We did want to clarify that the reservation you booked is through a timeshare property, and not directly through a hotel. A timeshare rental involves renting a portion of a vacation property for a specific period of time, offering more space and amenities compared to a standard hotel room. It's important to note that as a timeshare property, pricing structures may differ from traditional hotels due to the ownership model. Because you are staying in a timeshare, there are no room service options, daily housekeeping, or trash pickup services like you would get in a standard hotel. However, the resort does offer the option for additional cleaning services for a fee at the front desk when checking in. With items such as coffee and creamer packets, please know that the resort provides those to assist guests upon their first arrival. As guests typically stay for longer durations in timeshare properties, they often stock up on groceries, including coffee and creamer of their choice, while on the property. The benefit of staying in a timeshare includes having full kitchens, allowing guests to save money by dining in instead of eating out, which is why many people prefer timeshares over general hotels. We are hopeful you raised the concerns regarding the extra costs and the towel card issue with the resort manager. They take all feedback, whether from guests or owners, seriously and use it to continually improve their services. We do hope that you were able to enjoy your vacation despite these concerns and we hope to have the opportunity to assist you with your travel again in the future!
