"Mahebourg Paradise Residence" es una residencia frente al mar con espectaculares vistas de la laguna más hermosa de Mauricio, con habitaciones con aire acondicionado. Disfrute de las vistas del océano / montaña, snorkeling, pesca, natación en su puerta y tienda de comestibles, estación de autobuses, restaurante, frente al mar a 5 minutos a pie. Las playas están a 5-10 minutos en bus / coche ".
La villa está equipada con alarma antirrobo y una caja fuerte electrónica está disponible para su tranquilidad. A solo 10 minutos del aeropuerto / autopista M2 (absolutamente sin ruido de avión - los aviones no vuelan sobre la casa), la casa está idealmente ubicada cerca del centro en un ambiente tranquilo y relajante, y todo lo que necesita Se encuentran a 5-10 minutos a pie (supermercado, mercado, restaurante, KFC, terminal de autobuses, muelles de Mahébourg, etc.) Las playas de Pointe D'Esny y Blue Bay están a 5-10 minutos en coche o autobús. Hay muchas actividades turísticas interesantes en los alrededores de Mahébourg - Blue Bay Marine Park (el único parque marino en Mauricio) donde puedes bucear o dar un paseo en un barco con fondo de cristal; Ile aux Aigrettes - un área de conservación de la Fundación de Vida Silvestre de Mauricio que ofrece un recorrido pagado y accesible en barco desde Pointe D'Esny: Crucero en Catamarán a Deer Island Pointe d'Esny: Excursiones en barco a las 3 islas cosas principales que puedes ver desde mi casa. Super nette Gastgeber! Fantastischer Blick auf die Bucht von Mahebourg. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nur wenige hundert Meter vom Busbahnhof entfernt. Sehr zentral und doch in einer sehr ruhigen Straße von Mahebourg. Nur wenige Minuten von der Blue Bay entfernt. Perfekte Unterkunft und wirklich zu entspannen. Ich komme nächstes Jahr gerne wieder. Yes the hosts Kam and Kavita gave us a very warm welcome and were always on hand to help with any queries. The house was beautifully situated looking out to sea. My favourite time was 5.15am (!) watching dawn come up over the sea and then the sun rise making a silver road on the waves. We would sit on the balcony in the warm breeze. In practical terms the house was well equipped and had everything needed and it all worked. The situation, a short walk from the colourful market, the brilliant supermarket and bus to Blue Bay was excellent.

Superbe location

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 nuits à Mahebourg, petite ville très paisible. La maison est idéalement située au bord de l'océan, la vue est magnifique. On peut tout faire à pied (restaurants et magasins). Le logement est dans un quartier calme et super à tout point de vue.Excellent contact avec Kavita et Kam (la soeur et le beau frère de Chand) qui nous ont donné de très bons conseils et avec qui nous avons eu des discussions très intéressantes. Un grand merci de nous avoir accueillis avant l'heure prévue pour l'arrivée!

Der Blick aus dem Haus ist umwerfend - die schönste Lagune, die wir gesehen haben. Mahebourg ist super entspannt und alles ( Supermarkt, Restaurant etc) fußläufig entfernt. Wir fühlten uns sehr sicher und die Vermieter ( bzw. Der Schwager) haben sich sehr umsichtig um uns gekümmert.(haben sich

Amazing location

We would give this 4.5 if we could... The location on the water is amazing and its a really easy walk in to town and a five minute drive to two fantastic beaches. The view and garden is great even if the sea isnt really for swimming in. The hosts were also great and really nice. The only downside is the house is definitely starting to need a little updating... Its a little 'rustic' etc. Still nice though!

Excellent séjour dans un environnement exceptionnel

Lelogement est très bien situé, au bord de l'eau. L'accès est possible par des escaliers mais il n'y a pas de plage, donc possibilité de nager qu'à marée haute. La plage est à 10 min en bus ou voiture. La Gare routière est proche ainsi que les magasins et restaurants. et la promenade du front de mer. Le logement est très bien aménagé et bien entretenu.

