Opposite Bénodet, Villa Kermor ‘O Bord de l'O’ is ideally situated in the pretty and typical port of Sainte Marine. The large sandy beach is directly accessible via a coastal path. You'll love the private swimming pool, heated to 29°C all year round.
Just 5 minutes' walk from the villa, you'll find the restaurants, bars and crêperies of Sainte Marine harbour. From July to September, you can also take the ferry to Bénodet and enjoy its market, casino and thalassotherapy.
Sainte Marine offers water sports and beach activities for all the family: lounging, sailing, diving, fishing...
The coastal paths (GR34) and other seaside walks will provide you with unforgettable moments.
You're sure to enjoy discovering the region of Brittany, with its ports (Le Guilvinec, Loctudy) and fish markets, its incredible sites (Point du Raz, Pointe de la Torche and its surfers) not forgetting the tourist sites (Fouesnant, Cap Coz, Beg Meil, Bénodet...).

Family get together

A brilliant holiday home for our group. We had 2 children with us and they had so much fun in the pool where we could keep an eye on them from the living room or the garden. Location is perfect— 100 yards from the beach and 15 minutes walk to the village centre which is idyllic.

Our lovely holiday in beautiful Sainte-Marine

We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful house with our family. We had lots of fun and created many memories playing table tennis and swimming in the pool. We enjoyed swimming in the sea on the idyllic beach which is a stones throw from the property. Highlights included lovely strolls around the coastal path of Sainte-Marine down to the port for tasty meals. Highly recommended.

Just a great place to stay

Great location next to the beach. Sainte Marine is 5 minutes by car and there are 2 really good restaurants there. Benodet is a short ferry ride away and Ice Rudy a short drive away both with great views and great food. The pool is fantastic and the internet was really good.

Great villa close to the beach

We had a great holiday - lovely villa with everything we needed for 6 adults plus 2 children. Indoor pool was great - 3 year old especially enjoyed it. Very short walk to a great beach

This property is set up for ease of use - it had everything to amuse all family members, and was then only 100 meters from the beach and a hiking trail. We could not ask for better.

Spring break

Excellent facilities and location. Saint-Marine is a beautiful location. The beach is only a five minute walk and is large and safe . The pool and table tennis were enjoyed by everyone.

Just Brilliant

An outstanding property in a great location. Just one minute for the beach and 5 minutes in the car to the centre of Sainte Marine. Spacious and well laid out property that is very well equipped. The indoor pool was great. We ate at two great resturants in Sainte Marine, Le Cafe du Port and Bistro du Bac. The Super U supermarket was less than 10 minutes away. The host, Michel. was excellent at communicating and Miriam the manager was very helpful. The Wi-fi worked very well. Cornouaille Botanical Garden is well worth a visit. No hesitation in recomending this property.

Luxurious home

We spent one week in this luxurious and spacious house as a family of four. The house is very modern and fully equipped with all types of amenities including barbecue, beach chairs, table tennis etc. etc. There are four bedrooms with very comfortable beds and three shower baths with separate toilets each. The great living space on the ground floor offers magnificent views on the ever-changing sea scape while you are eating and cooking in the well equipped kitchen. This is really spectacular. The fantastic indoor pool is well maintained, very clean and wonderfully warm which came in very handy during our week with mixed Breton weather. The owner provides a complete guide to the use of the house which is very useful and one guide to the area, including shopping and dining options. This is a really good service. The property is completely fenced in so this is good for dog owners.

Just fab!

