Perfect for 8 people

The bunk bedrooms made this stay much more enjoyable for our group of eight. I'd definitely recommend this room for anyone looking to accommodate 8 people.

Great stay!

We loved our stay at 401W Sonoran Sea! It was clean and everything was in order! Cant beat the balcony and view. The water was put for a couple stretches of time during our stay, but we enjoyed our stay despite the inconvenience.

Everything it said it would be!

The entire process was simple, directions were easy to follow, and the location was spectacular! Even my hard to please teens had not one complaint to make! We will be back, for sure!

Huge window

Even though there were seven of us, each of the kids had their own bed except 2 and they shared a king size. The patio is huge. Used the umbrella to shade us at breakfast. Really liked the corner spot - could see the ocean two different directions. The onsite restaurant was surprisingly excellent.

Beautiful SW Corner unit with large patio

Beautiful Condo decorated in a fantastic SW Motif with a large corner Patio for views East (Sunrise) and West (Subset). Washer/Dyer in unit and incredible kitchen. Property has separate kids and adult pools. The swim up bar and staff were great. Location near Garufa’s Steakhouse & Bandito’s are within walking distance as well as Icecream, pharmacy, convenience store, and others shops.

Gorgeous views out your patio doors!

Property was beautiful, beds were the most comfortable of any we had experienced at the same resort. Only concern, I had reserved for a party of 8 but there weren't enough towels, hand soap or toilet paper for 8 people for 4 1/2 days. With the corona virus scare, I understand the scarcity of some items. Luckily, I had packed extra just in case.

Good place

So nice place to stay for sure. We stay at Sonoran sea 4 times a year. The only bad thing about this place is it’s run by casago. Toilet paper is hard to come by, not enough trash bags and soap for cleaning and you cannot get a late checkout without getting charged. So nice condo but if you can find one that’s not managed by casago and managed just by the owner I would suggest doing that. All the beds in this condo are in good shape. Nice washer and dryer. Plenty of room in condo and everything worked well.

Fun in the Sonora sun

Great property, exactly how the host described the layout. Great views from the balcony. Awesome location by alot of eats and stores. All rooms had king beds which was excellent.

not enough emenatles, no heat

The house was very clean, although it would be nice to supply some beach towels. The issues we had were with the property itself. They supplied the bathrooms with only 1 hand towel and one wash rag. ( there were 4 of us for 4 days)They also did not supply kitchen rags or towels. I called down to maybe get a couple and they didnt have any, I was informed that is what the paper towels where for. Our heater did not work the entire time we were there. Someone did look at it, but it didn't get fixed. Also we had a chirping smoke detector.They said someone would be up to change the battery.No one ever showed up. We ended up just taking it down and took the battery out.