Vue superbe

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa. Conforme à la description ; spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Bien située ; vue magnifique sur le lagon, commerces, nombreux restaurants et le marché à proximité, point de départ pour visiter le sud et l'est, proche de la plage de blue bay. Kam et son épouse sont des hôtes accueillants, sympathiques, serviables, et nous ont donné de bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Real Mauritius

Staying at Chands house real gave us the full Mauritian experience. We absolutely loved it. Pictures don’t give it justice. Chands sister and brother-in-law were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Felt really safe in the area. Plenty of places to eat and chat with the locals. Beautiful beaches. Well worth 5stars

A pleasant stay in Maheborg

From the moment of booking our hosts were supremely attentive. At all times they were keen to help us enjoy our stay and get the most from our holiday. The comfortable house is ideally situated on the lagoon waterfront with views from the garden or balcony across the water to the nearby islands and mountain range. The accommodation is clean and spacious and more than stay for the two of us. We have no difficulty in recommending this to other travellers.

Wonderful holiday

This property is exactly as described. The location is excellent - close to a supermarket, local shops, market, bus station and chemist. The property is comfortable and well equipped. The views from the property are stunning and a real treat to wake up to. The hosts Kalvita and Cam were wonderful. The local information they provided was invaluable and we often took their advice for places to eat and excursions to take. We all enjoyed our holiday and would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future.

Merveilleux séjour dans maison à la vue de rêve et hôtes charmants

Une douzaine de jours à la découverte de Mahébourg et des environs, c’est Maurice en version originale, loin du monde des hôtels, avec l’immersion dans la vie mauricienne. Si nous revenons à Mahébourg, ce sera dans cette maison et auprès de cette famille. Vue enchanteresse et imprenable, situation parfaite pour les ballades en voiture à la découverte de l’île. Proximité des petits restos conjuguant toutes les saveurs mauriciennes ou des échoppes proposant dans la rue les succulents snacks locaux. Front de mer et marché tout proches, divers commerces et services, possibilité de tout faire à pied dans cette ville qu'il faut absolument découvrir à pied, appareil photo en bandoulière. Équipements parfait de la maison pour nos besoins. Salle de bains impec. Bonne literie. Chambres et lits avec vue sur le lagon!! Excellente communication avec le propriétaire Chand et accueil très sympathique par sa soeur Kavita et son mari Kamlesh qui sont des personnes très gentilles, courtoises, serviables, attentionnées, aux petits soins pour notre bien-être. Nous nous sentions vraiment à l’aise et n'avons jamais été dérangés par qui ou quoi que ce soit. Merci pour leur bon conseil concernant la ballade en catamaran vers l’Île aux cerfs avec Croisières Turquoises, dont le bureau est à deux pas. Repas pris à l'extérieur, les pieds dans l’herbe, les yeux dans la baie rythmée par les légères marées et parée de toutes les nuances de turquoise, ciel nocturne constellé d'étoiles qui s'observent depuis le muret sur la mer. À conseiller vivement Merci Chand, Kavita et Kamlesh !

Sehr schönes Haus direkt am Meer

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus, nur ein paar Schritte über den gepflegten Rasen und man ist am Meer. Toller Blick von Terrasse und Balkon auf das Wasser. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet, gepflegt und sauber. Chand als Vermieter ist selbst nicht vor Ort. Seine Schwester Kavita und Schwager Kam wohnen zwei Häuser weiter, empfingen und betreuten uns während des Aufenthaltes. Beide sind sehr nette, warmherzige Menschen. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gaststätten und die Innenstadt sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. @Kavita, Kam und Chand: Danke für eure herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub bei euch. Wir sind als Gäste gekommen und als Freunde gegangen. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Alles Gute für euch.

Schönes Haus direkt am Meer

Direkt am Meer gelegenes Haus, mit tollem Blick. Es ist sauber, ordentlich und umfangreich ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Verkehrsanbindung in der Nähe. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank - thanks a lot!