We have just returned from 2 weeks at this lovely house. There were 5 adults, a 5 year old and a 3 year old. The children agreed the best things about the house were the pool and the remote control shutters! The adults loved the sea view and the fact the house was clean and so well equipped with everything you'd need. The views out to sea were perfect. We didn't have the best weather but the pool definitely kept the children entertained. The beach is lovely and totally unspoilt. Myriam, the housekeeper, was so helpful. Any queries were dealt with quickly. Both of our children were ill whilst we were away and she was able to recommend a good doctor's surgery. The Carrefour in Benodet is good (closes at 1pm on a Sunday), the E.Leclerc in Fousenent is a great Hypermarket. Restaurant recommendations: Creperie de Benodet, Benodet La Dolce Vita, Benodet Les Embruns, Benodet Le Bistro de Coin, Fousenent Le jardin d'Angelina, Concarneau It is advisable to reserve a table if possible as most places were full by 12.30pm! Sainte Marine is just a 10 minute walk and is beautiful with plenty of restaurants. We didn't eat in Sainte Marine but a couple of the restaurants were lovely in the evenings for drinks - Le Cafe du Port and Le Cafe de la Cale. A taxi boat goes from a slipway by Le Cafe de la Cale over the river to Benodet for just a couple of Euros. It really is a truly lovely place in a perfect location, we will definitely return.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen. Die Fußläufigkeit zum Strand, dem Küstenweg und der Ruhe waren einzigartig. Das Haus ist extremst gut ausgestattet und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten. Das Schwimmbad war ein dicker Pluspunkt und die Tischtennisplatte hat für viel Spass und Freude gesorgt. Es war ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt.

Ein wunderschöner Kraftort

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem großartigen Haus! Jeden Morgen im Pool starten , dann einen ausgiebigen Strandspaziergang. Danach Frühstücken und einfach genießen, entweder am Strand oder auf der Terrasse. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke Michel für die tolle Zeit und den liebevollen Empfang.

Erholung pur / le repos le plus pur

Mal abgesehen davon, dass die Bretagne immer eine Reise wert ist, hat dieser Ort und dieses liebevoll eingerichtete Haus nochmal ein ganz besonderes Flair. Der lange Sandstrand in direkter Nähe zum Haus lädt zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen mit dem Hund ein. Wenn man mal keine Lust hat selbst zu kochen, gibt es direkt mehrere hervorragende Restaurants in dem malerischen Ort Sainte Martine (auf dem kürzesten Weg in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar). Und wenn es mal regnet, entspannt man dank des gut gepflegten Poos einfach im Haus. Vielen Dank auch nochmal an Myriam und Michel für die hervorragende Betreuung vor Ort. Outre le fait que la Bretagne vaut toujours le détour, cet endroit et cette maison aménagée avec soin ont un charme tout particulier. La longue plage de sable à proximité directe de la maison invite à de longues promenades avec le chien. Si l'on n'a pas envie de cuisiner soi-même, il y a plusieurs excellents restaurants dans le village pittoresque de Sainte Martine (accessible par le chemin le plus court en 15 minutes à pied environ). Et s'il pleut, il suffit de se détendre dans la maison grâce à la pool bien entretenue. Merci encore à Myriam et Michel pour leur excellent service sur place.

Herbstzauber in Sainte Marine – Perfekter Familienurlaub am Meer

Unsere Herbstwoche im Ferienhaus in Sainte Marine war wie immer traumhaft. Der Pool und die Nähe zum Strand bieten Erholung pur, egal bei welchem Wetter. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend – die Kommunikation und Abwicklung verliefen unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir haben direkt wieder für nächstes Jahr gebucht, um die wunderbare Atmosphäre und gemeinsame Zeit erneut zu genießen – einfach perfekt für die ganze Familie!

Van alle gemakken voorzien.

We hebben een heerlijke week doorgebracht in dit vakantiehuis. De ligging is perfect. Strand en activiteiten in de buurt. Restaurants op loopafstand. Het huisje zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien. En volledig omheind zodat onze hond zich veilig om het huis kon bewegen. Kortom een aanrader.

Wunderbarer Urlaub direkt am Meer

Wir hatten einen schöne Herbsturlaubswoche in der Bretagne. Nur wenige Minuten vom Meer entfernt lag das Ferienhaus und man konnte das Meeresrauschen hören. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Das Schwimmbad ist gerade im Herbst ein echter Gewinn gewesen - obwohl man sogar noch im Oktober im Meer schwimmen konnte. Der Ort liegt günstige, um Vieles in der Bretagne anzuschauen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
