HAVEN DE PAZ EN FAMILIA O ENTRE AMIGOS, gran villa con PISCINA DESCUBIERTA

Magnífica villa de madera acristalada con una estancia de 65 m2 con una chimenea central muy moderno y altamente eficiente, y un billar PIANO disponibles. Un plasma de 127 cm está disponible. muy cálida decoración de madera. La casa es atípico con el piso de arriba y dormitorios en el jardín de suelo.

Cocina de 20 m2 con nuevo refrigerador y horno y todo el equipo en casa!

2 habitaciones con camas dobles 160 equipados con colchones de alta calidad y 2 habitaciones con literas en 90 (camas normales con excelentes litteries compatibles para adultos). No se proporciona la ropa de cama.

Una sala de juegos de 60 m2 en el sótano le permitirá hacer el entrenamiento con pesas, la elíptica y futbolín! Un TV está disponible.

El salón se abre a una gran terraza que a su vez le dan la bienvenida tal vez si el tiempo lo permite; precisión: una parte de la terraza (donde la mesa) está cubierta por una pérgola resistente al agua y mantiene seco cuando el clima.

Los árboles de jardín es 1.700 m2 y tiene una pieza madura de agua con muchos peces y muchas plantas que pueden meditar o al menos estar en gran tranquilidad; Además de la tierra se encuentra en una zona tranquila, la casa es que, en última instancia, por lo raqueta sin ningún tipo de molestia.

También hay una gran PISCINA (10x5.5) y cubierta por un refugio alto desmontable de 144 m2, que funciona desde abril hasta el 1 de octubre.

Por último, en el jardín, hay una mesa de ping-pong y un aro de baloncesto. Hay posibilidad de devolver al menos 4 coches en el hotel, incluido un garaje.

NB: NO HAY TABACO NI ANIMALES en la casa.
LOS DÍAS FESTIVOS NO SON ADMITIDOS.

En cuanto al medio ambiente de la casa, muy cerca del bosque, las dunas golf y equitación. El centro de Hardelot es una unidad de 3 minutos.

We had a wonderful stay in Franck's house. He met us personally at check in which was highly appreciated. Early in our holiday the weather wasn't great, but with the covered pool and pool table we had a great time just relaxing at the house. As the weather improved we could enjoy the various possibilities to sit outside.The area has beautiful beaches and we very much enjoyed the local aquarium and high ropes park.We would certainly book this house again. Thanks Franck for a great stay.

We had a truly fantastic stay at, what we named, The Tree House, it really is a quirky yet cosy home with all the facilities you could need to make your holiday a home from home stay. We loved the terrace set in the trees and it’s such a peaceful area. Franck met us on arrival and gave us the guided tour and told us how to use everything and he was always available by phone during our stay if we needed to contact him. The pool is perfect, come rain or shine you can go swimming. We spent our week going to Hardelot beaches and Le Toucqet, the beaches in northern France are absolutely beautiful. There are many lovely restaurants just a short drive away in Hardelot. Had a truly fantastic stay, we absolutely loved the house, it’s so homely yet modern with pool table and other games. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous house

We had a wonderful holiday with the family . Fantastic house and lots for everybody to do. Table tennis , pool table and ofcourse the swimming pool. We will definately be back !

Wonderful holiday

We will definitely make a return visit. This property has absolutely everything you need and is well situated to get to the beach and neighbouring towns. Our grandchildren especially loved the swimming pool and the pool table. Franck and his wife are very accommodating and happy to answer any questions you may have. We loved everything about this lovely quirky house.

A great villa in a very peaceful location

We really enjoyed our stay in Franck's house. We liked the layout, with the bedrooms downstairs and the huge lounge (with the kitchen) upstairs. More houses should be like this! As the weather was not great during our stay (late September), we really appreciated the facilities. Franck was an excellent host, and we want to thank him for quickly answering our questions and letting us stay in his house. We would definitely like to return!

Wow!! A beautiful house, excellent family holiday

As an extended family holiday in France (including two young children) we hoped the house met our expectations based on the pictures. Fortunately we were not disappointed, the house exceeded our expectations !!! We had a FANTASTIC TIME, everything was perfect inside and out, especially the pool 🤗🤗 Nothing was too much trouble from our wonderful hosts, the location was perfect with amenities close by and a beautiful sandy beach. Quirky house and fabulous owners

We stayed at this property as 2 families of 4 and it was perfect for us. From the onset, the information provided on the website is spot on. The dimensions of the beds on the information allowed us to pack the correct bedding (very helpful) and Franck was very kind in allowing us use of his pool. We did buy the children wetsuits as the temperature is gauged by the air temperature, therefore was cold at the start of our stay, but did heat up throughout the week. The pool table and other games meant that the children were entertained constantly and even asked to have a couple of days spent at the property instead of going out. When the electrics did go off, I contacted Franck who replied promptly and was very approachable, friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a quirky property with lots of character this is a great place to stay. Thank you to Franck and Coraline for allowing us the use of your property. We wish you all the best

An amazing holiday home in an idyllic location!