House with beautiful view and great hosts

We had a very nice week at Chands house in Mahebourg. With the sign at the street and the perfect description in advance we we easily able to find the property. The house is the last in a row of 4 facing the ocean. Kam and Kavita welcomed us and explained all we had to know about the house very professionally. The basic necessities had already been provided by the hosts (i.e. milk, spices, washing powder). The bedrooms are very nice and all is clean. Although I think you should ask for a maid once or twice a week when you stay with more than 2 persons. The house is very big to keep it clean. The view from the house and balcony is fabulous. The house is safe and you don't need to worry with sleeping with open windows listening to the waves. The bazaar, shops, waterfront, restaurants are in walking distance. So you can walk and enjoy car-free days too. The communication with and information by Chand in advance had been perfect and very pleasant. Kam and Kavita are perfect hosts. They took care of us for the whole stay and it was always a nice chat and a good laugh. The neighbours are friendly too. Kam and Kavita let us know the prices, gave us really good advices, Kamlesh drove us to the fisher to buy fresh tuna and octopus. The fisher is really the best. They sell sashimi quality to a more than fair price. Kam and Kavita also took our feedback on privacy very seriously and made changes without hesitating to make us once again more comfortable. Thanks so much. You are both gems! We were given best ideas what to do and can deeply recommend that Kam's ideas are great to follow. You will see beautiful spots. Mahebourg is a good place to visit the South of Mauritius. There are very beautiful beaches very close too and a visit to Iles aux Aigrettes is really nice as the have very passionate guides and their conservation work is very important. We also recommend to visit Ebony Forest Reserve (just drive on when you are in Chamarel seven coloured earth property. It is signed). The hilltop view is the best in Mauritius. Thanks to Chand, Kamlesh and Kavita. We always meet twice:-)

Schönes Haus mit Garten mit paradiesischem Blick

Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt! Chand hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir vom Flughafen abgeholt wurden. Am Haus wurden wir von seiner Schwester und seinem Schwager empfangen, die uns einwiesen und auch in den zwei Wochen unseres Aufenthalts jederzeit hilfsbereit waren. Die Lage des Hauses ist umwerfend schön!

à ne pas recommander

description mensongère, pas une villa, mais une maison mitoyenne avec trois autres pas privé mais une maison ouverte, communale avec un va et viens constant dans mon jardin dit privé pour des prières hindoues pas calme mais avec une meute de chiens méchants qui aboient à tout va. hurlements de ces chiens en pleine nuit vers 2 h du matin qui me réveille la dame qui gère la location est très possessive et ne justifie pas le service qui m'est facturé; elle agit comme si ma location lui appartient, voulant entrer inspecter à sa guise le propriétaire est complètement à coté de la plaque et prend des libertés inacceptables (voir ses messages orduriers)

Loved it!

We had an amazing holiday thank you Chand and family. You gave us such a warm welcome and looked after us very well. We would not hesitate in recommending your beautiful house. The house is every bit as amazing as the photos show- so wonderful to be so close to the ocean. Waking up to that view every morning was worth every penny. Before going, I had some reservations about the South Easterly winds, however, the warm breeze was magnificent and I personally found the weather to be more agreeable than the hot North of the island. Every evening was enjoyed sitting out having a local beer listening to the gentle waves and fruit bats go by. We wanted to stay away from the tourist crowds and this was perfect. We did have a car for the week though and pretty much saw the entire island! It is only 1 hour to the north from this house (avoid Port Louis's traffic by following 'The North' motorway). There is so much to see and do across the island, and we enjoyed driving around. However, if you want to stay in one place, then this would be a great place to relax for your holiday and there is plenty to see and do around here. One day we hired a boat from Pointe Jerome (walking distance from the house) for most of the day to go snorkeling. Also from Pointe Jerome, we took the boat to visit the nature reserve on Ile aux Aigrettes and saw giant tortoises, pink pigeons and other endemic species. If we had more time we would have visited Ile aux Cerfs and Blue Bay Marine Park. Thanks again for a wonderful holiday Chand, Kam and Kavita. April 2018

Wunderbarer Urlaub in perfekter Unterkunft

Wir sind bereits sehr viel gereist und noch nie haben wir so eine überwältigende Herzlichkeit erlebt. Chands Schwester und Schwager haben uns herzlichst empfangen. Sein Schwager hat uns zu Beginn unseres Aufenthalts auf einer ausführlichen Tour rund um Mahébourg alles Wissens- und Sehenswerte gezeigt und erklärt. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts hat sich die Familie äußerst aufmerksam um uns gekümmert und uns sogar hausgemachte Köstlichkeiten vorbeigebracht. Trotz seiner absolut ruhigen Lage am Meer ist das Haus zentral gelegen und alles hervorragend zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus ist optimal ausgestattet. Wir empfehlen einen Aufenthalt in Chands Villa wärmstens weiter. Wir sind als Gäste gekommen und als Freunde gegangen und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank, liebe Gastgeber!
