Harbour Oaks condominiums, offered by Hodnett Cooper, are located near the Village, convenient to shops, restaurants, and the beach.

This quiet, gated community features a swimming pool, tennis court, and fitness facility. Beautifully landscaped with canals wrapping through the various buildings.

#508, located on the second floor, is pleasingly furnished and offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area with enclosed sunroom. Harbour Oaks 508 offers expanded cable, including HBO and wireless internet in the main living room.

Bedding Includes: 2 Queens, 2 Twins

This property offers streaming TV services to include Roku and Hulu.

Please be advised that a roofing project is scheduled at this property during the months of January and February. Work will take place during daytime hours and may involve noise. We appreciate you’re understanding as the Harbour Oaks Home Owners Association complete these improvements.

Great Location

Location was great, however showers were cold entire week and you weren't allowed to wash clothes, vacuum or use dishwasher after 9. No music allowed at pool, and one rule was even you couldn't be at pool alone. Would have been great to know all the additional rules ahead of time.

Great location

Great location spacious condo. We enjoyed our stay. Only negative are the 1990s tv in all the bedrooms very small. If you want to watch TV in bedrooms unpleasantly for children and adults. Master bathroom needed a better cleaning. Would definitely stay again though. Recommend updating tvs

Walking Distance to Village

The property itself was clean and very comfortable. We picked it for its location and size since were a party of six. We arrived later in the evening after the office closed and finding our package with directions and access to the property was very smooth and easy. Check out was also very simple. We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. We loved that we could walk to the restaurants and shops to avoid the 4th of July traffic. Fireworks off the pier was the icing on the cake. My only suggestions would be to sharpen the chopping and prep knives, provide a baking sheet, pizza pan with a pizza cutter. The stairs up to the property need to be mended one was especially wobbly. For a property that could use some updating primarily in the kitchen, it was clean, comfortable and nicely laid out with the master on the opposite side from the other two rooms which share a bath. We also made good use of the washer and dryer. Old coffee maker so bring your coffee and don’t worry if it’s not ground we found two grinders on site. My only other comment is that I never received an email reply from Hodnett about my parking question. We were driving two cars so I wanted to make sure we had parking for two cars before we left home. Hodnett never emailed me back but our question was answered in the paperwork provided in our arrival package. There is one designated space for the property itself but there are also other open spaces for guests and we had no problem parking two cars. St.Simons is a beautiful Island to visit and we loved visiting the historical sites. Great pics at Driftwood beach on Jekyll Island and wonderful historic district. We took the trolley tour which was very nice.

Vacation stay

We absolutely had a blast in St Simon Island. We couldn’t ask for better accommodations. Everything was extremely clean and the checkin/out was a extremely easy process. Thanks so much and we will be back!!!!

Townhouse at St. Simon

The manager is excellent to work with. She went 'the extra mile' to make our stay enjoyable. The location of the townhouse can't be beat.

The location was a golf cart ride from the Village where all of the shops, restaurants, and bars are located. The condo has a great layout and was very clean!

Beach Getaway

Loved the condo! Pictures were spot on. Very clean. The living room was perfect for us all to gather and watch movies or hang out. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was good for light cooking. Just what we needed and expected. Easy walk or bike ride to the pier. Very nice being that close with teenagers. Quick drive or a bike ride to the beach. Just a suggestion - softer sheets. After a long day in the sun softer sheets would of been nice. We will definitely be returning!

We had a great time in St. Simon's Island, it's a great place to visit with your family!

The online photos of the condo were spot on. We had everything we needed; kitchen is a little small but had all we needed, beds were very comfortable, bedrooms were nice and private, parking was excellent / convenient to our condo and was nice to have cable TV when we wanted to just relax in the AC. It was great to have a pool when weren't at the beach. Very convenient to the village as they call it, either by vehicle or walking. We will be returning next year but will probably look to be on the beach next summer. Also great places to eat with great food and beverages. Met some really nice local people while enjoying adult beverages. I highly recommend visiting with your family.
