Located just 15 minutes from the east entrance of Zion National Park & less than an hour south of Bryce Canyon National Park, you will be in the PERFECT LOCATION to see and do it all! DAYBREAK boasts in BIG spaces, offering three private bedrooms and a large loft, three full bathrooms, and an additional full STUDIO apartment above the garage! The area is a quiet, private place for families to reset, reflect, and create memories! Where the night sky is preserved as sacred and a rare offering.

VETERAN SUPER HOSTS Jeremy and Betty are READY TO HELP YOU! Long time LOCAL, JEREMY, has your "insider" tips and secrets for discovering the area, AND offers tour guide services. BETTY can help you plan just the right activities to meet your family's needs! We live close by and can answer your questions about the area or we can come by if you need help with the home.

Quarter Circle H Ranch is a modern mountain log home community. There are only a couple other homes visible from the Daybreak.

THE HOME COMFORTABLE SLEEPS 13 IN BEDS, PLUS HAS AN ADDITIONAL 4 THROW-DOWN KID MATS, FOR A MAX OF 17 GUESTS IN THE MAIN HOME. WE ALSO RENT SEPARATELY THE STUDIO APARTMENT ABOVE THE GARAGE WITH SLEEPING FOR 6. IF YOU RENT BOTH THE HOME AND STUDIO, DAYBREAK CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 23! PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT BOOK BOTH, THERE MAY BE DIFFERENT GUESTS IN THE GARAGE APARTMENT. THE GARAGE STUDIO IS A SEPARATE BUILDING WITH IT'S OWN PARKING SPACE AND PRIVATE ENTRY DOOR. IF INTERESTED IN BOOKING THE STUDIO ALONG WITH THE HOME, PLEASE MESSAGE US FOR A DISCOUNTED RATE WHEN BOOKING THE HOME.

You will not want for anything upon arrival to DAYBREAK! Luxurious beds and linens, fully stocked kitchen, and all the conveniences of home await you.

Within two miles of the home, you will find a nice grocery and hardware store, Terry's Food & Drug store in Orderville. Also in Orderville, we recommend Soup Town Cafe, a historic building with delicious soups, sandwiches, and ice cream! Archie's food truck is the perfect stop for a local burger and fries. The Thunderbird Restaurant has a 5* steak and American steak house menu and is just a couple miles south. Also close by are a few local gas stations, a Family Dollar store, a bank and a USPS post office. Visiting in the summer? Cool off in the small local pool, right on Main Street, clean and fun! Orderville is a small city with delightful citizens and accommodating businesses, friendliest folks in the state! This was a fantastic property. My ten year old son just told me to give it “all the star”. Great location and property. Nice layout and well stocked. Everyone specifically mentioned how comfortable the beds were. We’d love to come back when we are in town.

Visiting Zion and Bryce

Our group of three adults had a great time at the Daybreak Mountain Home. The home was in excellent condition and had every amenity available. I loved the power blinds that automatically opened and shut during the day. If we ever return to the area we would definitely look at staying here again.

Glorious

There was an audible breath by the family when we arrived. The breath they breathed in came out as "this is it!?" We're staying here? Followed excited shouts. It is a beautiful and very well thought-out layout, design and location. The entire family from toddler on up found the setting comfortable, enjoyable and peaceful. The drive to Bryce and Zion were very convenient too. We highly recommend Daybreak Mountain Home!

Enjoyable stay!

Great location to access Zion and Bryce. Enjoyed the out of the way aspect - close to what we needed but not crowded at all. Part of a newer development. Lot's of space in the house, comfortable beds, very well stocked in every regard. Noise from neighbors is a bit of an issue when outsides on the patio, etc. but only due to there being no natural (trees, etc.) or man made (fences, etc.) barriers. House was newer, modern and very spacious. We'd rent again if in the area.

Can’t recommend enough! Perfect for our family getaway. Kids loved the ping pong and games. Kitchen was well stocked and furnishings were beautiful. Location to Zion and Bryce are a short distance. We will definitely book again!!!’

Beautiful home set in a beautiful area

The entire stay was absolutely wonderful. The home is beautiful. Our kids loved the game room and outdoor teatherball. My husband and I loved sitting on the porch looking at the mountains and relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies and the home is an easy and comfortable place to spend time. There’s a wonderful coffee shop with really great coffee and food a mile away and it’s an easy drive to so many beautiful trails. The home has a binder with info on all of them. The host is thoughtful and available for questions and was always quick to respond. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay here again.

Great get-away

The property was great and very clean. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and some fun entertainment (a really nice ping pong table in the loft kept us coming back). We had a small issue getting into the house originally as the electric locks ran out of battery but Jeremy was great and came right over to get the issue resolved. Definitely recommend this property.

Excellent Home

This home was perfect for us three couples who were traveling to visit the Mighty 5. Very clean and beautiful. The deer came to visit us every morning before we left for the day. The dining room was perfect for the six of us to play cards in the evening. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs to watch the sunset. We even hiked the very short the Red Hollow trail that was less than one mile from the home. Would definitely recommend this home.

Great meeting spot!

Had a great stay at this location! Just as expected based of listing. Owner easy to work with. Southern Utah is amazing! Meeting family from Arizona and Utah so this was the perfect location to accommodate. We would love to go back to this location!!

Beautiful Retreat east of Zion

This is a gorgeous, well equipped, modern home nestled in a beautiful setting. We loved the comforts of home during our trip to Zion. The master suite and open living layout as well as two secondary bedrooms on the main floor were the perfect layout for our family. My only regret is that the weather was too cool to enjoy the beautiful porch spaces in front and back of the home.

Great location with great view

We rented both the main house and the studio, they are very clean. It has plenty of room for big group or family gathering. The location is right in between Zion and Bryce. I hope everyone staying will help to maintain the cleanliness of the house so that other people in the future can enjoy the same quality of stay as we did. Thank you so much.

Perfect!

The home was exactly as advertised. It was such a beautiful and comfortable space, and the views from the porches are incredible. The location is in between Zion and Bryce, with access to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon within 2 hours as well. Wonderful spot and home base to explore the area, and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

Beautiful, spaces home

We loved the spacious home with wonderful views. The place was clean and beautifully decorated and we enjoyed the comfortable outdoor seating. It was easy to get to both Bryce and Zion. Owners were responsive and helpful with all of our questions. Would recommend this home.

lovely getaway

This house was a perfect fit for our family getaway this summer. The location was great as we had daily excursions to Zion, Kanab, Bryce and Grand Canyon. We got to enjoy beautiful views and peace and quiet from the city. The house was spacious, and had all the necessary amenities for a home away from home. We would love to visit again sometime.
