Exactly as pictured on the listing! The view was beautiful, condo was very spacious and clean. It is a gated property, so we felt very safe! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Very Nice Condo and Great Location

Would definitely stay here again! Our only downfall was the washer/dryer combo. We never could figure out how to use the dryer itself, but it could have been user error. The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing!

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time. The condo was comfortable. The only issue is if you want to cook for your family there is only one very used pot & 2 small skillets. Other than that, we didn’t have any problems & enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a slight hiccup with the washer/dryer not working properly but, management responded quickly to resolve rhe issue. Overall, a beautiful condo and plenty of space.

Great Location

My husband and I stayed for Thanksgiving week - great location - beautiful views. The condo was very spacious could fit 6 people comfortably.

Perfect beach vacation

We were happy with every part of this vacation! Place was clean, owners were friendly and helpful, very short walk to the beach. Great experience! Highly recommended this place and would stay again for sure!

Very easy check in and check out. The rear AC unit was out the first evening, but once we notified the property team they had someone out to fix it within a few hours. The location and views are extremely nice, with the beach only a short walk away across the parking lot. You have to use a chair/umbrella rental service if you want to have shade on the beach however. The only two downsides being: the floors and sheets were pretty dirty and we went to buy some cleaning supplies to take care of it. We have an infant that was crawling around and had black hands and feet within a few minutes of crawling on the floor. There wasn't much in the way of provided toiletries, we had to buy quite a bit more. Also, the bathrooms are located within the 2 larger bedrooms and there is no common area bathroom. Not a big deal for our families that stayed, but it may be an issue for other groups.

Overall Good Place to Stay

We were on the 12th floor, beautiful view but two buildings in front partially blocked ocean view. Hard floors throughout, broom was provided but vacuum or mop would have been helpful. Also pots and pans were minimal if you plan on preparing your own food. But it was an easy walk to the beach and a really enjoyable stay.

Nice size home with amazing views!

Stayed here for 2 nights for a mother/son trip with friends, 4 moms and 4 toddler boys! Love the big size of the home, lots of comfortable beds, and best part are the huge window walls with amazing views of the beach and neighborhood! Grateful that we were able to check in early. Property manager was quick to respond and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Destin destination

The family and I enjoyed our stay, with wonderful weather and just a short walk to the beach. My only complaint was the constant noisy construction workers and the blue film over all of the windows that blocked our view of the ocean. We never got to experience that scenic view of downtown Destin or the beach.

Family getaway!

We had the easiest checkin process ever. The unit was fairly clean and had plenty of windows. The view though wasn’t what we expected from the description. It was good just not as great as the ad stated. We tried to communicate with the owner midweek about the pool and we never received an answer. Overall we had a good stay, just not as great as we were hoping for.

Beautiful views from this condo. Great location. Comfortable beds. Limited kitchen utensils. Early morning construction was loud and locks on interior doors did not lock. Side note [We were not aware we needed to reserve umbrella and chair setup early so no space was avaliable on the beach and were told by beach staff there was not an area for us to put our things (beach staff at the adjacent condos allowed us to put our cooler n towels in their area).]

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!

We were very impressed with our stay! The room was absolutely beautiful and the views were perfect. It was also in the perfect location close to the beach and away from the constant traffic on the main strip. I only had a few negatives about the property. The first one is that the washer and dryer is not hooked up despite the listing saying there is one for the property. Its in the unit but it just isnt hooked up. I was told that they had gotten new ones and they had issues with the plumbing keeping them from hooking them up. There was a public washer and dryer on the same floor as our room so that helped, but be aware that at the time of our stay (7/1-7/6 2019) it is not hooked up. The second negative was that the unit itself was generally warm. When we arrived it was 76 degrees in the unit and we lowered it down to 70 and it ran the entire time of our stay and never got below 72 degrees. Luckily we had box fans to help but it was definitely a little warm for our liking. The air vents are located at the top of the sidewall and theres not many ceiling fans to get the cool air down to the floor. The third and final negative is that the large glass windows in the bedrooms actually open from the bottom. There are handles that are even with the floor that open and actually fold out about 6 to 8 inches. Its very hard to explain but just imagine the bottom of the windows that are at floor level tilting outwards about 8 inches. Meaning once opened, there was an 8 inch opening for things to fall 12 stories down to the parking lot. Not really sure the purpose of these but they are absolute NIGHTMARE for little ones. We had to move suitcases in front of them and tie some of them shut so that my 2 year old would not open them. Aside from the few negatives we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others!

Awesome Place

We took a girls trip for a long weekend getaway. The condo was just as pictured. The bars and restaurants were close in distance. The views were beautiful and made the weekend a great vibe. Overall 10/10 for the price. We all highly recommend the condo.

Beautiful view and short walk to the beach

The location of this condo was amazing. The views are beautiful too. The cleanliness of this place was not great. We turned on the living room ceiling fan to it raining dust. There was a used bar of soap in our shower. The wifi didn’t work and wasn’t even an option to connect. Lastly, the penthouses are supposed to have their own parking spot under the garage but this units is being used as a storage space for the construction workers. The three towers are all under construction and look like so. It would have been nice to know this as we probably would have booked elsewhere.

Excellent property and views are even more beautiful in person!

Firstly, I would like to get my only complaint out of the way so that I can give a review of all the things we LOVED about the property. My only complaint is that there was not a dryer in the unit as described. There is however a washing machine in the condo and there are washers and dryers to use, free of charge, on every floor so it's not a deal breaker, but I did want to mention it that way you can plan accordingly. I gave the cleanliness a 4 out of 5 because every condo/rental could always been cleaner in my opinion, especially where dust is concerned but with that said, I am a clean freak and have high expectations where cleanliness is concerned so a 4 out of 5 where that is concerned is great coming from me. Please know that this unit is located on the top story of the 12 story building so it makes for amazing views but if you're leery of heights, it's good to take note of that. The check-in process was very simple unlike described in other reviews. Harry called me about a week before arrival and made sure that I knew exactly where to go and how to obtain our room code and information. It was very close to the condo and super easy to find. We checked in on a Sunday when the office was closed so all we had to do was grab our information out of the hidden lock box. Super easy! My favorite parts about this condo were the AMAZING views (especially at sunrise/sunset), the location, (a two minute walk on the boardwalk down to the beach but only minutes away from all the restaurants and shopping), the friendliness of the staff, television/views in every bedroom, the furniture in the "kids'" bedroom, (our kids had a blast at night in their room), and the reasonable price. We LOVED this place and will definitely be staying here again!!

The views are amazing! Spacious and just a quick walk to the beach. Check in was Difficult

Booking was easy and the property is beautiful! So glad to have a washer and dryer in the condo. Disappointed some basic weren’t included such as toilet paper, a few dishwasher tabs, salt and pepper as well as cleaning supplies. It is very inconvenient to have to travel offsite to pick up a keypad code!!! So unneeded.

Fantastic view with great beach access

The condo was beautiful and the views were fantastic. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The only negative was that the unit was very hard to keep cool. Temp in the condo only got down to 75 degrees...everyone had trouble sleeping because it was too warm. I suppose this was because we stayed here in the heat of July, unit is on top floor, and beautiful windows let in lots of afternoon sunlight. If you need it cool at night, bring a personal fan! Otherwise, everything was perfect!
