Esta casa de huéspedes adjunta / privada de nueva construcción cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras y electrodomésticos mejorados, Wi-Fi, sala de lavandería, barbacoa, sillas de playa y toallas, ¡y muchas más comodidades para disfrutar! ¡La ubicación no puede ser mejor! The host was awesome. The property is gorgeous and a safe place to stay. We stayed a couple of days for a wedding, and we were very comfortable. When we are in the area, we will visit again. Thank you!

Beautiful spot!

Great location, near a busy road but quiet inside. Neighborhood of nice homes, low traffic. Yard with lovely garden areas, small deck with grill. Inside has cute decor, clean and well stocked w items you may need. Nancy was lovely to chat with. Would definitely stay again!

Great location near North Collier Regional Park

Beautiful and accomodating rental in close proximity to North Collier Regional Park. It was the perfect spot for our weekend stay for a sporting event.

Very comfortable accommodations. The kitchen is fully equipped. Very quiet. Very clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked well. Easy access to route 75.

Great place

This was our third year at this property. The small house is perfect for my husband and me. Very clean and modern on a beautiful property. Location good for getting other places. Traffic in the area a bit of an issue, especially at certain times of day.

Clean and Cozy

The house is beautiful, clean and centrally located. The owners were warm and welcoming, and easy to reach. The house was equipped with all the necessities, making our short stay comfortable and stress-free. Although we were only there for a couple of days, we’ll definitely be booking again the next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

Elegant and serene!

Nancy and Carlos are the perfect hosts. I have stayed at another property of theirs and they are consistently welcoming and gracious. This villa has plenty of privacy and is surrounded by nature. There is a beautiful back deck perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. I travel to Naples frequently for work and try to stay at one of Nancy and Carlos’ properties whenever possible because they are always immaculately clean, cozy and a cut above anywhere else.

Good rental property

The rental unit was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The linens and towels were very nice. We cooked meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The laundry facility is outside of the unit and shared. The door to the laundry room was right outside the front door of the unit. Very quiet neighborhood and no noise heard inside the unit. There is road noise when outside the unit from a row just on the other side of the bushes.

Location and amenities

The location of the property facilitated easy access to the north and Fort Myers area as well as to the Naples area. Golf courses, although pricey for this time of year, were close. Beaches were within 15 minutes. The unit was well stocked with kitchen, bathroom and beach supplies. The laundry room was open from 8 AM to 9 PM and was stocked with laundry detergent. Carlos quickly responded to our texts for questions. Nancy answered our every email inquiry prior to our visit. A very good experience there, we'd return again.

Perfect place, everything so clean and comfy! Close to Ave Maria University so, we were able to go back and forth for graduation events. Hosts are very nice!

Nancy is an Angel

My friends and I stayed at her property for an extended weekend! It’s about a 10 minute drive to the beach, a ton of cute restaurants! Her guest house is immaculate! The beds and pillows were super comfy, linens were super clean (and I’m very picky) her kitchen was stocked with whatever was needed and everything was new. I didn’t want to leave! Our flights in were super delayed and I messaged her late when we landed and she responded and was sweet to leave the lights on for us. There was even a cute bowl of snacks waiting for our arrival. Our goal wasn’t to hang at the house, as we were there for an a event, but her hospitality and the cleanliness made it hard to leave! :-)

Lovely Villa!!!!!!!!

My husband and I stayed at Nancy and Carlos’s villa for five nights. The villa is appointed beautifully!!!!! Everything we needed was there and the setting was so peaceful. Flowers everywhere!!!! Beautiful!!!! The living area housed a large tv and a comfortable couch and chair. The kitchen was super! Beautiful white cabinets, lovely white countertops and all the dishes and appliances needed. The bedrooms were crisp and clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom was also beautiful - modern shower with rock-type tile floor and glass doors. I also used a shared laundry. Nancy helped me with the Wi-Fi but I never met her. We had the utmost privacy!!!!! What a great find!!!! Thank you Nancy and Carlos!

Beautiful tropical oasis

The property is a beautiful tropical oasis! The cottage had everything we needed and more. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the design and preparation for guests to have a wonderful stay.
