Bienvenido a nuestro condominio frente a la playa en el piso de arriba, con vista al mar desde el dormitorio principal, la sala de estar y la cocina, y los sonidos de las olas del océano llenando cada habitación del condominio. La arena y la orilla del agua están a solo unos pasos de distancia.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cómoda cama king size de alta calidad con ropa de cama náutica encantadora y sábanas de algodón de 400 hilos. Esta habitación tiene un televisor de pantalla plana por cable, ventilador de techo y un baño privado adjunto y un área de tocador. ¡Puedes ver el océano mientras te acuestas en la cama! El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales con una preciosa ropa de cama tropical y sábanas de algodón de 400 hilos, televisión por cable con pantalla plana, ventilador de techo y vistas al jardín. La sala de estar tiene una chimenea de gas, televisor / DVD con pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas por cable y sofá cama de cuero con colchón de espuma de memoria para mayor comodidad. Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad se proporciona para su uso. Disfrute de la increíble brisa del mar y las puestas de sol sentadas en las tumbonas del balcón.

La cocina y los baños cuentan con encimeras de granito. Se eliminó la pared del pasillo entre la entrada y la cocina, se reorganizaron los gabinetes de la cocina, lo que hace que el espacio sea mucho más abierto y fácil de usar.

Este encantador alquiler de playa está completamente amueblado con cocina funcional, ropa de cama, toallas, juguetes de playa, sillas de playa y sombrillas para su uso. What a view!

If this condo was any closer to the ocean it would be in it! Very well stocked and maintained. The grounds are gorgeous! We liked everything and highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay!

I really love North Coast Village. This was our second time staying there and it’s an incredible place for the whole family. Being right on the beach was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back next summer!

Never Again

At high tide the waves are so noisy it was hard to sleep in the master bedroom. The other bedroom was quiet, but the mattresses were so hard they were uncomfortable. There was mold and rust thruout the condo. Two of the wall heaters were not working but were not really needed. This unit needs remodeling.

Beautiful!!

Beautiful view!! Love the location! Beds were nice and comfortable! Plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, and beach chairs. The condo is older and could use some upgrades. The pool and the complex are well kept and very nice. We will come back and stay here again.

Awesome vacation

Condo was awesome. We had everything we needed. Beautiful view, the roar of the ocean and a relaxing atmosphere. Condo has a lovely beachy decore. Furniture is very comfortable. We would have loved to stay forever.

Can't beat the location/view/lovely sounds.

This is a great property for the value. We've never had such an amazing on the ocean property experience (sounded like we were sleeping on top of the waves). Comfortable furniture too. It's an older complex, and there's some close to the beach wear and tear (e.g., the bathrooms have some rust, etc). Some ant problems but the the property managers were responsive and helpful.

Beautiful View the Ocean

We had a girls week away and really enjoyed the condo. The ocean view was wonderful and the sunsets were amazing too. Short walk to the pier. The train to San Diego was awesome, we used it two days. The Farmers market on Thursday was a great way to try many different foods. The condo looked newer then it really is, much older building. Need better directions on how to use the fire place, we were on able to use it. Thank God for the wall heaters, they were great to get the chill out.. There are a few things I suggest you take a look at that are very inexpensive to take care of. The pillows in the master bedroom are in need of being replaced, they are flat. The binder with all of the awesome info should be replaced at least 2/3 time a year. It is all rusted on the inside. With no air conditioning, I can totally understand the moisture problem. The fan in the main bathroom didn't work, the rack in the master bathroom shower that holds shampoo, shavers etc needs replacing It is totally rusted.. The fan blades in the master bedroom need to be replaced., they are peeling. These things are very inexpensive to be replaced on a regular bases. We were totally bummed the pool was not heated, some part was ordered and had been out for months per other tenants. ALL coin change machines were out of change in all the buildings to be able to do laundry (on a Tuesday). Thank you for letting us rent your condo, we had a great week even with the weather a little cooler.

Enjoyable condo on the beach

The location couldn’t have been better. The apartment was perfect for having our grandchildren stay over for a few nights. It could use some updating and we experienced some ants in kitchen and bathroom. We did spray and that seemed to help.

Great place with fun amenities and the best views.

We had a great time and the only reason for 4 stars is due to a few minor repairs that could be taken care of. None of them really affected our over all experience. Thank You all and I will try to come back next year if your available.

Amazing Time!!!!

We had an amazing time in unit D20 at NCV. The unit is very well appointed. The kitchen appliances were fairly new. The dining table was very nice and able to accommodate our family. The sofa, love seat, and chair were so comfy. We spent most of our time on the deck just listening to and admiring the ocean. The location was perfect. Right on the beach. We loved the second story unit as the view of the beach was so wonderful. The beach and waves were perfect for our kids, although the locals said the waves were much higher than normal. Great for my daughter, not so much for my son (-: The community is also very, very nice. We used the hot tub, pool, ping pong table, and grills. The location was also perfect. We walked to the Oceanside Harbor every night for ice cream (good 'ol Nana's) and also ended up having 3 nice dinners there (gotta love Rocking Baja). Probably being overly picky giving it four stars, but the mattress in the master bedroom really needs replaced. It's no longer flat. The sides are much lower than the middle which made it somewhat hard to sleep. Also, I'd suggest some nicer pillows. They were hards as rocks. Net, my complaints are very minor. We would come here again in a heartbeat. And we would likely stay in the same unit. You can't go wrong with this rental!!!

Perfectly located, well maintained holiday home.

North Coast Village is perfectly located for a wonderful get away. The beach is steps away. Two playgrounds for young children are an easy walk. Walking and biking trails are easily accessible. Shopping, theatre and great restaurants are near by. The train system makes San Diego and Anaheim a short hop away. Golf? Too many courses to choose from. We would recommend a holiday here to anyone.

Great condo with everything you’ll need.

The condo was well furnished and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The property itself is beautiful. My kids love the pool. This was our third stay at Northcoast Village and we will always go back. We love it.

We had the best vacation at NCV ! The condo was fabulous,clean,well stocked. The view was the best part,we spent most of our time enjoying the ocean view! We came home and booked our vacation for next year already!!! Thank you for sharing your condo!!!

great beach location

We have stayed in this condo twice and love the location. The grounds of the complex are really beautiful and the amenities offered(pool, gym, mini golf)are super. The property managers are right on top of things if there is a problem with anything.

Excellent family vacation!

Beautiful view of the ocean from the deck and master bedroom. I never realized the surf was that loud - albeit a wonderful sound. Very neat and clean. Exceeded our expectations.

Perfect beach condo

If you enjoy the sound of the waves and watching or participating in all beach activities, this is the place for you. The condo was comfortable and the kitchen pretty well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

Great family vacation

Great family vacation location. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Comfortably slept 3 adults and twin 6 yr olds. We have stayed at the complex before but never this condo. Liked kitchen remodel. Open and airy and right on the beach. Loved using the boogie boards and the jacuzzi after the beach is a must.

We enjoyed every moment

We loved the condo. The ocean view is stunning ! Falling asleep with the sound of the ocean is priceless.. We enjoyed spending our daily happy hour on the balcony watching the ocean. Kids enjoyed the place very much. Clean and enough space for 5 people. We think of going back ! Thanks !
