muelle de pesca.
Bellamente decorada para resaltar los antecedentes artísticos de los propietarios, esta casa cuenta con 1 cama queen en cada habitación y una cama de día con nido en la habitación extra. El plano de planta abierto es ideal para pequeñas reuniones y entretenimientos. Cada habitación ofrece una gran televisión de pantalla plana.
La cocina está completa con todo lo que necesitará para que su estadía se sienta como en casa. La lavadora y la secadora están convenientemente ubicadas al lado de la puerta lateral, lo que facilita sacudir la arena y tirar toallas de playa en el lavado.

Cozy cottage in an excellent location

Location was fantastic. Walked to the village every day and great places to eat. Quiet, clean and homey. Loved the gas log fireplace during our chilly stay. The internet was not working during our stay and was not corrected before we left. They had cable, so we were able to watch the New Year’s Eve games and luckily we had unlimited data. The master bed has a very soft mattress topper, so beware if you need firm. Would stay here again because of the location.

Location, location, location!!! :-)

This was the most wonderful place to stay! We'd never been to St. Simons before and this couldn't have been more perfect. It was right at the edge of town and you walk out the front door, down the short driveway and turn left...you now have access to several restaurants and shops and the beach is a quick 2 min drive or 10 min walk. We used the beach access on 5th Street and it was perfect...lots of beach, not much parking but we got lucky each day. Frosty's Griddle & Shake is directly across the street from this home...great burgers and fries! Just an overall great stay...we all enjoyed it. Ages 20 to 56. We stayed for a week and will definitely be back. The home is PERFECTION! It may not look like much from the outside but the inside is lovely and has all the amenities one could need during their stay.

This place is AMAZING for the family!

This place is AMAZING! The pictures don't show how spacious it is inside and out. Beautiful and close to everything St Simon has to offer. Right next to the park and majestic trees. Walking distance to the pier, stores, and restaurants.

We had such a great time, the house was clean and adorable!

We really enjoyed our stay and the location of house was great for waking or driving. The house itself was clean and very comfortable. There was a slight musty odor but that is to be expected in the climate and not an issue once the a/c units in each room were going with ceiling fans. We felt at home immediately and had no issues or problems while visiting. We would definitely stay here again but may try a different time of year just to have a different experience...I love the off season even more in this area of Georgia.

First time to St. Simon

My family of 4 stayed here for a spring break vacation. The home was spacious and had a great location. Very walkable to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. We had some serious rain during our stay, and we utilized the jigsaw puzzles and games that were in the unit. I think this property must’ve been an old school or church or something, because all the interior doors have transoms….meaning if you are a light sleeper, you probably want to bring a sleep ask to block out light.

Perfect cottage close to town

The property is great! Super adorable and so close to town. Also pet friendly which is a must for us. We had an amazing time and will for sure be back.

PERFECT LOCATION!!! LOVED the house itself!

It was our first time on the island and the purple dog home rental couldn’t have been more perfect for us. Walking distance to EVERYTHING. By walking, I mean, a few steps. What’s even better? The PRIVACY! Right there in the heart of it all and yes, it’s PRIVATE AND QUIET!!!! You don’t hear ANYTHING! So peaceful. The home itself was so cute, loved the open living space. Absolutely adored all of the character the home had. The owners have thought of everything! You don’t even have to bring your own beach towels! We can’t wait to book again. This spot is perfect for anyone, or any family. Tons to do!

Perfect and Much Better than Pictures!

So many new touches and very modern essentials in an older shabby “classy” chic home. We walked 2 blocks on well lit sidewalks to lots of restaurants, local shops and parks. The beach is a five minute drive-park at coast guard station- free And clean bathrooms and showers. Awesome eats- Half shell. Beachcomber bbq shop for fresh seafood at Jackie’s Seafood Market(no frills) husband and wife owned will fry and order or take home and cook.. Stay here!! Very relaxing

Charming House

This house has so much character, every room was carefully decorated. The location is amazing, waking distance to awesome restaurants a beautiful park, playground and dog park. Our family of four and puppy had a great time!

Great dog-friendly house, great location

My dog and I spent the month of February 2022 at this great house. I was thrilled to find such a perfect house that allows dogs in such a great location (walking distance to restaurants and the beach). The house is very well appointed and extremely comfortable. The fenced in back yard was also a huge plus. The property managers were quick to respond to any questions that came up. I highly recommend this house :)

Charming Cottage in Perfect location!

Such a charming, well-located cottage. Everything needed for a comfortable, enjoyable stay on St. Simons, and within walking distance of pier, lighthouse, and many restaurants. Would certainly stay again!

3 days at the beach

None of us had been to Saint Simons before and we loved it! Location was excellent, property was nicely renovated and worked great for us. A fun trip. Would definitely recommend.

This is not your ordinary rental! Beautiful home. Eclectic, vintage, wonderful. The location was perfect as parking in the village can be difficult. A great little treasure tucked away in the palms and moss draped trees. Would come back without hesitation. One note: one bedroom has a king bed but listing shows both bedrooms have queen beds - nice surprise.

Perfect Place

This place was the perfect little home for a girls weekend getaway! The house is footsteps away from the pier area, and about a mile and half from Prince and King. Would absolutely rent again!

Great location

Staying here was like visiting a museum. There are so many interesting sculptures and wall hangings and paintings throughout the spacious house. The location is superb - next to a park and a short walk to the pier, shops and restaurants.

Relaxing Stay at St. Simon’s

Really enjoyed this home. It was VERY spacious and we enjoyed having formal and casual spaces to relax. Home was well appointed. Bedrooms and baths were big, too. Had everything we needed. Location was perfect for walks everywhere. Would 100% recommend and stay here again.
