Gran rancho de dos pisos en casa con espacio para albergar una gran reunión. La casa está decorada con vigas de madera a la vista, chimenea de piedra y una lámpara de asta de alce. Esta es una casa bellamente decorada ubicada en un rancho central de Texas. Disfruta de la serenidad y la paz de este hogar de Texas. Nuestra propiedad está a las afueras de la pequeña ciudad de Franklin, Tx. Estamos lo suficientemente cerca como para hacer un viaje rápido a todos los juegos de fútbol, béisbol y baloncesto de Texas A&M. La propiedad está a solo unas pocas millas del complejo de béisbol "The Ranch", lo que lo convierte en un lugar ideal para viajes de pelota y reuniones de ligas menores. Just as advertised

Amazing property and fantastic communication! The property is absolutely gorgeous and when it wasn't raining, the kiddos enjoyed running around and enjoying the scenery. We had a storm that caused a VERY minor issue that was taken care of in expedient fashion. Was very happy with our stay and we cannot wait to visit again!

Great location

Our family enjoyed staying at this property while my oldest had a baseball tournament in Franklin. Home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed.

Absolutely great place to stay

Secluded ranch house. Really nice. We bright extended family for an A&M graduation and this place did but disappoint. About 45 minutes from campus. Great communication. Just a lovely home.

This was our second time staying here and we will be back in June. The place was very clean and it’s always nice to have snacks waiting for you when you walk in!❤️The grounds keepers are very friendly and if you every need anything John is very quick at helping.

Great house for our large family!

We all enjoyed the spacious house and beautiful outdoor areas! Even with 7 of us staying in the house, we had plenty of room to have our daughter, her husband and three kids over to hang out and have dinner with plenty of seating for everyone! The area is very peaceful with lots of wild life!

Nice Remote Get Away

The house was very comfortable and roomy for two families. I feel like a third family would have fit fine as well. The area is very nice and the grounds were very well kept. The area has very poor cell signal, which could be a good thing depending on the reason for your stay. Although it does have good Wi-Fi.

Best hosts and house I’ve ever stayed in!

I loved this stay almost as much as my own home. This property does have 2 king beds on site so multiple couples don’t have to draw for the big bed. Each room also has its own en-suite bath for comfort when staying in large groups. It offered 2 bathrooms upstairs and 2 bathrooms downstairs which would be great if my mom who cannot climb stairs well came with us. I felt completely safe. We didn’t cook on the property but we did make coffee and use the microwave. The owners of the property of thought of everything. They offered a coffee pot and a Keurig with cups and even a cup to put our own grounds in. (I bring my own coffee when I travel). The weather was a little scary the night we were checking in so the owner of the home stayed in touch with me and even met on the road to let me follow him in since it was dark. He was thankful it was before 10pm but said he would have done the same if it was midnight. Extremely nice and amazing to work with. I would stay here again to be able to use he fire pit!

Home Away From Home!

We had a great experience with our stay at the Landry Family Ranch! We were in town for a baseball tournament in Franklin. We stayed with 2 other families and had plenty of room. We had everything we needed at this wonderful Ranch House. The owners made us feel at home and we will definitely return for another stay in the near future. It was close to the ballpark and to College Station as well. Such a fun trip!

Perfect for Multiple Families

The communication with the owners was easy and helpful. Arrived to find a hand written note thanking us for our stay. We had three groups and thought we we're going to have to play the "who gets what bedroom" game. Turns out each bedroom had a larger bed and their own full bath, so we all won. Great kitchen and porch to hang out on. Off the main road so lots of deer and space to fill your view. Afraid to say too much good because it won't be available when we want it.... Will stay again.

We had a great time at the Landry Ranch! The house was very clean!

Great experience! The house was perfect, a lot of space, very well stocked. The property manager was very responsive to any questions (we had no issues at all). We liked it so much we rented it again for later in the summer!

A family friendly country retreat

We stayed with extended family and kids for 2 nights, and everything was great! The location is secluded, with plenty of room both inside and out. Everything was well stocked and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Hidden Heaven

Can’t say enough on how much we enjoyed our stay. The house has plenty of space and comes equipped with all your needs. The wrap around porch with ceiling fans all out kept it cool and the view was beautiful!! The check in process was easy and the owner and caretakers were so sweet and accommodating. We’ll definitely return to this Hidden Heaven ♥️

Spacious house for multi-family stay

We were so thankful for this house! Two families attending baseball tournament split the cost for a two night stay. 15 minute drive to the fields and a bonus was the safari across 79. We had a great time and was so thankful for the 4 bathrooms after returning from the fields. 😁 We did have to limit one shower at a time due to loss of water pressure, but everyone had their own space which was so nice! House was clean, and managers so nice. I recommend skipping the cramped hotel and get this house. Go Canes!

Cabin in the woods

The cabin in the woods was beautiful. The grounds were very secluded, only one place within sight in any direction. It was very quiet and serene. The house itself was very well kept and the beds pretty comfortable. Some of the fabric surfaces were a bit worn but all very clean. Lots of space in the kitchen and living room. The downstairs shower is amazing! I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away from it all. They had condiments in the fridge that is such a great little think plus paper towels and garbage bags and those basic needs so many other places don’t provide. Only two issues for me were pretty minor. It’s on dirt roads for maybe a mile so if you have a low to the ground car bring the suv. The internet is satellite so it’s not what this city girl thinks about with wifi. But I was pleasantly surprised I was still able to do my video calls for work with only minor issues. However my son had to stay off the network during the day so that was possible. A family all hitting streaming devices at the same time would never work. But they had direct tv so at. Igor my son watched stuff on his computer and we watched tv. Overall a great property and the property managers were extremely nice and very responsive (when we wanted to light a bound fire but had no lighters ;). It was a great and fun experience for all.

Outstanding property

The listing is an outstanding house to stay in while in the Franklin/Hearne area. The house was very clean, it was well stocked with almost every item that one would have at their own home. The check in process as well as the communication with the property manager was the best I have experienced with any home rental. I will absolutely return to the Landry Ranch.

Great spot for a baseball tournament in Franklin

We stayed over fourth of July weekend with extended family for our son's baseball team's tournament. Close to the ballpark (about 15 min) and lots of space for everyone. Each of 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom which is a bonus, including the office/den with the pullout couch downstairs. Washer/dryer. Very nice deck area and fire pit - would be great in the Fall/Spring when it's not so hot. Tons of kitchen plates/silverware/cookware/etc. Also provided paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. which not all do. Owner left us with several nice welcome gifts and was very easy to communicate with. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your ranch home!

Perfect house for baseball

Awesome house on secluded acreage for off Hwy 79. The house is approximately 15 min from The Ranch baseball fields. Plenty of room for 10 people. Outside sitting area in the shade with two bbq pits. The owner is very responsive to any troubles you might have and will fix them in a timely manner. Caretakers live close by for anything major one might have arise. I would recommend this property to anyone for family reunions, baseball events, or just a get away for a couple. We liked it so much we booked for our July and August tournament!! See ya soon!!

Wonderful Getaway!!

Our group spent Friday- Tuesday here and had a wonderful time! Spacious and clean with everything we needed. The host was very conscientious, as well. Highly recommended!
