River Ridge 416 is one of the most beautiful in this development. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Mt Bachelor Village, air conditioned condo, features 2 master suites. One Queen Master Suite is located on the first floor and a King Master Suite on the second floor.

Relax in the living room, which features a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and large windows that frame incredible river views.
The amenities of Mt. Bachelor Village Resort are just steps away. Resort amenities, include a seasonal swimming pool and more .

River Ridge 416 is convenient to skiing at Mt. Bachelor as well as shopping and dining in the Old Mill District. Located just off Century Drive, this condo is located high above the banks of the Deschutes River in a forest setting. Enjoy the sound of the river echoing up the canyon walls from the south-facing deck, which also has a hot tub and propane BBQ. River Trail 416 provides easy access to the Deschutes River Trail and National Forest for hiking and mountain biking with breathtaking views.

Great location, patio and hot tub

Love sitting on the patio at 'bird level' and listening to the river below. Fantastic location for skiing, hiking and dinner downtown at night. This is our second stay in this unit. It is dated, but beds and furniture are comfortable and the amenities are great.

Beautiful location in a quiet setting

We were return visitors after being there 5 years ago. Everything was as we recalled - a nice quiet area with pretty views, hiking trail to the river, and comfortable, well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommend!

Excellent location

Great property. Plenty of space and the views are amazing. Would have been nice to have access to the deck and hot tub, but they communicated with me early enough to not be upset. A definite re-do!

Wonderful view

We enjoyed the quiet, view and all the room. Especially enjoyed the washer/dryer. First time I didn’t go back with a suitcase full of dirty clothes. The location put us close to everything. Old Mill, downtown and the freeway. We will have to comeback!!!

Great location, very close to downtown Bend. Great walking trails near the river. The property was very clean and the views from the deck to the river below were great! Saw some deer and rabbits. Great place and will try to visit again soon!

A Quiet, Restful Retreat

My friend and I had a superb time while we were staying at this condo. The hot tub was already heated and ready to go and the barbecue was clean and working!!! We had a great hike along the Deschutes River below. It was quiet and peaceful.....just what we needed. We can hardly wait to return.

Great Stay

We had a great stay and love the space. The view is amazing as is the closeness to the trail leading to the river. Our unit was well cleaned and pretty much maintained. Loved having a washer and dryer. This is our second stay in the same until and we will book it again on our next trip to Bend

Location, location, location

Great location that is close to everything. Views from back deck are amazing. You could sit on the deck all day and night. Very comfortable unit. Will return.

Spring Bend Trip

We really enjoyed the condo. The kitchen was really well stocked with kitchen gear. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The condo has an excellent location. It's quite close to downtown Bend or the restaurants on Galveston Street. We went skiing at Mt. Bachelor as well as sight seeing to Crater Lake National Park and to Smith Rock State Park.

Great location

Perfect for pool access. We skied and did the old mlll. Very walkable and just a great location for mountain activities as well as doing in town things. The unit is original, so it is a bit dated, but very clean and the furniture and beds were comfortable. Very well supplied for those that want to cook. The mgmt staff is responsive. Loved eating breakfast on the deck with the river rumbling and the deer grazing. Will try to stay here again

Overpriced for the quality

The house is quite dated, carpeted bathrooms, average to below average cleanliness. The windows and exterior were very dirty. There was a yellow jacket nest in the floor of the decking that made the outdoor space inaccessible. The listing advertised a hot tub. The hot tub was uninstalled sitting in the carpet area.

Our stay was very pleasant, thank you for letting us use your home. It was very clean, the view is outstanding, beds comfortable. We did find the hot tub water to be yellow and that was much of a turn off to us. In the kitchen, we would have welcome to have bigger mugs. Otherwise there was everything we needed. Thank you again.
