Perfect condo for a family of 4! I am so happy we decided to book this condo instead of staying at the Marriott next door. Our children are 20 and 22, so we needed a little more space than a hotel room would provide. The unit was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable for just over a week. The kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensil needed...including grilling utensils which we used a lot since the grill is right in the parking lot by the condo.Beds were super comfortable and we found a flip out mattress that our daughter ended up sleeping on and she loved it. The bathrooms were spacious and very nice. Living room had plenty of seating and we loved the sectional! It was perfect for movie nights. The property was meticulously maintained. The pools were nice, clean, and quiet. The beach is right in front of the property. We easily walked to a luau at the Marriott one night and also to the Shops at Wailea for shopping and shaved ice. Overall, great condo to stay in and great complex. I highly recommend and we will definitely stay here if we visit Maui again :)

Amazing view

We really enjoyed whale watching and sunset watching from the lanai! The view is perfect! The unit is comfortable and beautiful!

Nice place, great location

We enjoyed our stay here, and the location is great, easy walk to the Wailea shops and beach. We initially had some trouble getting quick action on a plumbing issue, but it was resolved quickly once the owner got involved. FYI, this is the very furthest condo from the beach in this complex, so the "full ocean view" is pretty distant, but the condo is very nice and well maintained.

We know the area well so chose this complex due to its proximity to Elua Beach and the pathway along the water. The unit has been beautifully and elegantly renovated. We had everything we needed and plenty of space as well. We had a slight hiccup at the start but all was taken care of quickly and professionally. That is an indication of Rentals Maui's response and staff was very kind. We used the lanai frequently as the view is gorgeous. Past reviews talk about road noise but honestly, we weren't bothered. This unit is located in prime Wailea and within walking distance to beach and shops. We also enjoyed the amenities and played Pickleball for the first time and loved it! Plenty of items stocked that are great for a day on the beach. Mahalo Maui for your Aloha spirit.

Heaven on Earth

This place is great! Stayed here a few times and it can’t be beat. Even nicer since remodel. Patio off living room is wonderful with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Hard to think of a better place to stay. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful walking path along the water, free & easy parking. Hate to leave but know we’ll be back.

But no window coverings on west side, so we couldn't sit and visit in the evening in the living room or on the lanai without being blinded. Road noise was awful...drag racing at night several times. Close walk to Shops at Wailea or the ocean walkway. In a different setting and with window coverings, this would be a great condo.

Beautiful condo,

This condos has been newly renovated and is in the upscale Wailea area. This Wailea Elua property is one of our favorite. The condo itself is in minutes walking distance from Ulea Beach. The beach has great snorkeling and is great for families with small children. The only setback is that it is close to the road and loud traffic can be heard at time. It is still a 5, and would definitely rent again. We had a wonderful time.

Love it here!

Perfect location at a beautiful condo!! Exceptionally clean and well decorated!! Loved the view and ease of walking to the beach. The pool area was right near the beach which was so convenient! The only recommendation I have is a full length mirror. Otherwise it was PERFECT for our family and we will definitely stay here again!!

The location was perfect, we could walk down to the beach with a great snorkeling area and nice shade. Also, in Wailea, they have a super nice walkway right in front of the beach that is great for exercise! We could walk to the mall and other restaurants as well. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we could cook various meals. Also, they had plenty of dishes and silverware. We had a great time and we would definitely be back!

Great location

We loved our stay here. The location is unmatched! We loved the quick access to the pool, beach, and walking trail along all the fancy resorts. The unit was as pictured. Spacious & clean! We were a bit apprehensive about staying somewhere with so much carpet but we’re pleasantly surprised to find the carpet felt super new and clean! We had 2 adult couples and felt plenty of space. Also the deck was a great & quiet place to relax and enjoy the view. The view is better than in photos!

Amazing Condo in the best location

Our family had a wonderful week at Wailea Elua, the condo is exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for the beach. We enjoyed the lanai, the beautiful kitchen and the 2 bathrooms for the 4 of us were perfect. The beach is absolutely beautiful and we all enjoyed snorkeling and playing in the water. The pool we used down by the beach was perfect and the facilities were clean. We will definitely be back, we had a perfect week - thank you so much!!

Own Slice of Paradise.

Amazing property. Perfect location, close to everything. We didn't want to leave. We have 2 teenagers, the location proximity was great for them, it allowed them to walk to the shops on their own, and go to the amazing beach, pool, or pickleball courts on their schedule. The property backs onto the main road with some road noise. If you are a light sleeper this may bother you. We were perfectly fine with it. We could even see the whales from the Lanai.

Great location with a view of the ocean

This was a great property and met all our expectations. You can clearly see the ocean from the lanai and it was enjoyable sitting out there in the morning and evening enjoying the ocean and sunset. The ocean is only a couple minute walk away down the path. The unit was very clean, well stocked with whatever appliance you may need for the week. The complex is very clean and well maintained. Thank you

This is our second time renting this unit and it won’t be the last. The owners have really paid attention to detail and we had everything we needed and then some. The rental company was very attentive to our needs during our stay. The location is easy walking distance to The Shops at Wailea and is directly in front of Ulua Beach and the scenic seaside path. We’ve been travelling to Maui every year for the last 18 years and this by far has been our favourite location. Thank you for exceeding our expectations! This truly is like our home away from home.

Was a great location. Unit was clean and efficient. Enjoyed the beach in front of property. Only thing I could recommend is to make aware that there is many steps to get down to beach, one member of our group could not make walk up and down to beach/pool. There was also construction noise at neighboring property. These could have been in description but I did not catch them if they were. Was a beautiful, relaxing, quiet property.

Perfect week in paradise

The unit is impeccable and has all the amenities a family needs to feel at home. The kitchen had high quality appliances and utensils. There was a closet stocked with everything one needs for a perfect beach day (snorkel gear, boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs, coolers). We have 2 young kids and greatly appreciated the children’s books and beach toys in the unit. Ulua beach is beautiful and just a short stroll away- we saw amazing marine life as we snorkeled off shore everyday. It’s also a short walk away from wonderful dining and shopping. The pool area is beachfront and has great chaise lounge chairs and a dining area. Highly recommend.

Elua is a true gem on the island of Maui!

The property is gorgeous, with as about a private beach that you can come by in Maui. The beach is protected and perfect for swimming and snorkling. The unit has been recently remodelled and it felt like we were staying in a brand new unit. Amazing sunsets from the lanai and the location of Elua is perfect. Highly recommend!
