Esta es una autocaravana de clase A de lujo situada a orillas del hermoso Philippi Creek en Sarasota Florida, esto es estático y no se mueve. Cuenta con TV por cable, WiFi, radio Bose FM, DVD, patio exterior con sillas y toldos, todas las sábanas, toallas, rollos de papel higiénico, barbacoa, están incluidos. Hay 2 kayaks de un hombre para ser usados en Philippi Creek. Todo esto está conectado y listo para funcionar. Está a 3 millas de la hermosa Siesta Key. Las tiendas y bares están muy cerca para incluir supermercados, cinimas, etc. Las zonas del centro de la ciudad están a unos 5 km de distancia, las atracciones locales incluyen St Almonds Circle, Siesta Beach, Ringling Art musium, por nombrar algunas. Delightful retreat

Our 3-day stay in this RV was a good adventure. The RV was clean and well-appointed. The location was very quiet and private while still close to all the places we needed to visit. We were disappointed the washer-dryer wasn't working but everything else was great. The host was great...responsive and informative. We recommend a stay here. Be sure to take a walk down to the creek and check out the chickens! Amazing.

Excellent stay in huge RV. Like a yacht. Nice neighborhood. Quiet. Private. Better than motel or hotel. Central for South Sarasota 10 minutes to Opera House and Van Wetzel Hall.

It was great!

Staying in an RV was new for me. It had all the comforts of home with a full size kitchen and hot shower wifi and a comfortable queen bed. I didn't have time to explore the creek, but it's a convenient location, close to every everything and very quiet. Robert and Sharron are accommodating hosts--quick to communicate and very easy to check in. I would happily stay here again, and hope to!

Awesome Visit!

Our first visit to the Sarasota/Siesta Key area and our first VRBO booking-both were very positive. Our motorhome was comfortable and homey, quiet and secure-felt like our own private paradise. Motorhome was just as described and held several amenities that simplified our stay. The location was ideal-minutes from the beaches, shops, grocery stores and restaurants and we definitely found our favorites! Thank you to our hosts-so pleasant and welcoming and their check-in/check-out processes were easy. We definitely will keep this treasure to book for any future flights to the the area. Our only complaint for this trip-we should have stayed longer....our getaway was too short!

Great Sarasota location

Great location to beaches and other areas. RV had everything we needed. Host was quick to respond to all requests and had great restaurants recommendations. We were able to check in early allowing us to get extra beach time. ⛱️

Affordable, Fun Trip Close to Siesta Key Beach!

First time staying in a RV and loved it! It was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. I communicated with the owner several times before our stay, and he always responded quickly. The RV is next to the owner’s house in a safe and beautiful neighborhood (owner also has a nice privacy gate at the driveway). We had full privacy inside the RV the entire time as well. It was easy to Uber/Lyft to Siesta Key during peak busy times (we did not want to mess with parking on weekend nights during Spring Break month; highly recommend), and we also had a rental car to visit Lido Key/St. Armand’s/downtown Sarasota/state park all within 15 minutes. The RV is close to all of the fun hot spots for a fraction of the beachfront rental prices! The owner also owns a boat charter business that I happened to find separately online (and it’s highly rated), so it was fun to spend a day on his boat; definitely ask about that if you want to be on the water one day and visit cool sandbars/beaches. Overall, we enjoyed the RV and would definitely stay in it again if in the area!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed staying at this property! Accurate representation of the RV and was a much cheaper option than surrounding hotels. It was a great location for visiting both downtown Sarasota and Siesta Key.

Great stay!

Rob and Sharon were great hosts for this property. The RV was a good set up for the two of us out for a girls' trip. We had a small snag, but Rob was able to fix it quickly for us. We appreciated that he let us borrow some beach items to make our day trips wonderful. Thanks much to Rob and Sharon!

RV Vacay

Greeted in person upon arrival. Sharron gave us a tour of the RV and all the workings. She even went and bought us coffee!! The bed was comfortable as were the couches. Bathroom was very roomy and clean. The only negatives were the wifi signal was very weak to nonexistent and they were having cable issues, so no tv. Otherwise, nice and private stay.

Unexpected

Motor home was clean, nice and well equipped. Owners were very pleasant. Was not what we expected however. Motorhome is not on Phillips creek but on the driveway just outside the owners garage. Felt kind of awkward and in the way. Definitely not a camping experience as we were anticipating.

Great Location

Excellent location, close to St Armands Circle, Siesta Key, Sarasota Bay. Very friendly hosts. Private accommodations. Kayaking on site. I highly recommend this vacation rental. We’ll be back !

Short stay but excellent accommodation

We had the pleasure of staying in this RV for a few days this week and really enjoyed the experience. We have a 5th wheel trailer on a lot up north so we had no problems with this RV. It is very well kept up, roomy, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The location is really quite close to lots of shopping, restaurants and not a bad drive to the beach. The location is also in a very quiet neighborhood with no traffic noise of any kind. The yard backs right up to Phillipi Creek so kayaking and paddling is real convenient. Kind of a hidden jewel in Sarasota. It has a well equipped kitchen, towels wash clothes, pretty much all you need for day to day living. And you can cook on the gas grill if you want to. The property owners are right there, not at all in the way, but extremely helpful in all things and very easy to get along with. Highly recommended

Needed get-a-way will be back...

Where to begin... the neighborhood is private and beautiful and I loved my morning walks. The RV is sitting on their property next to their beautiful home on Phillippi Creek. I kayaked the creek and took in the wildlife and peacefulness of it. At night my wife and I would set up our beach chairs (bring them) and watch the sun go down in this mystic setting with the Spanish moss hanging from incredible trees that they don't have in the Midwest. Bring bikes or rent them you can bike from Sarasota to Venus Beach (20 miles round trip) or 3 miles to Siesta Beach or drive as the parking is free and abundant and the shops & restaurants plentiful, we spent a LOT of time there. But also at Lido beach and Long Shore beach, both just miles away. My personal opinion is RV beats any hotel for privacy and a great escape from a day full of activities. We loved our stay but I saved the best for last our hosts, Rob & Sharon were beyond incredible they made our stay and I will look forward to seeing them again as much as I will Sarasota which we loved.

This location is very unique as it is right on Phillippi Creek, this is beautiful location right in the heart of Sarasota, Although it is close to all the amenities it is very quiet and very peaceful.
