Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay. We’re genuinely disappointed to hear that certain aspects did not meet your expectations. While many guests appreciate our central location in Kokkini Hani for its easy access to beaches, shops, local tavernas, bakeries and the bus stop, we understand that the active resort atmosphere, particularly during high summer months, may not be ideal for everyone. In your case, a quieter, more tranquil resort in the countryside, might have been a better fit. Within our apartment complex, we strive to provide a peaceful and comfortable environment, though we can’t control the noise level throughout the entire resort. We’re glad we could offer you an alternative apartment after you raised your concerns about noise, and to hear that this made your stay more enjoyable. Regarding the squeaky barrier, (which is not part of our property but located further up the street, it has since been fixed. We were surprised and sad to learn of cleanliness issues as they were not brought to our attention during your stay. From our conversations, we were under the impression that general resort noise was your only discomfort. Had we been made aware of these additional concerns, we would have addressed them immediately. We encourage guests to inform us of any issues while they’re here, so we can resolve them promptly. Once again, thank you for your feedback. We do our utmost to ensure that the best of facilities are supplied to our guests, in particular and also with thought and consideration to detail, interior design and aesthetics.The owner is an interior designer,decorator. The air conditioning unit is situated in the living area space of the apartment,where there are also the two single beds,the kitchen, and which joins with the bedroom. It is a new powerful unit in order for it to cover all the living spaces equally, and has been placed in this particular position to enable all the guests living spaces to be equally cool at all times.
