As you noted, the mattress felt different compared to your $5,000 personal bed at home. We want to clarify a few points regarding the listing and services: • Cable TV: Our listing clearly states we offer a Smart TV for streaming services only, not traditional cable television. • Parking: Dedicated, off-street parking is available at the rear of the building. Since many guests do not drive, this private spot is provided immediately upon request. It was easily visible and could have been arranged with a quick message during your stay. • Assistance: We immediately provided additional supplies (like face cloths) upon request, and we offered further assistance during your stay, but we regret that you declined our offer for help at that time. We manage expectations by listing all amenities accurately and wish you the best in finding accommodations that better suit your specific preferences for future travels.

We want to clarify that the request for 20 jumbo-sized rolls of toilet paper was significantly in excess of standard provisions for a three-week stay at any rental property.