The property was really easy to locate with great directions (no need to take the toll road unless you want to!) It was only 35 minutes from the channel tunnel which made it such an easy property to visit. The upside down house was crammed full of quirky, wierd and unusual things as well as all the utensils and appliances that you could need. The garden of the house is so peaceful and we loved watching the fish in the pond. The beds were really comfortable (check bedding sizes on listing carefully!) and the location is so peaceful, you can't help but relax. The swimming pool was fantastic, really well maintained and a brilliant extra that we really enjoyed using. The location of the house was perfect, a lovely 2 mile walk to the seafront and small Centre Ville. Hardelot Plage was gorgeous, pine trees everywhere, amazing properties to view and some lovely restaurants to enjoy. Bologne Sur Mer is really close (10 mins) with hyper markets if wanted although Heardelot has a small supermarket for essentials. Franck and Coraline were really helpful and always on hand if needed. We will definitely be back! PS We wouldn't recommend this house for children with young children or elderly visitors with any mobility issues, due to some quite steep stairs

The ‘Treehouse’ of Tranquility

If you are looking for a place to stay which is set away from it all, the hustle-bustle of city life / the noise pollution of a town - this house has what you need. However, if you’re going in with a mindset of wanting a property that has the best beds, marble staircases etc - then you can find those in a hotel in Dubai. This house is a perfect fit for those who don’t mind a few wall sockets (electrical) that aren’t attached to the wall anymore -so those with small children need to be vigilant- and a shower that hadn’t been cleaned under the wooden slats for months upon months. But these are issues that you find after scratching under the surface of a property which gives you all you want and need for a break away. The pool is wonderful, the small pond with fish provided masses of entertainment for my 2 year old daughter & the pool table was the perfect tonic for us two at home dads to switch off once the children were all in bed. The TV was enormous, the sofas were super comfortable & the kitchen had what we needed: Nespresso machine (admittedly needs descaling), fridge, pans, oven & microwave. For those coming from England please note the following: • There is no kettle (after correspondence the owner was very sad that it was taken by someone before us). • The beds don’t provide sheets for the mattresses or bedding - so bring 2x 160cm wide sheets for the double beds & 4x 90cm wide sheets for the bunk bed mattresses. Same goes for duvet covers and pillowcases. • Prepare yourself for the local amenities to be closed for lunch - all shops close between 13:00 & 15:00. Overall - are we happy we stayed there? Yes. Very. We are a couple of fathers with 2 & 3 children who instil a philosophy of encouraging our children to find fun themselves. And they did. Every day. Franck was an excellent host away from home - if there was a problem, I emailed him and within one hour he had a reply with an answer. And for that, I cannot fault anything. Super gentleman to deal with. To summarise: if you’re one of those who needs everything perfect and spotless and of the absolute highest standard, find yourself a 5* hotel. But if you’re happy with an adventure and can easily overlook minor issues, then this is the place for you. Une magnifique maison située dans le silence d'un vaillage. la maison a besoin d'un peu plus de soins, mais dans l'ensemble, il offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une courte pause. Le propriétaire est superbe. 4*

Das Haus bietet echt viele Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Das ein oder andere ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das macht auch irgendwie den Scharm aus. Franck ist wirklich super nett und die Kommunikation war schnell und einfach. Beim Checkin gab es einen Rundgang und alle Erklärungen. Ein beheizter Pool ist auch bei herbsttagen gut zu ertragen

Nous sommes venus pour l'Opale Bike Days.La maison tient ses promesses avec cette belle piscine couverte et chauffée, en septembre c'est très agréable. Le jardin arboré avec son petit plan d'eau avec poisson appel au repos. La maison est très bien équipée et permet de profiter agréablement quel que soit le temps. L'environnement est calme. La literie est confortable (ferme) et reposante.La terrasse offre un espace abrité si la pluie est raisonnable.Le propriétaire est très agréable et accessible. Nous y avons passé un très bon moment.Je ne recommande pas afin de la garder pour moi.

Promesses tenues, la maison est conforme à nos attentes. On s'y sent comme chez soi. La pièce de vie est très spacieuse et chaleureuse, nous avons adoré son salon avec cheminée, son coin repas et ses grandes baies vitrées ainsi que l'espace billard et piano. La déco générale est fournie et hétéroclite, on a adoré ! Coup de cœur pour la grande piscine chauffée (et recouvrable pendant notre séjour venté…). Accueil vraiment charmant de Franck et son épouse Coraline à notre arrivée, ils résident à deux pas et restent disponibles au téléphone à tout moment.Notre équipe de sept golfeurs a apprécié la proximité des deux magnifiques golfs d'Hardelot et a été unanime sur le choix de la maison, nous reviendrons !

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dem Haus uns waren wieder begeistert von dem Garten und dem Pool und von der Ausstattung des Hauses. Wir haben uns gefreut, dass es nun 3 Zimmer mit Doppelbetten gibt und haben es bei sehr warmen Temperaturen genossen, dass die Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss nacht angenem kühl waren. Der Kontakt zu Franck war wieder unkompliziert und sehr freundlich und wir haben uns willkommen sehr gefühlt.

Charmante Villa Kunterbunt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Insbesondere das Wohn-/Esszimmer ist gemütlich: Fenster rund um den Esstisch, zwischendurch immer mal eine Runde Poolbilliard, abends ein gemütliches Feuer im Glaskamin oder ein Cremant auf der Veranda. Auch der Pool ist toll: recht groß und gut beheizt. "Villa Kunterbunt" auch deshalb, weil sehr viele Dinge aus verschiedensten Ländern im Haus verteilt sind, was für gemütlich-chaotischen Charm sorgt. Drei Schlafzimmer haben direkten Zugang zum Garten mit entsprechend schöner morgendlicher Aussicht beim Aufwachen. Die Matratzen sind gut, aber für unseren Geschmack etwas hart. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.Unangenehm war nur, dass die Ölheizung intensiv riecht. Den Keller (Kicker) haben wir daher nicht genutzt und im Erdgeschoss die Schlafzimmer immer geschlossen und gut gelüftet gehalten.

Weekend entre amis

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Franck qui est magnifique. Le billard a été très apprécié et la terrasse est très agréable avec un petit rayon de soleil. L'emplacement est idéal à 5 min en voiture du centre d'hardelot et de la plage. Très belle découverte.
