Amplia casa con aire acondicionado en Master, capacidad para 9 personas, caminar / caminar a la playa

Amplia y cómoda casa de 3 dormitorios en el corazón de Princeville. La casa duerme 9 (el cómodo rey Temperpedic en la habitación principal, la reina en el 2º dormitorio, la litera triple + la cama individual en el 3º dormitorio, la cama de día doble en el desván). Y hay aire acondicionado en el dormitorio principal (muy pocas casas en Kauai tienen aire acondicionado, por lo que es un regalo especial).

El hogar es amplio con espacio para todos. Hay una gran sala abierta grande con muchos asientos, dos áreas de comedor y cocina abierta. El dormitorio principal está en el primer piso, lo cual es ideal para aquellos que no pueden o no quieren subir y bajar escaleras; 2do y 3er dormitorios y área abierta de loft está arriba. El loft abierto se usa como segundo espacio habitable con TV y el diván se puede usar como alojamiento adicional para dormir.

El hogar viene con una gran cantidad de utensilios de cocina de calidad, platos, cristalería, toallas, equipo de playa (toallas de playa, sillas de playa, sombrillas, tablas de surf, tablas de surf, equipo de snorkel, juguetes de arena, etc.). Hay una barbacoa de gas en el patio trasero y un gran patio trasero para privacidad o para que los niños corran. También hay bicicletas en el garaje para que disfrutes. Recomendamos caminar o cabalgar hasta el mirador de la playa para observar a los surfistas, a la puesta del sol (siempre hermosa) o a la penetración de ballenas (según la temporada).

Place was clean - no A/C in family room but bedrooms have it. Some ants on countertop could use an insect treatment... Door handles are old and could be replaced. Other than that, it was what we needed.

There is no air conditioning in the main part of the house only in the bedrooms. We were killing flies constantly. The garbage can was full outside when we arrived and there were flies everywhere. And did i mention ants?. No food was ever left out but ants in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Im not trying to complain cause im in paradise but buyer beware . If you don't mind sweating a ton and killing bugs then this might be foe you.

Nice place. Owner was helpful. Kitchen and bbq worked and tools to cook were good. Living room furniture was the type you sink into which was not my jam. But nice furniture. Not cheap just not my preference. Table is big which is awesome. Outdoor furniture was good too. Beds were good. Nor slumped in. I enjoyed the comfort. Lightning in living room could be better. Plenty of stuff like chairs and umbrellas for the beach. That was very cool.

This is a beautiful home in an excellent neighborhood in Princeville. The communication with the host (Robyn) before, during, and after our stay was outstanding. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The common area is spacious with vaulted ceilings and plenty of seating. The kitchen is well appointed and very clean. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and very reliable. There is air conditioning in the master bedroom and two upstairs bedrooms, which was fantastic and not common to find on properties in Kauai. There was a plethora of beach and recreation gear in the garage, as well as bicycles. We had a wonderful stay in this property and would definitely come back!

This was the perfect place to stay - cute home in a great neighborhood. Princeville was the perfect place to stay. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood after the busyness of Oahu and really enjoyed our time on Kauai. We had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, towels, etc. Check-in was easy. Would love to hopefully come back soon!

Little piece of paradise

The home itself was a perfect spot to relax when we weren't out exploring the island. There was nothing more amazing than waking up to the beautiful sounds of birds and smells of the flowers. The home was accommodating and the neighborhood was nice. Hard to leave!

It could be really good but just ok

The property has good size. Is roomy and the a nice private yard. It needs some updating but the main issue I had is it needs better maintenance. Air conditioning in master was broken. Remote controls broken or lost. All the bikes had flat tires. A bunch of snorkel gear a beach items that don’t work.a bunch of other little things that add up to me not wanting to stay again.

A fabulous vacation house

Beautiful family home, we had five adults and three teens, plenty of space, the house was clean and in excellent condition, great walking, easy drive to Hanalei Beach, excellent surfing for beginners and intermediates, bicycles all had flat tires and no bicycle pump, all in all a fabulous week.

good price but needs some updates and comfortably

the house was nice but needs some attention. there are many lights that did not work, the outside trash was full when we arrived, the beds other than the master were terribly uncomfortable. the bikes were broken. the beach stuff was handy and the house was spacious but two bathrooms was rough with a large group.kitchen was nice though, and over all we had a great time .its not luxury. the price is good .

The house was great and clean. There’s a lot of beach gear and beach chairs which was awesome. I feel that there is false advertising! The add states it sleeps 9 but when you book it you are charged an additional 300 for additional guests. The hidden fees makes it sound better than it is.It’s a little farther to the beach than advertised and there’s no directions we had to ask a neighbor.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This house and location were perfect for our family! We would definitely stay here again. It was so great to have everything we could possibly need for our family at the beach. There were surf boards, boogie boards, sun umbrellas, beach toys, coolers etc.

Pleasant house in nice residential neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in your pleasant house in Princeville. The kitchen was well supplied, and issues with the tv were fixed very quickly. Beds were very comfortable and everything was quite clean. The residential neighborhood was quiet and only about ten minutes from Anini beach in one direction and Hanalei beach in the other. Being close to the Saturday morning farmer's market was great!

Oasis in Paradise

This property is nestled in a lovely and quiet neighborhood in Princeville Kauai. The few times i had to communicate with the property manager was very responsive and accomodating to our needs. The neighborhood is perfect walking or biking and is a short walk from a walking path in the center of the community. Ita very close to Hanelei Bay. Id certainly stay here again, it offers all the comforts of hone in paradise of Kauai

Very quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed everything about the house. The only problem we had was the freezer had some type of leak that would froze the drawer which made it hard to open.

Beautiful, spacious home with everything you need

Our family of 6 had the best time staying in this lovely home. It had plenty of room, nice amenities, and it is in an area convenient to local sights and activities. The A/C units in the bedroom were really nice to have. Communication with the host was great, and we had everything we needed. The Princeville area is very nice, lots of things are within just a few minutes of the home. I highly recommend staying here!

Passing grade but that's it

I would not rent this property again. The owner was responsive to our requests (no batteries in the AC remote, no propane in the BBQ), but the place passes as just OK, and the rent charged was far higher than what was provided. The garage was half filled with old furniture, the kitchen was very unorganized and had poor quality cookware (making for a long time to clean the pans), and the outdoor living space was not compelling. The main room TV was not "smart," so only local cable channels were available on that unit. There were smart TV's in all the rooms, but we are not TV in bed fans. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are tired. Long story short - We appreciated the responsive owner, but would not rent this house again.

Aloha & thank you for considering staying in our home. I grew up in Princeville and after attending college and grad school on the mainland, returned to Kauai to start and raise my family. This home has been wonderful for us. We love the home and the neighborhood. We opened our home to vacation renters in 2019 when we decided to check off a bucket list item -- traveling cross country for a year to spend quality time together, visit family, sight see, and learn first hand about our nation's history and cultures. We have since relocated to the Phoenix area for more school and extra curricular opportunities (two of my kids play competitive soccer). We still have a lot of family and friends on Kauai and Oahu so we travel back during school breaks to visit. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.
